The house is a brand new end of group luxury townhouse in a new neighborhood off Rossville boulevard in Rosedale Maryland. We added HD CABLE TVs to each room as per guests recommendation in February 2022. The house is located in Baltimore county, close to White Marsh, Towson and downtown Baltimore.
The space
The entire house is comprised of 4 rooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Room #1 is a large exclusive self contained with a wet bar, microwave, a Small refrigerator and a 50 inch Smart HD Cable TV with ROKU. This room is located on the first floor. The second floor has the entire common areas like the living room, dining, kitchen, office, 1/2 bathroom and a 65 inch HD Cable TV.
The third floor had 3 bedrooms. Room #2 is a large self contained owners suite with ceiling fan, shower and a 50 inch Smart HD Cable TV with ROKU located on the third floor. Rooms #3 & #4 are two normal size bedrooms with a shared hall bathroom. Both rooms have a 43 inch Smart HD Cable TV with ROKU. The washer and dryer are also located on the third floor.

The house is a large modern single
family home in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood off Rossville boulevard in Rosedale Maryland. We added a new Washer and Dryer in May 2021. The house is close to White Marsh, Towson and downtown Baltimore with easy access to both interstates 95 and 695.

Guest room # 2 is a comfortable
room with microwave, small refrigerator and a television located on the second floor of the home. The room has a private bathroom outside the room to the right. The formal living room, dining, kitchen and half bathroom are all located on the first floor. Perfect for students, travel nurses and physicians working or on
clinical rotation in the area hospitals
and schools.

GUEST ACCESS

The guest will have access to the room and bathroom and all the aforementioned common areas. The guest will access the house and room via an electronic smart keys.

County (CCBC Essex), Medstar Franklin Square Medical Center and White Marsh Mall. The neighborhood has easy access to interstates 95 and 695. It is also close to both MD route 40 and 43. The house is within 10 miles to both downtown Baltimore and Towson. It's close to Towson University, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Mercy Medical Center, University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center, University of Maryland Medical Center and VA Hospital. It is about 25 miles to Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, Maryland.
