- Pool: In-ground, saltwater pool is professionally cleaned and maintained before each guest. Pool will be heated from March - October. Heating from November - February is available for an additional charge. (Nov = $75/night; Dec = $95/night; Jan = $95/night; Feb $75/night)
- Hot tub has capacity for 6 people. It is professionally cleaned & serviced before each guest.
- Outdoor Kitchen includes built-in grill, mini-fridge, outdoor seating, and 55" Smart TV.

One of my pet peeves is paying exorbitant cleaning fees and then being asked to do all sorts of cleaning as I leave and this was NOT the case here. Greer’s Downtown area is affectionately named Greer Station, paying tribute to the importance of the railroad that has existed in this area since before the city was incorporated in 1876. An active track still runs through the heart of the town about ⅓ of a mile from the Palmetto Cottage. While sound machines are provided in each bedroom, guests at the Palmetto Cottage should expect to hear the train during their stay and should also expect to experience the sights and sounds of a small city, including vehicle and foot traffic, on the street outside the home.

The host, Will, was in contact with me before and after our trip which is always a good sign whenever I stay somewhere. There were special little touches, like a basket of treats on the counter and bottled water in the fridge. My son and I appreciated these after our 7 hours in the car. The home is as described online but, personally, I think it is prettier in person. It was comfortable and spacious. I look forward to staying in Greer again and will definitely consider this home as a 5-star place to stay."

Especially grateful for the washer & dryer since a bag with our change of clothes fell out of the car directly into a red clay mud puddle and would have been ruined if not for the washer! The building is located next to our home on the same 3/4-acre lot and shares the same driveway. It is on the second floor. When you arrive, you can pull down the driveway and park on the left side, nearer our house, and right in front of the covered stairway that leads to the apartment.
Please note: There is space for one vehicle only.

WHAT THE STUDIO FEATURES:
A no-smoking environment--no smoking anywhere on the property.
*Full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric range allow you to easily cook and clean up meals, if you would rather not eat out.

• If you see hair or debris, pick them up. It's not nice for others.

• There is only room for 2 cars on the property.
• The first one to arrive is the first one to Parque. There are no parking spaces assigned.

• Noise monitoring by decibels is also used.

The space
My husband and I live with our pets (two dogs + one cat) at the front of the home. You are welcome to interact with us. Our pets are not allowed in the bedroom/bathroom of the guest suite, but pets are allowed to stay with approval. The space is vacuum/swept/+mopped after every guest, pets or not.

The backyard is recently fully fenced in with 2 access points. It includes chairs and a fire pit.

During longer stays, the laundry room is a shared space. We will communicate if we need to access the area.

We are only 5 mins from downtown Greer with restaurants and shops to enjoy and peruse. We are also very close to Century Park which is super popular for families and it includes a disk golf course.

Our Mill house has been updated, but has the feel of a quaint bungalow. With high ceilings and lots of light the house feels cozy and comfortable. The front porch is shaded with Crepe Myrtles - beautiful when they are filled with blooms! Parking is behind the house or on the street.
