KP Lakehouse is a spacious second floor unit that sits on the Northwest corner of Harveys lake offering beautiful morning sunrises. It offers a rear deck for viewing the koi pond and many wild birds of the area. Gardening is a passion at KP Lakehouse so there is always something in bloom. Accommodations include 2 full bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the second with two twin beds that can be arranged to make a second queen. Each bedroom has a full bathroom including a bathtub and shower.

We also keep a crib always on site for families traveling with infants. Large comfortable living room has a 55" smart tv and a cozy electric fireplace. Kitchen has modern refrigerator and glass-top stove with all the basic cooking supplies to spend the night eating in. Screened-in porch with wicker furniture and back patio with gas grill and fire pit give you nice spaces to sit and relax and enjoy your stay. Plenty of street parking in front of the house so you don't have to worry about parking. There are also a washer and dryer available in the basement for your convenience. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors, It's close to Interstate-81 and all the city activities making it a perfect place to stay.

There is one Tempurpedic King size bed and plenty of space to set up supplied air beds. The Dock house has a kitchen with two burner stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. Much space to entertain indoors, on the deck and on another huge roof top deck. Views are amazing, unobstructed and over the water. For night time, propane fueled open fire pit. Flat top propane grill for lake view grilling. Immediate access right off the deck or shore line for swimming, fishing and cooling off. Included at no additional cost is a peddle boat that holds four persons with built in cooler and fishing pole holders. The boat house contains a bathroom with toilet and shower stocked with towels for showering and swimming. For entertaining, There is a long bar with space for 8 to 10 stools and refrigeration for beverages. It also includes a slip for one boat up to 21 feet. On top of the boat house is the huge deck for lake viewing, sitting, sunning and entertaining. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 20 persons for a get together and easily provide 6 persons for sleeping on air beds. Large flat screen Smart TV with free high speed WiFi access throughout the property. Please note this is not a home with bedrooms on the lake. It is an awesome dock and boat house for lake front relaxation and entertaining. Glam-camping at its best. 1,100 square foot a-frame house across the street from Harvey's Lake and next door to Rich and Charlotte's restaurant/bar. The house is six walking minutes from the Harvey's Lake public boat launch, where a boat or kayaks (permit required) can be launched.

The main floor includes a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. We are a family of 3...our son is 18 years old. We also have 2 dogs and a cat.
Our house is 2640 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 private decks and 1 shared deck. Our property is located in a quiet, wooded area, perfect for nature lovers! You may even meet our favorite deer family !
We are located close to Ricketts Glen (15 mins to lower trail and 30 mins to upper trail). We are approximately 1/2 mile from Harveys Lake, which is perfect for kayaking.

The space
From June to September, we will be offering complimentary beach passes to Sunset Beach (at Harveys Lake). Feel free to bring a floating device so you can just float around and enjoy the lake, a folding chair to suntan, and of course, a swimsuit, towel and sunscreen. The beach includes a sandy area, a small playground for young children, a covered pavilion ( where you can enjoy a picnic lunch or pizza from Grotto Pizza- located across the street), a restroom (open when a lifeguard is present).

Guest access
Guests may use the kitchen and living room (shared spaces). We also have a bbq grill if guests would like to use it. Shoes must be removed when entering the house and taken to your room. Guests are welcome to wear slippers, as long as they have no outside dirt.
