Experience the Bay of Fundy tides up close and personal. Our cozy cottage is perfect for two people with its queen size captains bed. Enjoy the highest tides in the world from the comfort of the large private deck overlooking the St. Martins Harbour.

Inside you'll find a well equipped small kitchen, a living/dining room, a small loft, a three-piece bath, and the captains bed with a queen size mattress. Our cottage has Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Outside on the large deck, the table provides seating for four, a BBQ, and a three-piece propane cooker to enjoy fresh lobster and scallops that may be purchased on the wharf across the street when in season.. The deck also has a small chimnea with firewood provided

Just next door to the famous Sea Caves, this beach house is close to two well-known restaurants. You're within minutes to the Fundy Trail and can take a short drive to find the West Quaco lighthouse. Lots of opportunity for hiking, kayaking, dining, and exploring the ocean floor at low tide. We are a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Near the ATV and snowmobile trails.

The address is 7 Yeomans Road. Turn left rather than right to the caves and you’ll see it straight ahead.

Note to guests- The bathroom is on the main floor.. Wood provided for your bonfires.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Checkout time is at 11am. We have cleaning staff that will arrive just after 11. A late check out fee of $20 will be applied if you are still there when they arrive.

Please make sure you have tied up your garbage and leave it in the bin beside the shed. Garbage pick up is on Monday mornings, I will make sure the garbage is wheeled to the curb. Please leave the cottage in clean condition.

The cottage is a smoke-free cottage. Please only smoke outside.

Only registered guests are to stay at the cottage. Please inform me if you have any additional guests. Events or parties are not allowed here.

The house is on a well and septic. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet.

Please do not light fireworks at the cottage.

If you have any spills, the broom and mop are located in the closet in the laundry room.

Please only enter the basement in case of an emergency.

OWNER KEY/ACCESS: We have a key. It's possible, although unlikely, that we or our representatives could need access during your stay for repairs or owner-related issues. We will make all reasonable efforts to advise you in advance, generally 24 hours if possible, although circumstances could require less. We won't make unreasonable demands, so you may have quiet enjoyment of our cottage. In an emergency we could need access without notice.

The fully equipped kitchen allows for preparing yummy family meals. The seating overlooks the tranquil lake and spacious yard that is the perfect backdrop for outdoor gatherings. Enjoy a bonfire and star gazing... you might see a shooting star!

Bring the whole family to this amazing and private Cottage on 1.5 acres of waterfront property on the popular Washademoak Lake. We are experienced hosts who have been sharing our slice of paradise as a rental on other platforms for over a year, and take pride in being a super host and guest favourite! Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the sunrise from the spacious wrap around deck. Kayak or paddle board the calm waters in the cove, swim out to the raft, or dock your boat on 200 feet of water front. During the winter you can enjoy skating on the pond that is also on the property, or explore the larger lake. Ice fishing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing are other popular activities in winter.

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor with a King-sized bed. Two more bedrooms with double beds are upstairs along with another bathroom, sofa bed and a double futon sofa. Many amenities are provided in order for you to enjoy all seasons at the lake including a new BBQ (March 2024), kayaks (2 adult and 2 kids) a paddle board, hammocks, beach chairs and umbrella, and plenty of outdoor furniture and games for fun and relaxation. Wood is provided for bonfires or the wood stove.

If you want outdoor experiences, you can launch your kayaks right from our gravel beachfront. You can cycle on the many backroads along the peninsula. Mountain biking and hiking trails are nearby, our shoreline roadway is actually a part of the Trans-Canada Trail. Cross country skiing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling make this an all season destination.
The Kingston Farmer's Market, quaint shops, several craft breweries, a distillery and a cidery are all a short drive away. The cottage is 35 minutes from downtown St. John, including a quick scenic ferry ride across the river. St. Martins and the Fundy Trail are less than an hour drive. Take an easy day trip to New River Beach, St. George, St Andrew's, Minister's Island or Hopewell Rocks.
Our cozy cottage is a private tranquil retreat that is close to all that New Brunswick has to offer.

Very private treed 1 acre on waterfront on the Washademoak Lake off the Saint John River. Cambridge Narrows area. New kitchen bathroom. Beautiful walk in beach front. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, Great for boating and swimming. Large open space with large deck overlooking the water. Lots of land for kids to play or to pitch a tent. Dog friendly. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with two double beds. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. There is also a long lane-way off to the side to park a trailer or larger vehicle.
