Our vacation rental is a lovely daylight basement apartment with large windows and beautiful views of Sequim Bay. The home was built in 2008 to take advantage of the gorgeous water views from every room. Quiet is the key word here.

It is perfect for couples and is pet friendly. It is not fenced.
There is a charge of $25.00 per pet.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a single, extra-long twin bed. There is a nice, full bath & shower with granite counter top.

The living room has a nice sofa with Amazon streaming Firestick TV, (no cable). Wifi is available.

The Loft was designed and created by us for those of you looking for the ultimate getaway. Here you can relax in privacy, and feel pampered while enjoying up-scale amenities, unobstructed views, and peaceful, natural surroundings.

Situated at the head of Sequim Bay at approx. 450 ft. elevation, The Loft offers a panoramic view of Sequim Bay, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the San Juan Islands and Mt. Baker. The view of the Strait provides an ever-changing view of many ocean bound ships. (We provide binoculars for you to enjoy the activity a bit closer up.)

The Loft is approximately 500 square feet in size and is the second story of a completely separate building on the property. Our home is also on the property, however, the purposeful orientation of the two separate buildings allows for total privacy for our guests.

There is a gated entrance leading to the backside of the building housing The Loft. There you will find towering evergreens and a wonderful, perfectly private patio with a hot tub, gas BBQ, and an outdoor dining table. It is not uncommon to have eagles flying overhead and deer in the lower grassy area.

We originally envisioned building this space for our family and friends to use while visiting. So we wanted it to be very special even from the beginning. As the project progressed, we decided to offer it as a vacation rental as well.

We decorated The Loft using vibrant and inviting colors. We used natural slate, granite, a heated tile floor in the bath, upscale fixtures and solid cherry woodwork/trim throughout to accomplish our vision. One of our favorite features in The Loft is the gas fireplace. Surrounded with natural slate tiles it has a hand crafted mantle of solid cherry and truly is 'one of a kind'.

We planned the furniture and fireplace arrangement so that the fireplace, wall mounted HDTV, and straight on view of Sequim Bay can all be enjoyed from the comfort of the bed! We also installed 'stealth' stereo speakers in the walls...they are invisible! The balcony of The Loft overlooks the bay and is a wonderful place to just 'be'.

We are in a gated community comprised of five-acre properties. Ours is located on the top of the hill, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is the last of only three homes situated on the street.

We feel we accomplished our goal of creating a very special place, and are pleased to offer it for your stay in Sequim. Our central location on the north end of the Olympic Peninsula makes this a great place to stay while enjoying the numerous activities available in the area.

This lovely home on nearly 4 acres in the country, yet close to town, provides the perfect place to relax from all your daily duties in the real world. It was built in 1998 and was recently remodeled with an updated cabin vibe. The downstairs includes the master and guest bedrooms and one bathroom that is accessible outside the master bedroom. The master bath features a shower, sink and toilet in a separate space from an additional sink in its own space, so two can get ready at one time. There is a mudroom with a stacked washer/dryer unit on this level. The upstairs open floor plan with wall-to-wall windows offers a great perch from which to view the visiting Elk and Bald Eagles that frequent the area, while you dine, read, or enjoy wine on the deck. The kitchen is well appointed with appliances for preparing food for dining in. This level offers a second bath with a jetted tub, and a view of the forest while you relax and soak. Additionally there is a small sitting room with views of the walking paths through the woods, which can double as an extra bedroom for two people. Walk the woods, stroll the garden or entertain on the upper deck or lower patio in this peaceful quiet place you will not want to leave.
When you do leave for food or entertaining activities, you are only a short mile and a half drive or bicycle ride from many restaurants, shops, the art gallery and farmer's market just to name a few. Wild Rose on the Bay is a recently-remodeled house in a natural setting on the waterfront shores of Sequim Bay. There is a peaceful feeling of tranquility and privacy as you gaze out over the back yard to the beautiful waters of Sequim Bay and the forested hills beyond. The two-bedroom house is elegantly appointed, but at the same time retains the rustic feel of a secluded cabin in a country setting. The newly installed skip-sawn Douglas fir floor is dramatic, and it complements the exposed wooden beams and ceiling in the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom, which flows out to the back deck through french doors, has a king-sized bed with side tables plus a sitting area for reading or watching TV. It also has a large, walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a closet, side tables, and small sitting area. Some of the original closets and kitchen cabinets have been kept to preserve the history of the house and have been updated with a fresh, new look. This home sleeps four. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your use.

The property flows down from forests and meadows past two rustic, old out-buildings to the main house. The outbuilding closest to the house has a 220 volt, 50 amp electric vehicle receptacle for charging EV batteries A small Alaskan cedar deck greets you as you approach the front entrance of the house. On the back side of the house, the generous Alaskan cedar deck looks over a large lawn before coming to a small deck at the top of a 20' bank. There you will find a small, middle deck with a stairway leading down to the lower deck right off the beach. That middle deck at the top of the bank has a fire pit with plenty of firewood nearby. It’s a great place to watch sunsets with a fire going while taking in the incredible views in a private, peaceful setting.

The lower deck has short ramp to the beach on one end, and on the other end there is a small dock house. (The key is in the welcome basket in the main house.). Once inside, there’s a cozy, intimate feeling while sitting on the futon couch. Since you’re only about six feet above the beach, it will seem like you’re connected to the water of Sequim Bay as you gaze out the generous windows and often hear the waves lapping the shore below, especially at high tide when the water is under the dock house.

For those who are comfortable with the safe use of kayaks, there are two 10’ kayaks available for you to paddle along the shores of Sequim Bay. Kayak paddles and life vests are stored inside the dock house.

When the weather is warm, one may even venture to swim in the cool waters of Sequim Bay with water shoes to protect your feet from the rocky beach.

This is a perfect country, waterfront getaway for a relaxing and refreshing vacation.

We were treated to see otters at play (one came ashore with two pups at low tide) and a black tailed deer with two fawns. This waterfront location was roughly halfway between a wedding in Kitsap and hiking locations in Olympic National Park. Hurricane Ridge, Marymere falls, Lake Crescent, Madison falls, the bypass trail, Dungeness Spit, Port Townsend, and local Sequim Lavender farms were great, easy excursions. My daughter made longer treks to Hoh Rainforest (she said too far and too dry), beaches (good) and to Cape Flattery (the drive not so scenic, but the cape nice). Restaurants in Port Angeles and Poulsbo were delightful. Great Place!"

Perched on a bluff overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca, we’re right next to Panorama Vista County Park, where a short path leads to a set of wooden stairs descending to a secluded beach. Explore in either direction and often feel like you have the place to yourself. From the bluff (or the beach) you can see the outline of the San Juan Islands and Vancouver Island (B.C.) in the distance. You have the Olympic mountains to your left and Protection Island to your right, with an occasional view of snow-covered Mt. Baker beyond that on a clear day.

Want a close encounter with a bald eagle, wandering deer or other wildlife? You’re likely to find that as well. In fact, you’ll probably feel like a visitor in their back yard.

For mountain bikers, we have a world-class myriad of rugged backcountry trials known as the Miller Peninsula. People come from all over to discover its beauty – old growth forest, prairie meadows, and water views – yet you’ll have access about a half mile from where you’re staying. Prefer a relatively flat, manicured, paved trail, equally beautiful and suitable for road bikes as well? Hop on the Discovery Trail, about 4 miles away, and head west towards Sequim, through Sequim Bay State Park and Carrie Blake Park, among other notable sites. Or head east towards Diamond Point and Discovery Bay. You could even play a free round of frisbee golf (18 holes) through a beautiful forest on a nearby course.

Seven Cedars, a casino just 5 miles away, can offer a fun night out as well, with live shows, fine dining and other activities. You can rent an e-bike or book a whale watching tour from there as well. The Puget Sound Express leaves from the beautiful harbor of Port Townsend, which offers many other local attractions as well, such as an annual wooden boat festival.

Lovely 8 acre parcel with a caboose train car "Caboose" to stay in! Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful, the Caboose is pulled up to the Depot Station Tiny Cabin. Close to the Olympic Mountains and Park, Ocean and Strait and all there is to see and experience here. Caboose has a king sized bed plus a twin "bunk", as well as an additional twin blowup for an additional sleeping space for up to 4 people. A portable crib is available as well. We also liked the location, which was quiet but gave us relatively quick access to Port Angeles and the northern entrances to the park. It was clean and well cared for, and the outdoor space was a lovely addition to the property. The host is especially friendly and we received great communication from her. The check in and check out process is no contact, quick, and easy. There was also very little asked of the guests in regards to cleaning upon checkout, which we really appreciated. The Pottery is the perfect place to come and unplug! This two bedroom house with full kitchen and one bathroom located on 2.5 acres of beautiful gardens by the Dungeness River can accommodate up to four people comfortably. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. There is a lovely built in tiled bar in the kitchen for entertaining, and a masa grill for gatherings on one of the two patios. The grounds boast two ponds, surrounded by a variety of exotic and colorful trees and flowering plants. This is a gardener's dream getaway only 3 miles from town, but essentially with an "off the grid" feel. There is a television for watching movies and an extensive library of classic and cult favorite dvds. We are located 1/2 mile from the newly opened Dungeness Trails mountain biking trails. We have four mountain bikes that you are welcome to use, however you will need to bring your own helmets. Come and enjoy the serenity and peace at the Pottery in Reverie Gardens. This is only five minutes from the town of Sequim, but back in the woods, somewhat secluded, quiet and amazingly well-kept grounds. There are 3 apartments in the house, each with a separate and unique entrance. "Ramblin Rose" is a 2 bedroom with a comfortable, open concept style living-dining-kitchen. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. All the rooms are replete with casual decor. Walking out the living room, you encounter a small deck, plus several outdoor arrangements for sitting, eating or socializing.

There are no laundry facilities.

Free off-street parking very close to your entrance. Lovely landscaped enhances the experience, and keeps it cool in the summer. This unit is on the North side. There are a few steps up to the front door, the unit is on one level.

Children under 12 are not permitted by owner.

If you don’t feel like making it yourself, Gabby’s down the road is a quick 2 minute drive away and makes delicious coffee (also really yummy breakfast sandwiches!)

We are proud to offer green options: reusable napkins, natural cleaners (We also have regular conventional cleaners if you wish), recycle bins and a compost bin for our guests.

After a busy day of exploring the Olympic Peninsula, use the 43 inch smart TV with Disney+ and Netflix streaming provided (other streaming service available- just bring your own log in). The TV comes with HDMI cable to connect your own devices if desired. We have a split unit for the main room which offers heat as well as AC. There are small electric walk heaters in bedrooms to make it extra cozy.

We also have a stocked shelf with activities for your kids- coloring books/crayons, decks of cards, books and a few other toys to keep them occupied while you relax. There even some puzzles for adults if you want to unplug for a while!
*If traveling with little ones let us know if you need a high chair, pack n play or bed rail left in the unit for your use.

OUTSIDE:
As you drive down the gravel, privately owned road to your unit you will be transported to the beauty of rural Sequim. You will see a few small ponds, a herd of cows, and the views of the Olympic Mountains in the background. You'll cross the small creek via a concrete bridge and be transported to all the privacy Camelot Valley getaway can provide for you.

Once settled into your unit, you will be surrounded by trees, a small pond where ducks love to land(and viewable from your windows), gardens and even some adorable miniature Nigerian goats who love to say hello.
Feel free to say hi to the flock of chickens (no rooster!) and throw them some fruit or veggie scraps! In summer months, you're welcome to stroll through the gardens.

There is an outdoor pavilion for your use- complete with patio furniture. There is a propane fire pit- it comes with one propane tank for your use during your stay. We have some outdoor toys for kids to use as well as a vintage croquet set too! The pavilion is set right outside your unit and overlooks the garden area which in summer will be lush with flowers and vegetables.
There’s even an outdoor sauna for your use-complete with robes!
There's plenty of close parking for your vehicle and room to bring your boat or trailer (under 25 feet, 6,000 lbs)- advanced notice required. Bring your electric car and your charger and use our 50amp outlet to charge up at night before heading out.

No smoking inside please and unfortunately while we love animals, they are not allowed in this suite due to the safety of other animals on the property.

This one story space is completely private with separate entrances, however, it is attached to the main house via one wall so you may occasionally have your silence disturbed.

Some guests may be able to hear traffic noise during peak travel periods while outside.

Our property is on a quiet, dead-end road in the country but we do share acreage with neighboring farms. You may hear roosters crowing, ducks landing on our pond, children playing outside or goats being fed. We provide sound machines in each bedroom to ensure peace for your sleep.

The Fungalow is anything but ordinary. This amazing 1978 aluminum trailer is glamping in style. Great for the outdoor enthusiast as a gateway to Olympic National Park & the peninsula. At 34-ft, it is surprisingly spacious, with a full bathroom and a king mattress. Enjoy the private yard with beautiful mountain views, a propane grill, & a cozy outdoor fire place. 5 mins from Downtown Sequim, 10 mins from the Dungeness Spit, 15 mins from Port Angeles, & 45 mins from Olympic National Park!

The interior includes a California king mattress (sleeps 2), as well as a couch that can be converted to a bed at night (sleeps 1). The kitchenette includes a 2-burner induction cooktop, a sink, a microwave, a toaster, and of course, a coffee maker. There is a table to eat at and play games, a desk for a working vacation with high speed internet, and a record player that doubles as a Bluetooth speaker. There is air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. There is a tiny 4-gallon hot water tank which only allows for a brief 5-minute shower before running cold. You've been warned! It is glamping after all.

The Fungalow sits on a property that has a home on it (also a vacation rental). However, there are no shared spaces with the other guests with the exception of the driveway. You will have two dedicated parking spots. Electric car charging is available with advance notice.

Beautiful farm land. The Fungalow is a short distance off Highway 101 on down a small dirt road with 5 other houses on it.

Enjoy a stroll on the country roads and say hi to the friendly horses at our neighbor's houses. Beautiful pastures, forests, wild flowers, and gardens are everywhere!

Public transportation is very limited. A car is highly recommended or a good bike. We are located very close to the Olympic Discovery Bike Trail which extends across much of the peninsula.

Located across from the Dungeness River and within 1/4 mile of the Dungeness Trail for hiking and mountain biking, The Loft at Reverie Gardens is situated on 2 1/2 acres of beautiful exotic gardens where you can stroll at your leisure. The grounds are beautifully kept for your viewing pleasure. The upstairs features a large bedroom and sitting area with pastoral window views. Downstairs is a small living/dining area, a full kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Please read some of the reviews to get a better idea of this venue. Also, this is a No smoking and no pets venue.

The space
Our 1 bedroom, 450 square foot, moose themed cottage (circa 1981) is simple yet comfortable and cozy. There is no WiFi. Previous long term guests have been successful using a mobile hot spot for internet connection. Kitchenette is set up for simple cooking with a double burner hot plate (not pictured), full size toaster oven, microwave, and electric kettle. TV is mostly for DVD viewing as we have limited service with rabbit ears antenna. Enjoy our selection of DVDs or rent one from Redbox at Walgreens.

If you are bringing a pet, let us know a little bit about your pet. We prefer only one pet, but inquire with us if you have more. Make sure to include your pet in the request to book.

For long term stays, I do not come in to clean. I will leave cleaning supplies for you. There will be paper products to get you started, but you will need to purchase these after that.

The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic and makes for a lovely morning or evening walk with peekaboo views of Sequim Bay and Mount Baker. The Olympic Discovery Trail is 1/2 mile away.

The space
Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.

There are 3 apartments in the house, each with a separate and unique entrance. "Rose Bud" is a 1 bedroom with a living room. The nicest window is in the bathroom - a stained glass sun makes it cheerful. All the rooms are replete with casual decor. 

There is no kitchen, just a refrigerator, microwave and coffee setup. There are no laundry facilities.

Free off-street parking very close to your entrance. Lovely landscaping enhance the experience and keeps it shady in the summer. Since this unit is on the South side, there is a window air conditioner for those few hot days. There are a few steps up to the front door, the unit is on one level with no one above.

Children under 12 are not permitted by owner.
NO Pets, Smoking or Fireworks

A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. A peaceful & private setting but close to city amenities, Olympic Arts Theatre, the weekend farmer's market, Carrie Blake Park & Olympic Discovery Trail. Located just a few blocks from downtown Sequim, you will enjoy strolling through neighboring coffeehouses and quaint shops as well as Sequim's local Farmer's Market. 

Northwest Adventures are easily accomplished from this location. Day trips to the Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent and Pacific coastal areas are all within a 45 minute to 3 hour drive from the home. Sequim itself hosts several walking beaches, the Dungeness Spit, Olympic Game Farm and wonderful Lavender Farms throughout the valley. Take a bike ride through the valley or along the Olympic Discovery Trail and enjoy thick forests of cedars, an old railway trestle bridge across the Dungeness River and views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

In the evenings, enjoy dining out at one of Sequim's many fine dining establishments from fresh Italian food at Tedesco's, fresh seafood at Salty Girl's or Dockside Grill to Mexican fare at Jose's Famous Salsa. For a local brew or cider, consider checking out the Peninsula Tap Room.  Or, if you seek a more lively nightlife, Seven Cedars Casino is just down the way and hosts live music and Las Vegas style gaming. 

Only 52 minutes from Olympic National Park, where you can drive up to Hurricane Ridge for spectacular views and an easy hike at the top.

This unique studio has a style of its own! Step into the Art studio and you will find everything you need for your stay in your home away from home! This 1 bedroom open studio also comes with access to a beautifully crafted turf soccer field and newly constructed landscaping to pull it all together.
For more than two guests, we offer an additional sleeping space in the living room area. (Please note, these are not private from one another. See pictures).

The space

At your stay with us here at the Art Studio, you will find yourself walking into an open concept floor plan. In here you will find your master bedroom, kitchen and living room and all in one space, while still having the freedom to move about the unit.
The whole unit is one big open area. That being said this place is bed suitable for 2 people such as couple or a couple with a child as the sleeping arrangements are not private from one another. We do provide a portable dividing wall that you can place between the two areas.

**Please note that there is no oven or stove.
**1/19/2024 a double burner cooktop and air fryer were added to the unit with other cooking basics such and pots/pans and a tea kettle.

On the outside the studio you will be surrounded by beautiful landscape and directly to the left you will find a fully lit and fenced, turf soccer field that guests have full access to during your stay with us.
To the right to the studio as you pull up you will see our larger Airbnb listing also listed on my main account.
Also on the property is our home (the main white and black house) and our business/shop (Meyer Electric) which is ran from there. Mornings are busy but the business stays away from the homes as they have their own parking area at the start of the property.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire studio, back patio backyard, and soccer field. However, in the fall and winter months, you may find soccer practices happening here at our property as we have lights for when it gets dark early. Practices are normally done by 7 PM when they do happen.

We run our business from the front of the property out of our shop. This is an electrical business. My husband has owned for 14 years. We have many employees that use the front parking area during the business days.
We also have soccer teams that come to practice every once in a while at our soccer field and are done by 7 PM.

Cozy in-law suite close to great views & the beach. Separated from the main house in an attached garage, you will have your own private entrance. 10 minute drive to downtown Sequim and less than a mile walk to the beach. 5 minutes from one of the highest rated golf courses in Western WA, The Cedars at Dungeness. 30 minutes from the Victoria B.C. ferry. Our little place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

This private room is perfect for guests who just need a spot to crash, or want their own space for a while. It is cozy but there is plenty of room to do what you need to do! Bathroom area is separated by curtain not door, the space of the room is contrasted with all of the amazing outdoor space so close by. 5 minute walk to the beach, big back yard, and lots of safe walking and biking streets.

Garden Oasis awaits with ponds, hammock, bench, organic herb and salad garden, as well as a covered patio for outdoor dining. This charming 1918 farmhouse welcomes you to serene common areas, shared kitchen and cozy breakfast nook. Your Nest is furnished with a twin bed, desk, nightstand, closet, wi-fi and has a spectacular view of front gardens and sunset views that stretch over a hayfield lined by trees. This teeny room has been a Nest for many who have considered it their sanctuary.

The space
A shared bathroom is just outside the Master bedroom. Each room has separate keyed locks. Airbnb rooms are all upstairs and Theresa’s room and bathroom are downstairs adjacent to her yoga studio. Inquire about a special rate for all 3 rooms upstairs if you’re traveling with a larger group.

Kitchen use: Each guest has a designated shelf in the refrigerator just for their use, as well as a cupboard with plates, cups, utensils, etc. and space for some food. All dishes and preparation spaces must be cleaned thoroughly after each use. Microwave, toaster, hot water kettle and coffee maker are all shared. There are cutting knives and pots and pans for your use, although the kitchen is not intended for elaborate cooking as it is shared with others that will need space to prepare and heat their meals too.

West Wind Manor is a very peaceful environment meant for those desiring a soothing retreat-like stay. Theresa works from her home yoga studio (details about her work are in profile bio), so if you're lucky you may be the second hand recipient of some beautiful Tibetan bowl sound healing music.

Although not a ‘party house’, Theresa does have a playful nature where joyful communication and laughter are always welcome. ; )

Located in Sequim near the Dungeness river, we are a great pit-stop for hikers/bikers/day-trippers/lavender lovers, with the best of the Olympics at your backdoor.

The space
The tiny home is located on an 1 acre lot off of one of the main access roads into Olympic National Park and Forest.

The tiny home was originally a pump house for the irrigation on the property, and was converted to a tiny home for the previous owners while they were building the main home on the property. As this is a studio, if you are sensitive to noise from appliances (such as the refrigerator hum) I would recommend ear plugs.

The dimensions only allow for a sofa bed, so please keep this in mind if you haven't operated or slept on one for awhile. While we do have a quilted mattress pad on the mattress, it is not comparable to a full-size mattress.

As we are a bit off of the beaten path, cell phone coverage can be an issue (seems to be mainly Verizon). As such, we have installed a WiFi extender so guests may use WiFi calling if necessary, but this can be unreliable.

WiFi may slow or shut down occasionally as this is a rural area.

Although the space is small, we aim to make it a central location for adventuring with all of the necessities, privacy, and comforts that you can't get at a hotel.

What we're good for:
- Couples (sometimes with small children) or singles who are using this as a launch pad for Olympic Peninsula adventures.
- Folks who would like a fully stocked kitchen and laundry.
- Those who love nature. Wake up to birdsong and watch eagles fly in the skies above. Hear the Dungeness River from the yard and see an eagle nest within a 5-10 minute walk. This also includes the occasional spider or bugs who like to visit.
- Proximity to the parks, but also to town.
- Offering competitive rates and limited rules/check-out cleaning requests.
- Quick responses to requests for help or recommendations.
- Local owners - your dollars are directly supporting our livelihood and local community. We are 100% responsible for running the listing, performing the maintenance, and doing the cleaning.

What we're not good for:
- Romantic getaway... this is a fold-out couch and we share the property.
- Very light sleepers. This is a studio, so fridge and central heater noise are common. Ear plugs are provided.
- Luxury accommodations. See above and know that there is some wear-and-tear in the home. We're like a fancy hostel, essentially.
- Folks looking to work from home or who rely on fast WiFi while on their trip. WiFi and cell coverage can be spotty (no Verizon service at all) and/or limited, even with the WiFi extender.
