Welcome to Knotty Pines Lodge, home away from home. We've got you covered for all your comfort and relaxation needs. Open concept design, that leads onto the screened-in patio overlooking the southeastern Miramichi River. Enjoy this property from sunup to sundown.

Upstairs on the second level, you will find 4 large and comfortable bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds and one with two twins.

Hang out outside near the firepit while you take on the breathtaking river. Many outdoor games are provided, and some indoor games for those rainy days.

Plenty of Parking on the property but please note it is a VERY STEEP driveway. Wintertime you must have a vehicle suitable for winter conditions. AWD/ 4x4 or great tires.
Stuck or unable to drive up/down the driveway will be at the guests responsibility.

The room has a queen size bed with a full size sofa and is suitable for 2 guests; however, we prefer that it be occupied by couple. A stand cabinet with hangers and plenty of space is also included along with a workstation where you can comfortably do office work or school assignments. If you are bringing a guest you have to pay extra 50CAD a per night of stay.

The room is located on the ground floor; upon entering the main door, it will be on your right-hand side.

Cozy and functional open concept 700 sq ft space. Great view of the Miramichi and steps away from Yacht Club boat launch/docking and all amenities. Ideally suited for adults looking for a convenient vacation stop or homebase for great fishing!

Enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the river after visiting the bakery across the road or take a stroll to the waterfront and park area, all outside your back door.

Parking is directly in front of building. Ideal for 2, max 4. Not set-up for children.

The space
This building is located steps away from and has direct access to the River and the Miramichi Boating & Yacht Club (great for fishing amenities- boat launch ($20) and docking ($40)). It is on the major route, within walking distance to most amenities and centrally located in Douglastown, between Newcastle and Chatham, less than 1 km to the Centennial Bridge.

The structure is one level, open concept (meaning there is no separate bedroom). Water is city provided and the heat/AC is a mini-split wall unit. Laundry is in the bathroom. There is a ROKU TV for you to use with your own accounts.

We are in city limits and located on on main highway. Beautiful walking and 4wheeler -trails that goes right across NB .
