We offer wifi connection and satellite tv. There is also access to the beach by way of stairs near the cottage. There is a fire pit for an evening fire.

The cottage is very clean and has a spacious open concept kitchen/living room area with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a queen size bed in one room and a double/single bunk bed in the other.

We are situated at 504 Seeleys Cove Road, Seeleys Cove, NB. We are halfway between the city of Saint John and the US border (45 min), 35 minutes from the historical town of St. Andrews and a 10 minute drive to New River Beach Provincial Park. Close to Deer Island, Campobello Island and Grand Manan ferries.

We do have a no smoking/no pet policy.

There is an additional charge of $50 a stay for each extra guest.

Our cottage is heated but is only available from the 1st of April till mid October.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 21 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Small children are welcome but there are high banks in front of the cottage. Also a small pond on the property near the cottage.

Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for kayakers to go for a trip down the river. At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to have a closer look. We have 20 acres of wooded land, with a privately developed walking trail, giving guests direct access to popular walking, hiking, mountain biking, ATV’ing, and horseback riding trails that extend throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick.

We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen and 15 minutes from the well-known tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. We are also within 20 minutes distance to many local attractions such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, whale watching, Ministers Island, and golfing. Access to the cottages is only 1 km from Highway No. 1 making it very easy to locate.
Guests enjoy full access to the pergola, dock (during spring, summer, fall), and walking trails located on the property. There are 5 Kayaks and 1 paddleboard that can be used when available and during spring, summer, fall seasons (for guest use only). The pergola, firepit, dock, and walking trails are used and shared by all guests to the cottages and are for guest use only. This cottage shares an outdoor covered hot tub with the guests of Tidal Tranquility Cottage (for guest use only).

- " We had an amazing stay! The house is a great size- there was only 2 of us in 1 bed but there is a 2nd bedroom with another big bed. Everywhere was well stocked including the kitchen appliances (Kurig/ large fridge/dishwasher/etc…). The couch was amazingly comfortable & the tv was easy to navigate altho it requires multiple remotes like most do now. There’s a big dining room table also but the best part of the property are the large bright windows in the open sitting area. The sun beams in all day & really makes the place magical. The windows face the ocean so even though there are houses in between you & the ocean you can see it. You can also walk the beach but it is not a sandy hang-out beach really it is a rocky area but walking it was still lovely. There’s a back deck so you can sit in the sunshine & room to park right outside the front door. The whole place was very clean including the bathroom which I’m picky about (& the shower had good water pressure!). There’s a washer & dryer altho we didn’t use them. It was a nice place to stay & I would definitely stay here again when I am back to visit family. It was only about 15 minutes to Shediac & 40 minutes or so to the PEI bridge so it’s a great location. The only thing I would add is that when you havent used the sink for a while (bathroom sink) it can smell a little when turning it on. That’s due to the water supply system & certainly isn’t any fault of the owner."

Welcome to The Hideaway Cottage! One of four newly built cottages (Rocky Point Farms Cottages). Open year-round. An inviting indoor space with vaulted ceilings, a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen. Ideal for families (bunk bed with twin/double). A spacious outdoor deck and an easy walk to the waterfront. This cottage has a private hot tub (for guest use only). Hot tub fabric covering is removed during the winter months. Heat, electric fireplace, TV, and WIFI. Pet-friendly, some rules apply. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Maximum 4 adults (5 including children). Bookings must be made by the person who will be staying at the property.

Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for kayakers to go for a trip down the river. At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to have a closer look. We have 20 acres of wooded land, with a privately developed walking trail, giving guests direct access to popular walking, hiking, mountain biking, ATV’ing, and horseback riding trails that extend throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick.

We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen and 15 minutes from the well-known tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. We are also within 20 minutes distance to many local attractions such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, whale watching, Ministers Island, and golfing. Access to the cottages is only 1 km from Highway No. 1 making it very easy to locate.
Guests enjoy full access to the pergola, dock (during spring, summer, fall), and walking trails located on the property. There are 5 Kayaks and 1 paddleboard that can be used when available and during spring, summer, fall seasons (for guest use only). The pergola, firepit, dock, and walking trails are used and shared by all guests to the cottages and are for guest use only.
Whether you are coming as a group or traveling privately, each cottage is positioned to offer ample privacy while remaining conveniently close for easy group or family gatherings.

Walk the 5 km long shoreline, go for a swim in the warm saltwater. Situated on the 200+ year property of the Shipbuilder’s Cottage & Summer Kitchen, this one-bedroom unit has a covered porch overlooking a spacious treed lawn, gazebo, hammocks and it's own outdoor BBQ and fire bowl. With the Bay of Fundy within view, the highest tides in the world can be heard caressing the shoreline and, when foggy, the Quaco Head lighthouse fog horn echoes it’s warning to fishing boats in the bay. Cozy, comfortable, peaceful and quiet, it's a perfect place to relax after a day exploring the beauty of the area.

Ideally situated, the cottage is located 5 km from the Village of St. Martins, the harbour, restaurants, cafe, art and gift shops, tourist information centre, museum and the Sea Caves. The Fundy Trail is 13 km from the cottage. Within walking distance of the cottage is The Quaco Head Lighthouse (1.3kms), and Brown's beach (1.9kms) - which is as quiet as it is scenic and a rock lover's dream. There is also a coastal trail that connects the two.

In consideration of the peace and serenity offered by its location, guests are asked to be considerate of the owner, those in the adjacent rental units and local residents and observe a quiet time from 10:00 pm-9:00 am.

Welcome to Cabin life on the Nashwaak! Relax by the river and watch eagles, deer and wildlife walk by in this tranquil cabin setting. Stanley, New Brunswick is recognized for fishing, hunting and some of the most extensive ATV and Snowmobiling trails on the planet! Hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking and of course tubing down the river, this spot has it all! Play a game of Volleyball on the sandy court.
Finish your day relaxing with a campfire by the river and take in the peace and quiet.

Located in Dundee, New-Brunswick. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. On 99 acres of land facing a cozy pond you will find peace in our little cottage! At 1 kilometer from the paved road this place will help you regain energy. Accessible by car or snowmobile anyone is welcome to stay! From snowshoeing to birdwatching I hope you will enjoy your stay. The space
The cottage is 1 kilometer in the woods but provides internet and all the necessities. Isolated from civilisation and the closest neighbour is 2 km away. An suv is recomended to get there but you can go with a car without issues. (unless in a snowstorm). The snowmobile trail is seconds away from the property.

Guest access
Guests can use the whole cottage and surrounding land for activities! The property sits on 99 acres and is as peaceful as it can get. come and enjoy an outdoor firepit or even the spa!

Other things to note
You can park your snowmobile trailers in the driveway and access the groomed trail right from the cottage! There is enough room for your friends trailer too.

Located on White Head Island, this two bedroom cottage is simple and sweet. Come for the gorgeous sunsets and amazing views, stay for the beautiful beaches. This cottage is modest and quaint with over 100 years of history. If you are looking to relax on the beaches by day and curl up with a book or play board games at night, this is the place for you. Take a break from the hustle and bustle, slow down and enjoy the quiet life. The peaceful ocean air is good for the soul.

The space
The home sits on over an acre of land and is entirely yours to enjoy. Two nice sized bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. An eat-in kitchen and living room are found on the main floor. Sit out on the patio or curl up in front of the large bay window to enjoy the stunning views. Wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing and birds serenading you. Stroll along the quiet streets or watch the tides and boats come in and out. You do not get more peaceful than White Head. During blueberry season you can find over half an acre of fresh blueberries growing all over the property. There is quaint, winding path which leads down to the ocean where you can sit on the rocks and watch the sunset.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property and cottage. The property is left mostly natural (to encourage the wildlife to visit), with a charming path winding up to the main entrance. It is a little bit of a hike from the parking spot to the door but that only gives you more privacy. There is a modest gravel path which leads to the house and a deck with benches for you to sit out and enjoy the sunset.

Other things to note
This cottage is over 100 years old and bursting with island history. However, this historic cottage is exactly that, historic and modest. Reminiscent of a time long since past. It is a simple, peaceful life at the cottage but one which will win over your heart. I have begun slowly restoring the cottage a little at a time, each season welcomes new additions and improvements.

The space
Comfortable and rustic with a large, open-concept common area and 3 small bedrooms. Property is an acreage with working vegetable and flower gardens plus forest for exploring.
The cottage is located a few meters away from the main house with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Guest access
Feel free to wander around the property, through the gardens, or back into the fields and woods. There’s lots of space to stretch and relax.

The nearest beaches are a few hundred metres north (at the bridge) or 1 km south by the mailboxes (an easy 9 minute walk or 1 minute drive). At low tide, you can access the water all along this coast. For more traditional white sand beaches, the Bouctouche Dunes and Parlee Beach are within half an hour's drive, north and south.

Unwind in this rustic beachside cottage. Fish for clams, have a quiet coffee with Shippagan Bay at your feet. Nothing luxurious in this rustic-style cottage but very comfortable and quiet. Very large plot of land for several cars or tents.

The space
The property is located on the beach in Pointe-Brulée, approximately 10 minutes from downtown Shippagan.

The cottage is also located near the famous bike path. Located along the banks of Shippagan harbour, between Rue Pointe-Brûlée and the New Brunswick Aquarium and Marine Centre, the shore trail is intended to be an extension of the New Brunswick Trail circuit (600km). With a length of more than 2 kilometers, this trail is the dream place for lovers of hiking or cycling. In addition, it is part of the Véloroute de la Péninsule acadienne. There are also interpretive panels describing the history of the development of the municipality, excrement bag dispensers for your pets and rest areas to relax. The trail is lit in the evening, for a safe hike.

We have a well on the property and the water is drinkable (you can brush your teeth and cook food) but yellowish in color and slightly salty due to the proximity to the ocean. We have a drinking water dispenser in the cottage as well.

Welcome to 87 Gould Beach Road. Your cottage retreat has a large front and back yard and a huge deck. The gazebo with table and chairs allows dining outside or enjoying the evening air. A propane BBQ is provided (propane supplied). The backyard fire pit allows an area for relaxing after a day at the beach or for roasting marshmallows.
Open concept cottage is fresh and airy with a mini-split for those hot summer days. A full kitchen – fridge, stove, microwave, coffee-maker, utensils. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms (one double bed and one bunk bed) and an upper loft provide sleeping for up to 5 people.
This is a non-smoking, pet-free cottage.
Rent for a week (minimum) or longer. Check-in on SUNDAY afternoon after 4 pm and stay until SUNDAY morning until 10 am.
Rental fee - $1050 per week.

Newly renovated with a bedroom addition, open living room & kitchen with bar counter seating for 2, and a 3-piece bathroom. There is also access to an outdoor 2-person sauna.

It's ideal for 2 people, but can sleep a family of 5 (maximum of 2 adults). The bedroom has a queen size bed, the living room sofa pulls out into a double, and the ottoman converts into a single bed, perfect for kids!

On a cloudless night, the night sky is stunning to look at. There are an abundance of fireflies in peak summer. Many birds nest on the property, perfect for bird-watching. Later in the summer, you will be able to pick blueberries by the side of the road, or apples from the trees on the property.

Explore the beautiful Miramichi River with fishing and canoeing opportunities, or take a scenic hike in the surrounding forests.

Nearby, you’ll find local farms offering fresh produce when in season. Tottie Farm is 5 minutes away, and Sippley Farm is just beyond that. Sippley also sells farm-fresh eggs.

There are some games: cornhole game, outdoor jenga, deck of cards with cribbage board, snakes & ladders.

I've also supplied 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella if you decide to go to a beach! Kellys Beach at Kouchibouguac is nice.

There is even an RV outlet on the side of the cottage for you to plug into.

There are many winter activities in the area. Lots of snowmobile and ATV trails, as well as walking trails.

After your day of exploring, relax in the 2-person outdoor sauna. In the summer there is also a cold water outdoor shower, perfect for a quick rinse after the sauna!

Du Vin General Store (Wilson's) is 5 minutes away, they are a gas station with a convenience store that also sells beer, wine, and alcohol. If you need groceries or supplies, Miramichi is a 20 minute drive. Moncton is 90 minutes away, they also have a Costco.

In Miramichi, French Fort Cove has many beautiful trails, as well as a zipline that operates in the summer. Kouchibouguac National Park also has many beautiful trails, and is only 30 minutes away. Bouctouche has a vibrant farmers market, just over an hour away. It's on the way to Moncton so you could make a day of it and visit both!

It's a newly renovated waterfront cottage on a 5 acre property. Most of the property to the right of the driveway belongs to the cottage. Feel free to take a stroll down to the water. In the summer you may surprise some ducks or geese that like to hang out there!

Sauna - please only use the bottled distilled water (located under the kitchen sink) to sprinkle on the rocks. The well water builds up minerals on the rocks, damaging them over time.
