The pool will be made available for your convenience upon request. Just message us and we’ll make sure the solar cover is off and all is ready. (If you see the solar cover is already off, please feel free to simply venture back to enjoy a swim).
This also will provide reassurance of complete privacy during your swim time, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests. We have a proactive approach to maintaining water quality that adds an extra layer of assurance for guests' comfort and safety. Access to the back yard is by walking through the white shed, the gate has a push button to open located near the upper right corner.
The availability of the backyard, deck area, and fire pit extends the opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
Don’t hesitate to take a coffee in a to-go cup and enjoy sitting either out front or on the back deck. We will usually have the back deck available by 8am.
Beach towels and floaties are available in the private pool house, no need to bring any with you. (Bring a change of clothes) Overall, we feel our attention to detail and consideration for your enjoyment will contribute to creating a memorable and satisfying experience during your stay.

Entire basement is dedicated to guests. This is private space and not interrupted or shared by me and family.
It includes 1 bed room, 1 living room and one full 3 piece toilet and bath.
The bedroom amenities are 1 double bed, sliding door, air conditioner, dehumidifier, baseboard heater, portable heater, clothes cabinet and side table.
The living room amenities are 1 - 3 seater reclining sofa, projector, refrigerator, free channels, tubi movies, Roku, YouTube. 1 coffee table with microwave, Tim Hortons coffee, tea bags, hot water kettle, drinking water, cups, plates, heat pump and ac, backup heat board, and a laptop desk.
No smoking inside. May smoke outside in backyard.
Strictly no cannabis or marijuana or any other drugs, inside or outside the premises

During your stay
I try to mostly welcome guest and show the way around inside the guest space. If I am unavailable, I leave the keys in master key lock box on the door knob.
Guests can also call me or message me whenever they need any help.

Other things to note
Guests can use laundry as well. However guest staying just for a day (24 hrs or less) need to pay a small fee.
Any guest staying 2 or more days May use it for free for 1 cycle of wash and dryer.
Need to charge as some past guests staying for a day ran it for 7-8 hours. They kind of helped other local friends also wash their clothes.

Our property has plenty of outdoor space and distance from neighbours. The main living area in the house is on the first floor at street level.

The Air BnB space is on the lower level next to our garages and accessible from our second driveway around the corner on Cargo Rd.

There is loads of parking available if you are hauling a trailer and you can park directly in front of the unit.

Coming soon is a patio outside the room with a table, chairs and bbq.

There is a Smoking Shack for any type of smoking equipped with a couch and chair.
