- "I am familiar with Manitou Beach so know the lake and area very well. That said, after many visits over the years, this was my first extended stay. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. Used the dishwasher and the washer/dryer during my stay and it was was nice to have those amenities in a beach cabin. The cabin itself is quite rustic but well kept. Bedrooms are quite small but the bed was comfortable and the fans in every room worked to keep the cabin cool enough to sleep comfortably in 30 plus summer weather. Made a point of getting up to enjoy some beautiful sunrises on the beach and equally spectacular sunsets on the cabin deck. The cabin location is definitely a big plus when it comes to enjoying the ambience of Manitou Beach especially after the vehicle traffic has ebbed in the later afternoon and the lake is in full reflection on a windless morning or evening. Also enjoyed a visit to Wellington Park, Lockwood Sourdough, an impromptu guided tour of Danceland and a libation at Mike’s Beach Bar. All in all a great mini vacation only a few hours from home."

Starting in the spring of 2023 you will have your very own backyard Putting Green among the oasis, for you to enjoy in the morning, evening or anytime.

The space
The cabin has 2 bedrooms - one bedroom is a queen bed, the second has a double bunk. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed & is located in a detached bunkhouse (with windows/fan/private lockable door), directly beside the main cabin.
*Note* - Base Rate is for up to 4 person occupancy. Each additional guest is $25 extra per night, up to a total of 6 guests.

The space
The cottage is over 1,600 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

It’s available for rent throughout the year, with a minimum 3-night stay.

The kitchen - We provide all the dinner plates, side plates, bowls, salad bowls, pots and pans, stemware, glasses and coffee mugs, as well as large utensils, silverware, steak knives, large knives and shears, baking necessities, measuring cups, cheese grater, can opener, corkscrew and more…

The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, instant pot, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and stove.

We provide dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods, 4 k-cups for the Keurig, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, basic spices, some tinfoil, saran wrap, Ziploc bags and parchment paper. Garbage bags and cleaning supplies.

There is a large dinner table that seats 10 and a patio door off the dining area that takes you to the main floor deck.

The living room is very welcoming, and it has a spectacular view of the lake. It’s the picture-perfect space for a game night, movie night, or cuddling in front of the wood-burning fireplace. There are all kinds of board games, cards, and fun things for everyone in the family to enjoy.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower, and fresh linen. It’s furnished with a comfortable, king size bed, with fresh linens and a down filled duvet. Large windows capture the lake and provide that feeling you came to find! You will fall in love with the sunset and the sunrise.

The master bedroom also has sliding doors that take you out to a private deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and cozy bedding, as well.

The third bedroom has two, twin-size beds and it’s a great space for kids to unpack their suitcase and imaginations!

There is a bathroom between the second and third bedroom with a tub and shower, and fresh towels, hand towels and face clothes.

We leave the guests with 4 dishwasher pods, dish soap and 2 laundry pods.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as hand soap and body wash.

There is a fire-pit in the front yard with roasting sticks and a grate that you can cook on.

Guests are responsible for their own firewood.

There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher available, and all information will be provided in the welcome package.

We will provide you with 2 access options. You can choose from keyless entry using a keypad or you can use keys which are located in the lockbox. We will provide the codes 24-48 hours prior to check-in.
