This lovely home on nearly 4 acres in the country, yet close to town, provides the perfect place to relax from all your daily duties in the real world. It was built in 1998 and was recently remodeled with an updated cabin vibe. The downstairs includes the master and guest bedrooms and one bathroom that is accessible outside the master bedroom. The master bath features a shower, sink and toilet in a separate space from an additional sink in its own space, so two can get ready at one time. There is a mudroom with a stacked washer/dryer unit on this level. The upstairs open floor plan with wall-to-wall windows offers a great perch from which to view the visiting Elk and Bald Eagles that frequent the area, while you dine, read, or enjoy wine on the deck. The kitchen is well appointed with appliances for preparing food for dining in. This level offers a second bath with a jetted tub, and a view of the forest while you relax and soak. Additionally there is a small sitting room with views of the walking paths through the woods, which can double as an extra bedroom for two people. Walk the woods, stroll the garden or entertain on the upper deck or lower patio in this peaceful quiet place you will not want to leave.
When you do leave for food or entertaining activities, you are only a short mile and a half drive or bicycle ride from many restaurants, shops, the art gallery and farmer's market just to name a few. Additionally the area has wonderful bike paths, community theater, The Voice of America Dungeness Recreation Area and The Spit, Railroad Bridge Park, John Wayne Marina, The Olympic Game Farm, and the Seven Cedars Casino.

Enter the master bedroom through rustic double doors into a suite with a red leather couch, you can only see in the movies, and a willow headboard against a king sized bed. The pasture view from the bedroom will amaze you, and will surely leave you feeling like a king or queen!

Our lodge also includes a sleeping loft complete with two pull out couches or “sleeper sofas” with a double bed as well. Perfect for kids or any additional guests or family members. Take a stroll down to our spacious rec room with a bar and large cowboy mural that will surely take your breath away. Feel like a real equestrian while sitting on our barstools topped with different types of saddles, pick what type of riding you like best!

In our spacious downstairs bedrooms, we have one room with two queen sized beds and another with a king bed. The rooms have beautiful murals on the wall that will make your jaw drop.

Lovely 8 acre parcel with a caboose train car "Caboose" to stay in! Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful, the Caboose is pulled up to the Depot Station Tiny Cabin. Close to the Olympic Mountains and Park, Ocean and Strait and all there is to see and experience here. Caboose has a king sized bed plus a twin "bunk", as well as an additional twin blowup for an additional sleeping space for up to 4 people. A portable crib is available as well. Property has a small pond, lovely views and access to state lands and trails for foot or horse. The bathroom has a private , sink, shower and toilet. Hurricane Ridge, Sol Duc Falls, Lake Crescent & the Historic Victorian Seaport of Port Townsend await you to explore while you rejuvenate in all of the splendor & beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Centrally located for day-tripping to Seattle, this jewel of relaxation offers expansive and breath taking views of the Straits of Juan De Fuca, Protection Island and Victoria Canada. It is also an ideal place to stay if you are visiting for Sequim's Irrigation or Lavender festivals. Or for Port Townsend's Wooden Boat, Jazz or Blues Festivals. The cabin is 400 square feet of awesomness. The space is ideal for two but can accommodate three for a real cozy stay, a kitchen, bathroom and deck for enjoying the amazing sunrises, sunsets and phenomenal Mt Baker views. Deer roam free and it is not uncommon to witness an eagle soaring above.

We have an outdoor fire pit and can supply wood for a cozy fire. Please know that there are times when all residential burning is banned. Just inquire at your time of arrival.

Some of the amenities include a mini refrigerator, dishes & utensils, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, electric tea kettle, a brand new heat pump/AC, TV with antenna that gets TV from Canada, a DVD player with many fantastic movies to watch, and a propane grill. Plush towels and fantastic bedding. We do have wifi, based on our location it can be spotty at times. Much more reliable to watch the surf than surf the web :)

The gated property is located at the end of a country road in a quiet neighborhood. Raven Meadows Cabin is nestled in a beautiful meadow full of birds and wildlife. Attention has been paid to every detail, including state of the art appliances in the gourmet kitchen and custom touches throughout. The location is perfectly situated between Sequim and Pt Angeles, making it a perfect home base for all your adventures on the peninsula. The mountains and water are literally minutes away!
The property is part of a working farm. There are goats, a miniature donkey and horse, big horse and numerous other animals on the property. Arrangements can be made to visit them for anyone wishing to.

This cabin is a gem! It was perfect for 2 people ( there is one double bed in the bedroom and then one futon and a pullout couch in the other areas so it can sleep more people, but is ideal for two). It was very private and only a couple of little airplanes came and went (which was kind of cool). The hot tub was great (turn it up high); the fireplace was cozy (read the manual to start it) and while we were warned that the laundry takes time, it both washed and dried the clothes really well. The kitchenette is small but has everything we needed. It was a perfect get-away. I would highly recommend this place!"

Blue Sky Cabin is located at the end of a private airstrip community in beautiful Sequim valley. Neighbored by a wetland preserve bird habitat, this beautiful 5 acre mountain view cabin is surrounded by meadows.  It is close to the Olympic Game Farm, and only 7 minutes from main street Sequim. There are less than 10 homes in this airstrip community where garages also serve as hangars for private planes.  Guests can drive in or fly in their private plane.  If you are planning to fly in, please contact our office for the private airstrip landing information.

The cabin, and adjacent airplane hangar, were built by the owner and it is truly a hand crafted home filled with special finds from the owner's antiquing trips. The bedroom upstairs, with a full bed, has an adjacent loft area with a futon couch that folds out into a full bed. The loft is also a nice place to work or catch up on email.  The home offers high speed internet and WiFi.  The upstairs 3/4 bathroom has a shower to freshen up after a day of exploring the area. Downstairs is a great room with a memory foam mattress in the hide-a-bed couch. The cabin could sleep 6 but we feel 5 is a more comfortable number for space. There is an efficient kitchen with full-size electric stove/oven, microwave oven, and quarter-sized refrigerator with small freezer space. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.  The cleaning closet also serves as laundry facilities with a stack washer and dryer. The home is equipped with a smart TV and Dish TV service.  There is a DVD player for your favorite movies. A propane fireplace, set in the handset river rock surround, warms cool evenings.  There are games for guests to play, too.

Outside, there is space to run around or throw a ball for your pup. Swing on the front porch swing and watch the birds flying by, or the occasional neighbor taking off for flight on a beautiful day.  Enjoy an evening drink while staying warm next to the outdoor propane heater on the wrap around deck, or relax in the hot tub under the stars.  Just across the gates of the community is the Dungeness River.  The river offers a terrific walk with park areas to rest and enjoy the tranquility.  You are minutes from the Olympic Game Farm.  The Dungeness Wildlife Refuge and entrance to the Dungeness Spit is only 10 minutes away. This is a very charming home to truly get away for quiet and relaxation.

;) Lovely Tiny house, home, cottage or cabin on our quiet friendly property; Welcomes you and your loved ones! Acreage around us gives beautiful open Country Views. Lovely quiet neighbors. You're in the country with the Dungeness river 1 mile down the road to the Schoolhouse Museum bridge. The Strait of Juan de Fuca is 1.5 miles from us in the same direction. The river enters the Strait right here and this Spring our Guests have fun walking along Dungeness beach down the road from us! Hike the Dungeness Spit!The river is the shortest fastest flowing river in the country, coming down from the Olympic Mountains just behind our town, Sequim! I've only seen it flowing fast once in 18 years, in the summer it's shallow and meanders mostly. Swimming is seen and some fishing near the bridge, esp on 4th July! It is so hot. :D

This solar-powered cabin sits on five acres of the Miller Peninsula, about 10 miles east of central Sequim. It's a location that gives you easy access to Port Townsend, Olympic National Park, Port Angeles, and scenic drives and state parks across the Olympic Peninsula.

The setting is quiet and picturesque, with a large grassy lawn that's lined by tall trees. There's a deck that wraps around the house, offering a beautiful spot for your evening meals at the picnic table, as well as a firepit in the yard where you can tell stories and roast marshmallows afterwards.

Inside, the cabin is rustic and inviting, full of small nooks where you can curl up with a favorite novel. The kitchen gives you a sense of standing beneath a tree's canopy, with all the essential appliances lining the circular walls. Relax in the dining nook, the window nook, the sunny tower room, or the living room, where you can play cards and charades at night while toasting your toes by the woodstove (with logs provided).

Ghost Owl Retreat is located right at the edge of the Olympic National Park on a 2.5 acre property with 2 cabins that's full of cedars and pine trees which provide a peaceful and private experience. There are 2 cabins located 1 bigger (Maple Cabin) which comes with 2 bedrooms 1 bath and a specious living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The smaller cabin (Poppy seed ) is a modern studio with 1 bed .

- "Overall all a nice experience. I will make a suggestion. Please, please provide a couple of non-stick or any type of pan to cook eggs and potatoes. I don't understand how a cabin is not equipped with proper pans for cooking breakfast. We did bbq, and that worked out wonderful. "Peaceful" is how friends describe the neighborhood. We are located in a picturesque valley atop a mountain surrounded by tall timber. The forest is filled with wildlife - coyotes, black bear, cougar, bobcat, wild geese and Bald eagles to name a few. Mount Angeles towers to the Northwest, Greywolf Ridge to the South.

A scenic road will get you into Sequim in 15 minutes, Port Angeles in 30 minutes and Port Townsend in 40 minutes. Access to Forest Service roads are minutes away for adventurers. Guests that walk or run along our country road are rewarded with stunning scenic views. Please let me know if you would like directions to the close-by Department of Natural Resource (DNR) roads.

Everyone is welcome to a very private and magical place in the riparian forest, only a 5 minute walk to the Dungeness River and less than 5 minute drive to downtown Sequim, Wa. Our most recent visitors tell us that we are a stand alone destination. A respite to relax and reboot . Our one bedroom cabin with a fully equipped kitchen offers a chance to enjoy a private and uninterrupted access to the Olympic rain forest, while affording you easy walking or biking to the small village of Sequim.

The space
We are aware of special concerns of visitors regarding safety and health issues during this time. Rest assured that all touchable surfaces are cleaned with sanitizing material during each deep cleaning between guests. We follow all recommended best-practices for deep cleaning for short term lodging accommodations.

The cabin has a queen bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa bed. Facilities include a full kitchen with a Mr. Coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven. Cable TV, streaming, and high speed internet are provided. A new ductless heat pump heating and a/c unit was installed in 2020 for year round comfort.

A functioning wood stove in the living room adds a special touch to a comfortable evening at home. You have a propane grill for your private use.

The cabin area includes a small deck with a wood burning chimera when outdoor burning is allowed in the county (a general fire ban is usually in place during summer months), a shelter with a bar-b-que grill, and a lawn yard, all surrounded by giant evergreen trees. You are welcome to hike through our property to and along the banks of the Dungeness River.

There is a one-time cleaning fee of $55.

When you book with us we will be asking for the names of your guests. Though the cabin is very private, it is close to our “back yard” and we like to know who is staying there. We restrict the booking to up to 2 people only. The cabin is about 700 sf and very comfortable and spacious for 2 people. Up to 2 dogs are allowed to stay with your booking. We would appreciate knowing their breed. No other pets are allowed. There is a one time charge of $15 for your dogs.

The cabinet doors and shelves in our cabin in the woods are not childproof. We were once a young family and we know how curious toddlers can be. For safety considerations, our cabin may not be suitable for very young guests.

We have dishes, flatware, cooking utinsels, glassware. The bed is medium firm with a topper and luxurious sheets and bedding. We gift 6 fresh eggs from our hens, and place a few drinks in the fridge.

There is only cold water at the sink, but the outdoor shower/bath has instant hot water.
There is also an outdoor fire pit with a grate and outdoor utinsels. (Assuming there is no fire ban when you are here.)

The space
Newly remodeled circa April 2025!*Think rural! This space is in the country and wonderfully rustic. You are sure to hear birdsong( and frogsong seasonally as there is a large pond nearby). A mating pair of bald eagles resides in a large cottonwood tree here on the property.

*The studio is a stick framed building with vaulted ceilings. It’s a one room house with a full kitchen(apartment sized stove, oven, fridge, double basin sink), bathroom and washer/dryer in Sequim. There is a wide open studio floor plan and no walls, in other words, not much at all in the way of privacy inside and even the shower is open to the living space. There is queen sized bed. The space is ideally suited for 1 to 2 guests but there is also a faux leather couch as another sleeping option for a 3rd guest (best for a child or an adult under 6 feet tall.)

***Disclaimer: the toilet here is an outdoor sanikan/porta potty, this is tidy and serviced very often, it is also for airbnb guests only and noone but yourselves will be using it. Restroom is located out the back slider door and is under an eave, out of the weather and well lit with a motion sensor light.

This is an entire home listing, it is all yours. The studio is behind my house but layout allows for lots of privacy. There is a lovely and private greenspace bordered by a very long cedar fence out back for you to enjoy, it is okay to build a campfire outside too, there is a basic rock fire ring.

Other things to note
There are social dogs and cats present on the property. There are other airbnb cottages of mine on the property along the same road, you may see light traffic coming and going as a result. Bed is made up with fresh linens, pillows and comforters. Local Sequim-roasted Rainshadow coffee, and half n half are stocked in the studio. Includes drip coffee maker and filters, cooking oil, salt and pepper, paper towels, kleenex, basic cookware, toaster, dishes, dish soap, dish towels, sponge, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and laundry detergent, wash cloths, hand towels, and bath towels. There is ample safe parking. A tank of propane for BBQ is provided, there are 2 chairs and a picnic table outside on site as well.

They love our guests. And usually we will leave out food in case you'd like to feed them :)

Please do be careful as this is a working farm, so the ground may be uneven in places and there may be equipment around the property during the harvest.

Located in the foothills of the Olympics, Shippen's Cabin offers the comforts of home in a wilderness retreat. The cabin is an ideal location to base your hiking adventure, or simply come to enjoy some time away from the city while exploring the area's many attractions. Relax after a long day on the trail with a hot sauna or a meal on the deck and enjoy the wilderness setting, often visited by local wildlife. High speed WiFi is available for those that need to stay connected during their stay.

The space
Shippen's cabin, built in the 1970's by the property's former owner and namesake, is conveniently located close to many of the major hiking and camping trailheads for the North-Eastern Olympic Mountains. Mt. Townsend, Tubal Caine Mine, Dungeness Forks, Baldy, Tyler and Upper Dungeness among many more scenic destinations can all be easily accessed from the cabin.
At the end of your adventure, relax in a rural setting with all of the comforts of home, without having to leave the wilderness. Be sure to set the delay timer on the private sauna and come home to a relaxing steam after a long day on the trail, or enjoy a BBQ on the secluded deck with family or hiking companions.
Shippen's cabin is a great destination for hiking parties with plenty of beds for up to four travelers, as well as for couples looking to get out of the city for a weekend get-away. The master bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a fold-out twin, while the main room of the cabin has a fold-out queen as well as an inflatable bed. Note: while we have instant booking activated for up to four guests, we may be able to accommodate slightly larger groups in special circumstances- just message us with your trip details.
It is important that guests understand the wild and rural location of Shippen's cabin. The cabin sits on 40 acres of mainly timbered land surrounded by hundreds more acres of timber, dotted with occasional houses. Because of this, wildlife, including sometimes bear and cougar, are seen on the property. In the almost 50 years that my family has lived on the land, we have never had an encounter with an aggressive animal. While seeing this wildlife can be an exciting part of staying in the cabin, guests with pets or children must be aware of their potential presence before booking.

Plenty of parking is available close by the cabin. This parking area should be able to accommodate large vehicles even medium size trailers. If you are planning to bring a large trailer, please contact me beforehand and I will make sure adequate parking is available.

The Tree House used to be a Park Ranger cabin back in it's heyday. It sits on pilings driven in to the hillside - so it feels like it's built in the trees even though you enter from the ground. With skylights, windows all around and french doors - it's full of light and views. The walls are an inch and a quarter thick cedar planks and the mural above the tub is made from rocks on the beach below. In the Tree House - it's all about being unique.

The Tree House is full of history. From the pie safe we reused to make the upper cabinet - to the bentwood branches in the decor - the idea is to be seemless with the landscape but maintain all the comforts of home.

The Landing sits on a flat area just above the water and unlike some of our other rentals - has a grassy area out front to stretch out and play.

Enjoy a peaceful stay on 5 acres with access to the Dungeness River. Originally built by my grandparents, this newly remodeled home offers a serene retreat as you explore the Olympic Peninsula.

The home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating four guests. ***Fold out cots and memory foam pads are available as needed for two additional guests @ additional charge.*** The island kitchen is fully equipped for family meals. On cool days, the original hearthstone wood stove efficiently warms the house for hours.

Surrounded by evergreen trees planted by my grandfather, the property also boasts seasonal berries (cherries, raspberries, blueberries and hardy kiwis). Graymarsh Berry Farm is just 5 miles away for additional u-pick berry experience. A short walk through the forest leads to the Dungeness River, where you can relax on Adirondack chairs and enjoy the soothing sounds of the water. Seasonal salmon and steelhead fishing is available.

The large cedar deck, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, a dining set, and a propane heater offers a perfect spot to unwind while watch deer, birds and other wildlife. A Breeo smoke free fire pit is just off the deck to enjoy a nice fire and possibly s’mores. A propane Weber BBQ is also available for the outdoor chef.

High-speed internet allows (400mb/sec+) for work, browsing, and streaming, with a 300+ movie library on Vudu, HBO and live shows via live streaming service.

Activities to enjoy:
Located on the doorstep of the Olympic National Park, Sequim is the perfect launch pad for adventures throughout the park. Enjoy day-trips to Lake Crescent, Sol Duc Falls, Hurricane Ridge, Cape Flattery, Rialto Beach, and many more beautiful sites.

Sequim is renowned for its lavender farms, with Purple Haze Lavender, Jardin du Soleil Lavender Farm, and many other lavender farms nearby.

Golf enthusiasts can enjoy year-round play at Sky Ridge Golf Course, just a mile away, or the more challenging Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course a few miles further.

Other things to note
Sequim is located in the “rain shadow” and averages over 300 days a year with at least some sunshine. With the Olympic Mountains as protection, the area only gets 16 inches of annual rainfall. About the same as Los Angeles, California.

The city and the surrounding area are particularly known for the commercial cultivation of lavender, supported by the unique climate: it makes Sequim the “Lavender Capital of North America”, rivaled only in France. The area is also known for its Dungeness crab.

Located on the Dungeness River, you’ll be able to enjoy access to salmon and steelhead fishing.

An authentic Pan Abode log home, the “Pray for Salmon Cabin” is located on the Olympic Peninsula along the Dungeness River with acres of natural forest to explore and find solitude within. And if you’re a fan of “Virgin River”, you’ll feel like you’ve arrived at Mel’s cabin.

This cabin has been thoughtfully renovated with custom details throughout and is fully equipped with everything needed.

Simply kayak on the calm water of Sequim Bay, collect shells from the inter tidal zone or bike along Olympic Discovery Trail or take a short walk to Seqium Bay State Park next door. Within 15 min drive, you can reach the town of Sequim with restaurants and supermarkets like Costco, Safeway, Walmart, etc conveniently.

The space
The cabin has spacious living and dinning space with water view. Open kitchen has all the essentials for you to cook delicious meals.

One bedroom with queen bed has a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub and a view to the evergreen forest.

Another tiny room is mainly used as a workspace.

You can also enjoy your morning coffee or evening meditation on the spacious deck in front of the house. A Trager grill is provided (best for smoking dishes not grilling)

Water is accessed by going down the steep stairs. Take the kayaks/paddles boards down the stairs to launch straight from the private water front of the house and soak in the serenity of Sequim Bay.

The cabin is accessed through a private driveway at the end of the road. There are two houses on site of this 2-acre property. The larger main house is set up for short term rental as well. Stairs to the water and kayaks/paddles boards (enough for 7 ppl) is shared.

As the story goes (or stories we've been told) it was won in a game of cards, floated down from a few piers away, and placed on the pilings where it sits today. We've updated it in various ways over the years - but with the character in history in mind. The space
The Cabin is located in a very private and forested area. It is built on a gentle hill side, which gives you the feeling that you are in a tree house.

Cabin driveway is accessed via hosts driveway. Follow the reflectors that are located beyond the main house and woodshed. Stay to right of and house and shed and you will see them directing you down the hill.

Other things to note
A backup generator is on site. We use earth-friendly cleaners to maintain a safe and healthy environment. The cabin is located within minutes of hiking trails. The highlight of our sustainability efforts is the easy push-button Laveo dry flush toilet. This innovative, water-conserving technology is not only environmentally friendly but also user-friendly, with straightforward instructions available in the house manual and on site. This is a waterfront RUSTIC one bath, clean Beach Log Cabin that is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, (sleeps 2). It is just 2 hours from Seattle, and just across the Straits of Juan de Fuca from Victoria, Canada, by ferry.

(Rustic in that do not expect the "Ritz". The queen bed is very comfortable, made with the top end latex mattress.)

The space
In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation cabin, your stay with us includes total access to all our property has to offer. This includes a large body of water called the Straits of Juan de Fuca, (see all the shipping traffic to and from Seattle, and whale watching), a non gas bar-b-que grill on the deck and a wood firepit on the beach right in front of the cabin. Acres of clams (Ivars would love this place with 9 different types of clams), right in front of the cabin for your picking delight!

A huge patio/view deck overlooking the beach, water and the Cascade Mountain range, and on the other side of the cabin, your own porch/deck with a view of the Olympic Mountain range. Deck chairs and lounges are there to enjoy it all. (Over 1,550 Sq. feet of raised view deck / porches to enjoy all the sights.)

And if you enjoy star gazing, meteor showers and the possibility of seeing the Northern Lights, then you are in for a treat on the beach side of the cabin at night!

Check out this article on the Orca whales in the Salish Sea (Straits of Juan de Fuca), that Manufacture and use allogrooming tools (kelp stalks) to groom each other, which was first observed recently by drones of staff from the Center for Whale Research nearby. The gated property is located at the end of a country road in a quiet neighborhood. Raven Meadows Cabin is nestled in a beautiful meadow full of birds and wildlife. Attention has been paid to every detail, including state of the art appliances in the gourmet kitchen and custom touches throughout. The location is perfectly situated between Sequim and Pt Angeles, making it a perfect home base for all your adventures on the peninsula. The mountains and water are literally minutes away!

The space
Rustic/contemporary space in beautiful meadow. Two private bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds make it perfect for sharing the cabin with another couple. The open loft area has two twin beds and plenty of room to play games and do puzzles. There is WiFi throughout so no worries about staying connected. In the summer months enjoy the outdoor BBQ, picnic table and fire pit.
Eat wild berries just outside the door when they’re in season. Watch wildlife wander around the grounds.
The property is part of a working farm. There are goats, a miniature donkey and horse, big horse and numerous other animals on the property. Arrangements can be made to visit them for anyone wishing to. For the safety and well-being of our animals guest animals are not welcome anywhere on the property. This includes service animals.

This well-appointed cabin sits literally at the beach's edge, and the design of the home allows for phenomenal views from every room. Inside, you step into an open concept living space with comfy leather sofas, wood stove, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Just above the living space is an open loft space with a queen bed. The floor to ceiling picture windows across the living space capture incredible sunrises, soaring sea birds, marine life, and the ebb and flow of the waves upon the beach. The separate, private bedroom with Queen bed has views of the majestic Olympic Mountains to the south. The single full bath has a beautifully tiled shower/tub combo with glass doors.

Outside the sliding glass doors, there is a spacious covered patio with an outdoor table, chairs, hot tub, and propane BBQ for enjoying meals beachside. Enjoy sitting right on the private beach (the beach area in back of the home to the low tide line and within the boundaries of the width of the home is private) and watching both marine traffic and local bird/sea life.

The cabin is the perfect retreat for couples or small families looking to get away from the craziness of life in summer or winter. The home is a wonderful wintertime experience, enjoying the colors of the sky and sounds of the surf as you curl up next to a crackling fire. The wood stove and cozy furnishings create a perfect romantic weekend getaway, rain or shine.

If you can pull yourself away from the views and sitting on the beach, Sea Breeze Cabin is also just minutes from downtown Sequim for great local restaurants, coffee houses, and gift shops. The Sequim Valley is dotted with lavender farms, and the Olympic Game Farm is just a few miles away. Enjoy the Olympic Discovery Trail for biking, running, and walking. For further hiking and day adventures, don't miss the Dungeness Spit and historic Dungeness Lighthouse, Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent/Marymere Falls, Sol Duc Falls and the Hoh Rain Forest.

You will have full private access to the cabin and private beach (the private beach is within the boundaries of the cabin's property lines). Each homeowner along this stretch of beach owns the beach within the property boundaries of the home into the low tide lines.

Other things to note
The main living area of the cabin's source of heat is a wood stove and portable electric heater. Wood and fire starter for the wood stove are provided for your stay. The bedroom is heated by an electric wall heater, and the bathroom also has an electric wall heater behind the door.

We can not guarantee the hot tub will be available for guest use because sometimes they are unreliable, and so we do not charge a fee for the hot tub usage. There are no refunds if the hot tub is not operational at the time of your stay. We regularly maintain the hot tub between guests and will notify you before your arrival if the hot tub should become unoperational.

The sea grass provides an important environmental protective barrier between the beach and the cabin. There is a path that leads from the porch to the beach. Please do not walk on or trample the sea grass. Only use the sand path through the sea grass from the porch to the beach.

Located an hour from the ferry and just 10 minutes from downtown Sequim, this spacious, well-appointed family retreat sits on a peaceful 5 acres. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen, wood burning stove, rec room, basketball hoop, ping pong, and streaming TVs. The space is furnished with luxury and comfort in mind. The space
You are on top of the world on this sunny hillside property located on the southwest side of Sequim's Bell Hill. A climb to the top of the site is rewarded with amazing views from a covered lookout. Two other secluded seating areas offer space for quiet outdoor reflection and relaxation.

This home is located in a very quiet community. We do not allow parties or events and request that guests respect the tranquil setting.

This home's well-stocked kitchen is ready for your gourmet cooking pursuits! Pots, pans, baking items, quality knives, and plenty of dishes are provided for your use. The expansive outdoor deck features a Weber gas grill.

Inside you will find four bedrooms, two upstairs living rooms, and a spacious downstairs rec room with a smart TV and access to streaming apps. There will be plenty of space to spread out. Throughout the home you will enjoy the calming effect of the Canadian spruce log construction.

The home will be stocked with coffee and tea at the beginning of your stay.

Bedroom #1 includes a king bed with down comforter, ensuite bathroom, seating area, desk, SmartTV, and direct access to the outdoor deck.

Upstairs bedroom #2 includes a double bed with down comforter, luggage rack, and aview of Happy Valley from the bed!

Upstairs bedroom #3 includes a twin bed and trundle bed, both with down comforters, closet, and side table.

Downstairs bedroom #4 has a unique hexagonal shape with an impressive carved wood queen bed with down comforter, dresser, side table, and spectacular views.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of a locked pantry, garage, and caretaker's quarters. These spaces are reserved for the host only.

There is ample space for guest parking at the top of the driveway near the front door.

A keyless access code will be send to guests within 24 hours of their arrival.

Other things to note
The owners take great care in the cleaning and sanitization of the property to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness for our guests. We hope you and your family will enjoy your stay in our home and care for it as well as we do.

The property has several rock retaining walls. Please do not climb on the retaining walls and take care to stay away from the edges, particularly in the dark, to prevent falls. Please keep children away from the retaining walls at all times.

We ask guests to sign a separate rental agreement prior to their arrival. The host will send this to the guest shortly after the booking has been confirmed.

Other things to note
Between the months of December-March, 4WD vehicles are required due to the possibility of snow on the final 1/2 mile mountain road up to the cabin. Please also carry chains in the vehicle in case of unexpected icy conditions! Winter is a magical time to visit, but extra preparation is key. Thank you!
