This beautiful house is close to many great places in town. Only 7 minutes walk to the RSL, 12 minutes walk to IGA and 4 minutes walk to the local pool.
This beautiful home has been decorated to make you feel at home. From filtered water, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer to kids games and so much more.
The space
Every room has reverse cycle air conditioning. We have put in a water filter so you can enjoy nice water with a washing machine and dryer.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, in a quiet area but still located close in town and tourist sites. Split system air conditioner with large open plan kitchen with granite top benches, fully equipped with dining and lounge, TV, washing machine, 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, plus1 single, plus office, 2 bathrooms including an ensuite in the main bedroom, plenty of outdoor space and undercover secure parking. It is fully fenced for privacy and safety for family.

Guests have access to entire house and fenced area of the property. Including a good sized grass area for kids/pets, with off street parking for 3 cars.
Josies place has 2 living areas with smart TV’s as well as a large undercover area at the back of the house.
The house has all new sliding windows with screens & air-conditioning throughout the entire property!
