- "Fun,long drive " - "We stayed 2 nights for a cousin float trip. Our host was great answering all my questions quickly and even connected me with the host of the cabin right next door so we could all be close to each other! There was plenty of parking and the outside sitting area was perfect! There were a lot of little touches that made a huge difference, like providing coffe pods, sugar, and fans in each sleeping area! The lofts were really spacious but the celing is low so I would keep the really tall people downstairs. There are a ton of extra blankets that were so soft my nephew asked if we could keep one. The air conditioning felt so good coming in from the heat! There is a climber with swing and a slide but the best part was a small zip line for kids! The area felt very safe and private. There were other people staying on the property but we didn't even hear them. We've stayed on site of some of the float companies before and didnt get any sleep due to the noise level. Here we all slept great! We had a great time and are so happy we stayed here! Just a warning though Apple maps will take you to the wrong place so look out for the Adventure Wilderness sign and if you come to a sign saying dead end turn around and go left and its about 3 miles away."

- "Good" - "We only got to enjoy one night. The second got a call from my Daughter that she had been hit on the highway by a semi. We had to leave immediately" - "The cabin was comfy and clean. The only issue was that the DVD player was missing and with no Wi-Fi or cable service, we couldn’t use the TV at all. The futon bed worked but one of the sides would not stay connected to the bed and if sat on, it would fall in. The other beds were comfy and there were towels, extra sheets, a lighter, and silverware which was a nice touch. The other thing to mention is that it really is one room and a loft."

- "We stayed for a weekend so we could float the river and enjoy the outdoors. I didn’t realize it was a 30 minute drive from All American Floats but, we enjoyed the drive so much, we didn’t even mind. The camp is very well kept. Our little cabin was all we needed. There were 4 of us adults and we had enough space. The upper loft bed area is pretty small and would suit children better than adults. We didn’t use it. The fold out bed was very spacious and easy to set up and down. There are extra blankets, a full refrigerator, a tv with dvd player, some dvd movies, a coffee maker and coffee. The little porch was nice in the mornings and nights. It faces the picnic table, fire pit and woods instead of other camps/the road, which we thought was a great idea. We saw tons of lightning bugs, bright colored birds, squirrels and rabbits. Really pretty area. The bathhouse is well kept, good size and a short walk across the playground. I never had to wait more than a minute or two for one of the bathrooms/showers to be available. We had a great time and would definitely book here again."

We have a beautiful 200sqf enclosed sunroom With a 400sqf deck to enjoy the valley view out back. River access is only 3-5 minutes away depending on where you want to swim. Flint Ridge Resort is a private gated community with 3 community pools, golf course and Restaurant, river access and float services are offered ON WEEKENDS ONLY (Memorial Day weekend- Labor Day weekend). You will need to call and confirm that your dates will be available and make a reservation. Flint Ridge Security Office requires us to submit the names of all guests and vehicles that will be entering. Guest MUST show guest passes each time entering through the security gate. There is a $200 tailgating fine you will be responsible for if you are issued a citation by the Security officers.

The space
Our cottage is very roomy with the open floor plan. The property is an UNFENCED property. Flint ridge is pet friendly but does have a leash law. There is lots of interesting extra décor to enjoy looking at. We have a awesome enclosed sunroom that is great for reading, chilling and especially great for napping lol. There is a book nook with lots of books for reading. Also there are several board game for your enjoyment as well. One shower is handicap accessible. There are 3 small steps to step up onto the front deck to enter the house. We DO offer WIFI, but not cable. The TVs are smart TVs. We have lots of DVDs and they're a few local channel that the TV picks up. This is more of a place to come disconnect from all the stress of life.

IMPORTANT NOTICE We have 3 surveillance cameras. One on each end of the house outside only. We do not live there. They are for us to monitor the property when not in use. .

Located on the scenic Historic Oklahoma Waterway enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique grain bin that was built on site, using local timber in an effort to store the grain from the fields. Trees were cut down and milled to build this grain bin in the early 80's. Currently its a tiny home getaway, with a modern rustic interior, wrap around porch, and fire pit. Perfect for relaxing, hiking, kayaking, tubing, or fishing. Interesting thing about this property is the history. In the late 1830's the Hildebrand-Beck Mill was being built, right across the street from our property, along the creek. It was one of the oldest working mills in the U.S. During the civil war, federal troops occupied this land. After the war, in 1872 Ezekial Proctor accidentally shot Pauline Hildebrand and touched off a feud that resulted in an shootout at the Goingsnake Court House. The threads of the tapestry of history have woven in and out on this quiet setting on Flint Creek.
this particular cabin has a loft, that you will need to go upstairs to get to. The upstairs has plenty of room for a 6 foot four young man to sit and not hit his head on the ceiling, but there is not enough room to stand up upstairs. It’s specifically billed for sleeping.

- "It's a bit of a hike to get to the creek, but it was worth it. Nice little swimming hike with cold water. The cabin was cute and comfy. The loft is tight but the fans and a/c worked great to cool that area off. The stairs are kinda tricky if you have to get up in the middle of the night so, just be aware." - "Owners have big plans! He has 3 rentals, a small but cute rustic cabin, a large 2 story workshop turned Bunkhouse (entire top open space with LOTS of beds +1 private bedroom downstairs and LOTS of space to hangout), and where we stayed, the Grainbin. It's a great space downstairs, with a wrap around porch with gas grill & swing, nice kitchen and living space, and a large bathroom. The bed is in the loft. It has its own AC and my dog and I slept great. My husband is large though, and ended up sleeping on the futon downstairs."

When you first arrive at River Ranch, you'll enter into our kitchen and dining area. Directly ahead, you'll see our kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, baked goods or cup of coffee. You'll immediately notice our gorgeous natural wood cabinets and porcelain farmhouse sink. In this same area, you'll have access to our six-top dining table, which sits in a bank of windows overlooking the river.

To the left of the kitchen, step into our ultra-cozy living room with metal vaulted ceilings and rustic wood walls. Here, you'll find a large leather sectional, two lounge chairs, a 55-inch Roku Smart TV and a wood-burning stove. Behind the couch, you'll also see a high-top seating area with cow print chairs.

When it is time to turn in for the night, choose one of our 3 bedrooms:
(1) The Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, Queen-size pullout bed, dresser, closet and en suite bathroom. From the bathroom, you'll also be able to access the screened-in porch.
(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, desk area and nearby bathroom.
(3) Our third bedroom has 2 Twin beds, a closet and a nearby bathroom.

Outside, enjoy the home's best amenity - our outdoor living spaces. Our screened porch has a large sectional and a lounge chair. On the front porch, you'll find two rocking chairs overlooking the river. A great place to look out for the known wildlife on the property like deer, turkey, bald eagles, woodpeckers, and many other native animal species. Looking to treat your crew to an outdoor BBQ? Grab out grill from the garage!

If you're looking to explore the area, there are several parks to check out! All within 30 miles of our home is Flint Creek Water Park, Fiddlers Bend Outdoor Adventure Park, Natural Falls State Park, WOKA Whitewater Park, and the Siloam Springs Kayak Park. The Siloam Springs Kayak Park is designed for kayakers to enjoy the rapids best between 200 cfs and 600 cfs. At the park you'll have access to two engineered rapids class I to II, a family swimming area, a climbing bolder, a picnic area and an accessible riverbank.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:
★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the river. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

The backyard is very big but empty, hopefully they can add a little nice patio set just to chill and maybe something to grill. Twin Spirngs Ranch is located in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. It is named for the two springs coming out of the cave from under the main house. Guests are welcome to walk down and explore the springs. Our guest cabin has a beautiful view of the Ozark Mountains and the horses and cattle in the pasture. If you like to hike there are trails avalible, just remember to shut the gate behind you. We are located 11 miles west of Siloam Springs and 12 from the first float (canoe/kayak) resort on the Illinois river. Natural Falls is about 6 miles from us. We can also host your horses if you need a stall or lot for them (extra charge).

I would suggest bringing an extra fan, it can be a bit warm upstairs. The air-conditioner does its best to keep the cabin cool. But, if you like it really cool you'll want a fan. Log Cabin right on Flint Creek. You can literally throw a rock into the creek. This cabin is perfect for 2 people all the way to 5. You will hear the waterfall and creek all the time, as well as all types of nature. Eagles, Otters, Beavers, and Deer are constantly on the property. We are right by the old Hildebrand Sawmill, and many artifacts majority arrowheads have been found throughout the property by many guests. You will have access to fish, float, and play in the creek. There are multiple float trip companies around for canoeing, kayaking, or floating the Illinois River.

We purchased an inner tube and some rope so i could float while Tim fished. Tied the rope to his belt loop and he pulled me around lol. We felt like kids! We would have used the fire pit, but it was just too hot. The location was private and in a beautiful area. Property managers so kind, even let us use some of their lighter fluid when we couldn’t get our charcoal to light. Would definitely stay again!" - "We absolutely loved this little cabin! It’s kind of out in the middle of nowhere (getting there Google Maps worked but Apple didn’t) but that’s exactly what we wanted. There is no way to cook besides the microwave and grills so be prepared with groceries. It took us about 30 minutes to get to All American Floats from the cabin and not much further to Walmart. This is in an RV park so there are a few cabins and several RV’s and the bathrooms are shared. They are kept very clean and even have a washer and dryer you can use. The cabin was extremely clean and the ACs worked great! That was a must on the 104° day. We had a blast on the river and will definitely be coming back!"

This property sits on historic ground — in the 1830s, the Hildebrand-Beck Mill was built just across the creek, one of the oldest working mills in the U.S. During the Civil War, federal troops occupied this land, and in 1872, a fateful event here sparked the legendary Goingsnake Courthouse Shootout. - "It was awesome to have a staycation for the meteor shower at such a quiet and safe cabin. Bring bottled water and make sure to plan ahead with food. The microwave has a convection oven and air fryer included in it. It is very well-lit, and though I felt a bit like I was in a fishbowl at night, the hosts thought about all safety procedures. There's a camera outside the cabin doors, the main gate was not locked at night but I never felt unsafe. There is a deadbolt for the main cabin door and the porch door was locked from the outside when closed tightly. Thank you for a great stay!"

About this cabin….This was originally a woodshop that was used to mill lumber, and do all the work for the property. We converted it to a large open area bunkhouse. 1 private bedroom downstairs, and then a large area for lots of people to enjoy and sleep in upstairs. The lower level has a HUGE kitchen, and open area, along with games, and large television. Sit on the deck and enjoy the outdoors listening to the birds and animals. Or you can move your group to the campfire to share some memories, or create new ones. During the day, you can go sit, swim, or float in the creek. In the late 1830's the Hildebrand-Beck Mill was being built, right across the street from our property, along the creek. It was one of the oldest working mills in the U.S. During the civil war, federal troops occupied this land. After the war, in 1872 Ezekial Proctor accidentally shot Pauline Hildebrand and touched off a feud that resulted in an shootout at the Goingsnake Court House. The threads of the tapestry of history have woven in and out on this quiet setting

Our fully loaded 1200 sf 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom cottage sits on 1.25 acers with not a single house in site!! We are DOG FRIENDLY ONLY. We DO NOT allow cats at the cabin. We have a beautiful enclosed sunroom with a 400 sqf deck to enjoy the valley view out back. Flint Ridge security requires us to submit the names of all guests and vehicles that will be entering.

The space
Our cottage is very roomy with a open floor plan. The property is a DOG FRIENDLY ONLY property but DOES NOT HAVE A FENCE. We DO NOT allow cats due to their desire to scratch furniture. Sorry for any inconveniences. Flint Ridge does have a leash law as well. There is a gas fireplace that works great, it will even heat the entire cabin. Lots of interesting extra décor to enjoy looking at. We have a awesome enclosed sunroom that is great for reading, chilling and especially great for napping lol. There is a book nook with lots of books for reading. Also there are several board game for your enjoyment as well. One shower is handicap accessible. There are 3 small steps to step up onto the front deck to enter the house. We DO offer WiFi, but not cable. We have lots of DVDs and they're a few local channel that the TV picks up. TVs are smart TVs. This is more of a place to come disconnect from all the stress of life. We have cameras on each end of the house outside only. We do not live there. They are for us to monitor the property when not in use. If you are needing a break from life-come see us to unwind , relax and get in touch with nature.... and maybe yourself. You deserve some time at "The Happy Place."

Flint Ridge has 3 swimming pools, golf course and amenities only a 2 minute drive away. Flint Ridge security requires us to submit the names of all guests and vehicles that will be entering.

Join us at the exclusive Flint Ridge Resort. Gated community, gorgeous and quiet. You will most likely see PLENTY of deer, raccoons, beavers, groundhogs. Squirrels, birds, Bobcats, foxes and even a bear and mountain lion has been spotted.
About 100 yards, you will step foot on Sycamore Park, connecting to the Illinois river. We have A Fire pit in the back is yours to enjoy, and fiber optic Wi-Fi is certainly a plus.

The space
There is a Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed, a loft upstairs we with a secondary queen bed, and downstairs we put a bunkbed, with a trundle for those who need extra space.
There is a firepit outside the back, with beautiful bistro lights if you want to just hang outsite a bit. We provide approximately 20 pieces of firewood, there are plenty of trees dropping limbs etc. so you are welcome to gather them. Meanwhile- if you would like us to drop off extra bundles we are happy to for $10 a bundle, or $50 for those that may be a little bit of a pyromaniac. We will provide 60+ pieces for the Pyromaniac package. (Please let us know ahead of time)

Parking on the property is easy and with plenty of space.

Other things to note
The water in the refrigerator currently does not work, we have ice trays inside the freezer so you can have ice, but the water feature is not working.

The knob in the shower works backwards… we don’t know why, it’s always been that way.

The light above the grill area outside as a switch that is out there next to the grill. If you’re trying to turn it on just look for the light switch.

Pets: We LOVE pets, but many shed and make messes, so we charge a $25 fee per pet per stay. (Much cheaper than boarding them) BUT- you have to book them. Failure to book them is a $75 fee for cleaning. (Please book them)

NOTE: We put River View and Valley View... the view you will have is of a freshwater stream, and you can walk right up to the river in 6 minutes from the edge of my property. Its also in a valley, so lots of trees and wooded areas. (There was no real way to
Flint Ridge has some great activities:

Great Views-
Pine ridge clubhouse is a great place to take a walk, and see the river from on high.
Bluff overlook is along Flint Ridge drive, another great place to see the river from high on top the mountain.

Fishing:
Illinois River has Bass, Carp, Sunfish, Catfish, and Crappie.
Clear Lake has a row boat on the bank for people to use to get out into the middle, enjoy the peace, and fish.
Bear Lake is great to throw a kayak in, it is rarely touched, and we heard it has lots of great fish waiting to be caught.

Golfing:
Flint Ridge has a 9 hole golf course. If you want 18 holes, just do it again, but the second run has different areas to tee off, so its a little different then the first time you did it.
They do not do tee times since its not generally very busy. Busy times will be holidays and weekends. Just show up and play

ATV Riding:
As a gated community, there is not much traffic, so driving the roads is a blast. They do have security, and they can ticket you, so be safe.
They are working on current trails, but the best thing to do is roll down to the Canoe pickup spot, and roll around on the ATV trails that others have made in that area. Got to admit, they are pretty fun!

Float Trips: June-Aug we can help arrange a float trip for you with some advance notice.

Hiking-
They are rebuilding and marking the hiking trails this spring.
Security roams the property so you will feel safe knowing random people do not have access.
