The house is a brand new end of group luxury townhouse in a new neighborhood off Rossville boulevard in Rosedale Maryland. We added HD CABLE TVs to each room as per guests recommendation in February 2022. The house is located in Baltimore county, close to White Marsh, Towson and downtown Baltimore.
The space
The entire house is comprised of 4 rooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Room #1 is a large exclusive self contained with a wet bar, microwave, a Small refrigerator and a 50 inch Smart HD Cable TV with ROKU. This room is located on the first floor. The second floor has the entire common areas like the living room, dining, kitchen, office, 1/2 bathroom and a 65 inch HD Cable TV.
The third floor had 3 bedrooms. Room #2 is a large self contained owners suite with ceiling fan, shower and a 50 inch Smart HD Cable TV with ROKU located on the third floor. Rooms #3 & #4 are two normal size bedrooms with a shared hall bathroom. Both rooms have a 43 inch Smart HD Cable TV with ROKU. The washer and dryer are also located on the third floor.

This room is located on the second floor; whereas the home owners room is on the first floor. There is a semi-private bathroom and loft with sitting area and TV on the second floor as well. It is semi-private based on whether second guest bedroom is reserved by airbnb guest. The kitchen is a shared space.

During your stay
It is rare that we will be on the second floor. The house has great insulation so you won't hear us and we won't hear you. However, we are available to answer questions about the area, city, restaurants, directions, etc.

The door is a keyless entry and you will be given the code upon arrival.

There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs. It does not have a bottom bar so there is no tripping hazard.

This is the third time that I've lived in the Baltimore/Towson area and I've also lived around DC so I'm very familiar with neighborhoods, museums and other amenities. I would love to offer tips on how to explore and enjoy this quirky town.

Children and pets may be OK in some circumstances but need to be discussed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

There is an automatic 20 percent discount for long-term stays, however, such stays need to be approved by me on a case-by-case basis.

For longer term stays, there is a weekly $30 per week cleaning fee to have me come in to change and wash linens, clean the bathroom and dust/sweep/mop the bedroom. Any daily cleaning is up to the guest, and I provide supplies.

Our home is close to Towson University, and other colleges/universities in Baltimore including: Goucher College, Johns Hopkins University. 9 foot high ceilings beautiful hardwood floors with crown molding. The entire specious Apartment # 2 is located in the basement of the house and has private entrance. It is perfect for a large family with children or a baby. There is King Bed, two Queen Beds, additional queen Sofa Bed and a couch in the living room which altogether can sleep 8 people. The only inconvenience is that you need to go through Master Bedroom to enter the third bedroom. For that reason the unit might be better for families with children rather than large groups of friends travelling together. Washer and dryer are in the kitchen. Free street parking is available next to the house. The upstairs level is occupied by other guests, so quiet hours from 10 pm until 7 am need to be respected.
