Whether you have older or younger children, the games (indoor and outdoor), 55” smart TV, hammocks, and bean bags are just a few things that are sure not to disappoint. But, you do not need kids to enjoy this space. Have a cup of coffee or tea while sitting out on the patio, enjoy an evening out by the fire pit, or grill and eat outside under the covered picnic area. If you are a game enthusiast, this place is for you! Filled with board games, card games and outdoor games for all ages, come and play and let your worries take a break or disappear altogether. From an oversized Connect Four for the littles, to a strategic game of Catan for the bigs, to a relaxing game of Corn Hole for two, to a family game of Wiffleball for all. Yes, you read it correctly, there is a full size WIFFLEBALL FIELD, so come and play! Wiffleball bats and balls are provided as well. And if you hit a home run, there may be a spot for you to become a little famous… well, here at The Farmhouse anyway ;).

As you enter The Farmhouse, several pieces throughout the space have been designed by some amazing individuals giving it that rustic farmhouse feel we were hoping for. This is a 50+ year old farmhouse that has been renovated inside and out. However, it still has held onto its character along with some of the charms of its age (squeaky floors and small cracks due to foundation shifting over time).

★ FILTERED WATER PROVIDED ★
The water on the property is fine to drink but has a strong iron content. Filtered water (cold and instant hot) has been provided for your convenience.

★ MORE PROPERTY COMING ★
Your property access is 1.5 acres of the almost 11-acre estate and the barn on the property is not accessible to guests. This will change in the future as we continue to renovate (Game Barn and Glamping sites coming!).

★ EAST TEXAS FRIENDS ★
Although we spray the house inside and outside regularly, keep it cleaned, prepped, and maintained after each guest, please remember that this is a 50+ year old farmhouse out in the East Texas piney woods country. You may come across some of our East Texas friends (crickets, fire ants, etc.).

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If you sneak in a pet, you will be charged an additional $300 and asked to leave.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder Removal, Duct Cleaning, and Furniture Cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Family style camping experience in a home away from home. My 33 ft camper RV sleeps up to 19 but I’ve fit at least 12 in there…great for guys night or ladies night out…it’s a tualy perfect for that guy/gal who’s job is in the oil field…you won’t want to pass up this deal …sure hotels are Dina and all but how many hotels allow you to bring your fur baby and sit out by the fire on a random Tuesday in December? Not very many. Hotels are so impersonal, y’all book a few nights in my rv camper where I provide your towels, linens, a few tasty snacks that I bake or create myself for folks in my local area to try. All you have to do is click and book your reservation and show up on the date of reservation….
