Tired of the over crowed city life? The "Happy Place" is a great place to come get peace of mind in the Ozarks! Our fully loaded 1200 sf 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom cottage sits on 1.25 acers with not a single house in site!! We have a beautiful 200sqf enclosed sunroom With a 400sqf deck to enjoy the valley view out back. River access is only 3-5 minutes away depending on where you want to swim. Flint Ridge Resort is a private gated community with 3 community pools, golf course and Restaurant, river access and float services are offered ON WEEKENDS ONLY (Memorial Day weekend- Labor Day weekend). You will need to call and confirm that your dates will be available and make a reservation. Flint Ridge Security Office requires us to submit the names of all guests and vehicles that will be entering. Guest MUST show guest passes each time entering through the security gate. There is a $200 tailgating fine you will be responsible for if you are issued a citation by the Security officers.

The space
Our cottage is very roomy with the open floor plan. The property is an UNFENCED property. Flint ridge is pet friendly but does have a leash law. There is lots of interesting extra décor to enjoy looking at. We have a awesome enclosed sunroom that is great for reading, chilling and especially great for napping lol. There is a book nook with lots of books for reading. Also there are several board game for your enjoyment as well. One shower is handicap accessible. There are 3 small steps to step up onto the front deck to enter the house. We DO offer WIFI, but not cable. The TVs are smart TVs. We have lots of DVDs and they're a few local channel that the TV picks up. This is more of a place to come disconnect from all the stress of life.

IMPORTANT NOTICE We have 3 surveillance cameras. One on each end of the house outside only. We do not live there. They are for us to monitor the property when not in use. .

Located on the scenic Historic Oklahoma Waterway enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique grain bin that was built on site, using local timber in an effort to store the grain from the fields. Trees were cut down and milled to build this grain bin in the early 80's. Currently its a tiny home getaway, with a modern rustic interior, wrap around porch, and fire pit. Perfect for relaxing, hiking, kayaking, tubing, or fishing. Interesting thing about this property is the history. In the late 1830's the Hildebrand-Beck Mill was being built, right across the street from our property, along the creek. It was one of the oldest working mills in the U.S. During the civil war, federal troops occupied this land. After the war, in 1872 Ezekial Proctor accidentally shot Pauline Hildebrand and touched off a feud that resulted in an shootout at the Goingsnake Court House. The threads of the tapestry of history have woven in and out on this quiet setting on Flint Creek.
this particular cabin has a loft, that you will need to go upstairs to get to. The upstairs has plenty of room for a 6 foot four young man to sit and not hit his head on the ceiling, but there is not enough room to stand up upstairs. It’s specifically billed for sleeping.

- "It's a bit of a hike to get to the creek, but it was worth it. Nice little swimming hike with cold water. The cabin was cute and comfy. The loft is tight but the fans and a/c worked great to cool that area off. The stairs are kinda tricky if you have to get up in the middle of the night so, just be aware." - "Owners have big plans! He has 3 rentals, a small but cute rustic cabin, a large 2 story workshop turned Bunkhouse (entire top open space with LOTS of beds +1 private bedroom downstairs and LOTS of space to hangout), and where we stayed, the Grainbin. It's a great space downstairs, with a wrap around porch with gas grill & swing, nice kitchen and living space, and a large bathroom. The bed is in the loft. It has its own AC and my dog and I slept great. My husband is large though, and ended up sleeping on the futon downstairs."

Twin Spirngs Ranch is located in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. It is named for the two springs coming out of the cave from under the main house. Guests are welcome to walk down and explore the springs. Our guest cabin has a beautiful view of the Ozark Mountains and the horses and cattle in the pasture. If you like to hike there are trails avalible, just remember to shut the gate behind you. We are located 11 miles west of Siloam Springs and 12 from the first float (canoe/kayak) resort on the Illinois river. Natural Falls is about 6 miles from us. We can also host your horses if you need a stall or lot for them (extra charge).

Log Cabin right on Flint Creek. You can literally throw a rock into the creek. This cabin is perfect for 2 people all the way to 5. You will hear the waterfall and creek all the time, as well as all types of nature. Eagles, Otters, Beavers, and Deer are constantly on the property. We are right by the old Hildebrand Sawmill, and many artifacts majority arrowheads have been found throughout the property by many guests. You will have access to fish, float, and play in the creek. There are multiple float trip companies around for canoeing, kayaking, or floating the Illinois River.

- "We had a rejuvenating stay for Tim's 65th birthday! The access to the spring fed creek is the best part. Its was 100° but in the creek you didn't notice. We purchased an inner tube and some rope so i could float while Tim fished. Tied the rope to his belt loop and he pulled me around lol. We felt like kids! The microwave has a convection oven and air fryer included in it. It is very well-lit, and though I felt a bit like I was in a fishbowl at night, the hosts thought about all safety procedures. There's a camera outside the cabin doors, the main gate was not locked at night but I never felt unsafe. There is a deadbolt for the main cabin door and the porch door was locked from the outside when closed tightly. Thank you for a great stay!"

About this cabin….This was originally a woodshop that was used to mill lumber, and do all the work for the property. We converted it to a large open area bunkhouse. 1 private bedroom downstairs, and then a large area for lots of people to enjoy and sleep in upstairs. The lower level has a HUGE kitchen, and open area, along with games, and large television. Sit on the deck and enjoy the outdoors listening to the birds and animals. Or you can move your group to the campfire to share some memories, or create new ones. During the day, you can go sit, swim, or float in the creek. In the late 1830's the Hildebrand-Beck Mill was being built, right across the street from our property, along the creek. It was one of the oldest working mills in the U.S. During the civil war, federal troops occupied this land. After the war, in 1872 Ezekial Proctor accidentally shot Pauline Hildebrand and touched off a feud that resulted in an shootout at the Goingsnake Court House. The threads of the tapestry of history have woven in and out on this quiet setting

Want the old rustic feel but with modern amenities, just to get away and write, create, and relax?

Guest access
This is a private property that the owners have a cabin behind you, and may be working on some other cabins, but you are pretty well secluded. Not far from Highway 412 you can get to Siloam Springs, or Kansas Oklahoma in just a few minutes.

Other things to note
The one room cabin was built for a couples getaway, but is perfect for just relaxing and some quiet.

Hot tub: yes, our hot tub does work and we keep it around 100.

Also, due to recent freezing temperatures, we had to replace some of the faucets, so the shower maybe backwards. Just turn the dial the other way if it does not feel right.

Pets: We LOVE pets, but many shed and make messes, so we charge a $25 fee per pet per stay. (Much cheaper than boarding them) BUT- you have to book them. Failure to book them is a $75 fee for cleaning. (Please book them)


The Grill: It is a propane grill.
Inner tubes: We will provide 2 river quality tubes for use. Please use them with care.
Firewood: In an effort to keep costs low, we have calculated average use of firewood, and we set it as part of the price. Each Cabin will be allotted 2 bundles of outdoor firewood for their use. (Approx 20+ Those staying 4 days or longer will get an extra bundle.
During the cold months we will provide 20 small pieces of indoor firewood (walnut) and one firelog. For inside.
For Outside we will also stock 20 additional pieces for you to use for the firepit, OR you can use them inside the wood burning stove.
If you feel like you need more firewood, we have a couple of options. There is plenty of wood around from fallen limbs, etc. around if you feel like foraging. OR we have a rack that is right next to the watershed mid property with bundles on it. On the rack you can pick up extra bundles for $10 each for outdoor wood or for $50 we will provide what we call the pyro package and you will get 60 additional pieces.

The listing shows three people, the reality is that two people fit in there no problem, the third person would sleep on a futon, which is a little bit small. So two adults and a child are perfect, three adults are gonna be pretty cozy.

The property

Everyone that is staying in A Million Dreams Cabins will have access to the property. You however will have your own little area including fire pit, and hammock.

We have to respect people’s privacy. You are welcome to walk around the property and take a look at things. We have 50 acres.
If you do walk up on someone else’s cabin, we ask that you just be respectful .

Access to the creek :
There are three main access points to the creek . Meaning there’s three areas that we have cleared away so you can get in and out of the creek really easily, of course you’re welcome to trench through the trees and the tall grass if you choose.
One is near the waterfall. This one is in between two cabins, so when you are walking towards the waterfall, just stay close to the stream that leads up to the creek so that you don’t end up in somebody’s backyard.


The overlook : there is some rocks that are stairsteps down by the overlook. That is the deck that overhangs over the creek, you can get down to the creek on either side of the overlook if you choose. The water is gonna be a little bit deeper there so depending on what you’re trying to accomplish just be careful.

Down the trail … if you were standing facing the creek near the overhang if you go to your left, there’s a trail back there. The difficulty with the trail is out when we get lots of rain it gets muddy. But for the rest of the year it is fine. If you walk back along that trail, there will be an access point at the creek and it is a shallower access point.

Storms and turbulent weather: We do have a storm shelter: When you pull into the property, and the road curves to the left, follow it all the way down, past the large cabin on the left with the bright tree. It is right behind it, a big green building. The entrance will say tornado shelter, and the code is 7777. There are benches and lanterns in there. Sadly, we will not get power in there till mid July at this point.
If the weather is making you nervous, feel free to head over to that building. You do not have to ask, just go be safe.

Laundry Clarification: yes there is laundry nearby. However, nearby in the country may be different than in the city. it is 10 minutes up the highway, in Kansas OK. 10 miles away, but also only 10 minutes.

The space
This is a small mini cabin, it was once a Grain Bin, and has been modified into a brand new building. Large kitchen, great porch. And a personal fire pit with bistro lights, enabling you to kick back, relax, and enjoy Flint Creek.
Please note. This cabin has a loft bed. Our 6 foot four son can sit upstairs and not touch his head on the ceiling. But there is not enough room for someone to stand.

Guest access
You have access to the entire cabin, with access to the creek. It’s possible you will run into others around the 50 acres, or at the creek. However, the property is big enough for everyone. If you do bring a pet, please be aware of this, and keep them leashed if others are around.

This is a tiny home, it does have stairs going to the loft. Full sized kitchen, wrap around porch where you can sit and relax and listen to the sounds of nature. 3 min walk down the path will take you to Historic Flint Creek, to enjoy even more nature.

Hot tub: yes, our hot tub does work. We could ask that quite often.
We do, however, keep the temperature at 100.

Pets: We LOVE pets, but many shed and make messes, so we charge a $25 fee per pet per stay. (Much cheaper than boarding them) BUT- you have to book them. Failure to book them is a $75 fee for cleaning. (Please book them)

If you feel like you need more firewood, we have a couple of options. There is plenty of wood around from fallen limbs, etc. around if you feel like foraging. OR we have a rack that is right next to the watershed mid property with bundles on it. On the rack you can pick up extra bundles for $10 each or if you are the kind that wants to burn all the time, you can get the Pyromaniac package. This will provide 60+ pieces to burn however much you need to.

Quirks- every cabin has a weird quirk. The water pipe froze in the shower this Christmas. Apparently we put the new faucet in backwards. So if the shower doesn’t work one way, just switch it.

In the late 1830's the Hildebrand-Beck Mill was being built, right across the street from our property, along the creek. It was one of the oldest working mills in the U.S. During the civil war, federal troops occupied this land. After the war, in 1872 Ezekial Proctor accidentally shot Pauline Hildebrand and touched off a feud that resulted in an shootout at the Goingsnake Court House. The threads of the tapestry of history have woven in and out on this quiet setting on Flint Creek.

The property

One is near the waterfall. This one is in between two cabins, so when you are walking towards the waterfall, just stay close to the stream that leads up to the creek so that you don’t end up in somebody’s backyard.
The overlook : there is some rocks that are stairsteps down by the overlook. That is the deck that overhangs over the creek, you can get down to the creek on either side of the overlook if you choose. The water is gonna be a little bit deeper there so depending on what you’re trying to accomplish just be careful.

Down the trail … if you were standing facing the creek near the overhang if you go to your left, there’s a trail back there. The difficulty with the trail is out when we get lots of rain it gets muddy. But for the rest of the year it is fine. If you walk back along that trail, there will be an access point at the creek and it is a shallower access point.

Storms and turbulent weather: We do have a storm shelter: When you pull into the property, and the road curves to the left, follow it all the way down, past the large cabin on the left with the bright tree. It is right behind it, a big green building. The entrance will say tornado shelter, and the code is 7777. There are benches and lanterns in there. Sadly, we will not get power in there till mid July at this point.
If the weather is making you nervous, feel free to head over to that building. You do not have to ask, just go be safe.

Laundry Clarification: yes there is laundry nearby. However, nearby in the country may be different than in the city. it is 10 minutes up the highway, in Kansas OK. 10 miles away, but also only 10 minutes.

The space
The cabins are set up in a perfect way for families to get away and enjoy. We tried to get as many beds in as we could, so it’s not the perfect scenario for friends unless you are VERY close.

Guest access
This cabin has direct access to the creek we have 50 acres and you can walk along the creek for up to 1800 feet and explore the areas around it. We have five other cabins, so there are other people there, but there’s plenty of room to wander and enjoy beauty.

Other things to note
The cabin is listed as a one bedroom cabin. Though it can sleep six. In the master bedroom, we have a king size bed, along with a daybed and a trundle bed. Then we have an additional pullout sofa bed in the living room. it works fine for larger families, but if you’re looking at having friends come stay with you, you need to be very close with your friends.

Hot tub- we got an eco-friendly hot tub. What does that mean? It’s a great hot tub when it’s hot, but if it hasn’t gotten used in a while, it automatically revert itself back to a lower temperature to save energy. And then when it heats up, it is slow. So when you get to the property if you like the hot tub, go out there and check it and if it’s not at 100° turn it up to 100° ASAP because it will take a while to heat up.We’re working on a better solution for this, it does work and it’s a good hot tub, it’s just slow.

We also put people people on the listing, because most of the times it’s families that are coming. If you have six adults, it’s gonna be tightfitting, however, we have a rollaway bed and if you let us know far enough in advance, we can make sure that we get that rollaway bed out to you to accommodate the sixth person. Unless of course, the little kids and don’t mind bunking up together.

The cabin will come with two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, towels for bathing, standard bedding, and each cabin should at least have one fan.
Cooking: the cabin is equipped with some essentials that you may need for cooking, however, if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, do you want to bring extra paper towels for other items. We have stocked the cabin with essentials that the average guest house used in the past.

If you plan on swimming in the creek, you might need additional towels, we encourage you to bring what you need. Do you also want to bring a pair river shoes because a Creek is Rocky.

We are in the country, and we have an avid pest control system. However, it is not uncommon for spiders to build webs outside on the porches in the evening to catch the bugs.

Wifi- we do provide Wi-Fi. It is fiber optic, and generally works well. When the weather gets rough, the WiFi will struggle. If it’s not working right, try resetting the router. If that does not work, please reach out to us, and we can see if we remotely reset it.

Also on your way up, you’ll see an area that looks like a junkyard, it’s actually for a base outpost that we’re building that’s gonna be a cabin for 2025. So even though it may look like it’s a heap, there is something that we’re doing that is intentional with it . Sorry about how it looks. (it shouldn’t affect your stay, you’ll drive right past it.)

Wifi is DSL, so its not super fast, but enough to watch T.V., Stream, and text.

Bathtub: most of the year we have no problem with the bathtub. But occasionally, when we have cold spurts, the hot water heater is not able to heat the water fast enough to fill an entire bathtub full of nice hot, soothing water. This fall we swapped from having a system that is supposed to give us instant hot water to a 40 gallon hot water tank that should take care of your hot water needs. Taking a shower has not been an issue, if you’d like to take long, long, long, long showers you may need to give it a chance to warm up a little bit before the next person jumps in. Of course we also have a hot tub that should be set at at least 100° for you just 10 feet outside the back door.
Bathtub: we used outdoor plumbing for the bathtub, looks cool…. But, if water is NOT coming out, put some elbow grease in it, turn it another full turn….

In an effort to keep costs down for everyone, we took the average usage of our guests over the last three years, and we incorporated the amount of wood and fire starters into the cost. If you feel that this is not enough wood or do you need additional fire starters because you like to have a fire going at all times, you have a few options.

Your cabin will have 20 pieces of walnut for inside.
It will also have 20 pieces of wood outside for the outside firepit.

Located right on the Arkansas/Oklahoma state line, our home features 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with an additional sofa bed located in the living room. Each bedroom features a smart TV so that no matter which room you stay in, you can have access to all of your own streaming services.

Enjoy a large kitchen, access to a washer and dryer & spacious living areas with a selection of card & board games, as well as a foosball table, for your entertainment!

Soak in the hot tub on the back deck overlooking Fagan Creek, or make memories around the fire pit. Enjoy country living in a private setting as you experience the sounds of cattle, the creek flowing, and wildlife in abundance.

The home is a short 10-15 minute drive from Gentry and Siloam Springs, and only a 45 minute drive to Bentonville or Fayetteville.

Our home is located on a working cattle ranch, so you may see cattle roaming nearby on occasion. While our cattle are relatively friendly, please do not approach or chase them.

Feel free to roam the premises, or even hike down to the creek using the gate behind the house, but please leave all gates the way that you found them to avoid the cattle escaping.

Other things to note
Our home is located down a dirt road with a steep gravel driveway - although we do our best to keep the road as smooth as possible, it does wash out after large rains. Vehicles that are low to the ground may have difficulty making it up/down the hill at certain times.

While there is limited service at The Hideaway due to it's remote location, we do have high-speed internet for your convenience.

When they were building the cabins on this property, this location is where they would do to wood working. When we first found the property it was filled with all kinds of woodworking tools, wood, and other things. We converted it to have a master bedroom downstairs, and all the other beds upstairs set up orphan style. PERFECT for large groups or family reunions. It has a 75 inch t.v., old school video games, and shuffle board, and foosball.

The space
From the outside, it looks like a normal metal building. From the inside…. Perfect lodge type open floor plan with a large kitchen, living room, dinning room with a 75 inch smart tv, a shuffleboard game, a large center island, and a private master bedroom, upstairs a private Bathroom with open area beds. With 11separate beds, it’s perfect for a group setting. Large back deck, grill, and campfire area.

Though it’s a 3000+ square foot facility it’s not meant to have a party. Casual get togethers, yes. Other cabins are nearby, and And we need to respect all of them. If its a school or youth group function, please reach out. What we want to stay away from is party type scenarios, But large groups are OK. Kick back and relax. If you see an empty hammock, feel free to enjoy it. There are some fire starters in your welcome basket for your campfire.
We provide 20 pieces of firewood complimentary based on average uses. There are always limbs and branches around for you to gather more if you would like. However, if you would like, we provide additional bundles at $10 per bundle, or you can get the Pyromaniac package and we will provide you 60+ to have lots of firewood. This is available on site.
Want to go to the Creek? There are multiple trails leading to go to the creek. If you want to enjoy the water, the best access is by the waterfall. There is no place to drive a car to access the creek. But it does not take much to get down to the creek, its about 15 feet down an incline that is stair stepped. Enjoy your time!!

Cleaning: we provide standard cleaning. We don’t mind doing light cleaning, obviously we will take care of sweeping, mopping, trash, etc. However, if you decide to have a feast, and use a mass amount of dishes and pans and leave them just sitting around for us to clean, there is an additional $75 cleaning fee.


Also- in an effort to keep cost low we made the cost structure where if a normal family is renting it, it is affordable. However, on some occasions, people have rented it, and then brought additional guests to stay the night. Please list the additional guests on your reservation. The standard reservation fee covers up to six people. Anything over that is $25 a day per person. Any additional people over your reservation that you have not specifically discussed with ahead of time will be an additional $100 per night per person. (when we set up the Cabins, we set up the cabins based on the number that are on the reservation, when additional people start showing up there becomes a lot of extra work on our side to make sure you have the items that you need in the cabin for a perfect stay.
