As noted in previous reviews, the toilet does gurgle a bit and my wife heard the critters, but not a big issue. Thought that not having park passes would be an issue, but it wasn’t. Overall, wonderful cottage, very clean and the view from the front porch was amazing. Definitely would rent again. I researched the area and places to stay very thoroughly and this place is a gem."

The natural light that floods in is wonderful, so that even on the rainy days it felt bright and airy. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were soft and the towels were fluffy. The check in process was smooth and Johanna responded quickly to any questions we had, which were very few because she has binder of recommendations on hand which provided us with so much amazing information. We really didn't need to plan a single thing in advance; we used her suggestions and planned on the go. The assortment of beach gear (chairs, mats, sand toys, boogie board ...etc.) and the required Park Pass) were huge assets! We loved the proximity to Charlottetown as we saw three shows that were playing and enjoyed many of the restaurants on Main Street (Piatto's Pizza, Merchant Man) and we enjoyed hanging out at both Stanhope & Brackley beaches. The highly popular Richard's Seafood restau is just two minutes by car. Another highlight is an afternoon spent having lunch and strolling through the galleries and gorgeous gardens at the Dunes Cafe, which is also just a ten minute drive. Dalvay By the Sea is also less than 10 minutes by car. There are also fabulous, flat bike paths within a couple of kilometres from the home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and if/when we return to P.E.I we would love to rent this home again!"

Although we didn't cook a ton because we enjoyed so many of the island's restaurants, a group could easily prepare all of their meals in Piper's Place kitchen. Your space has two large rooms bedroom and sitting room along with a new powder room (toilet and sink) in the unit. Shower is shared with one other person(myself) in the main bath. well appointed and colourful.

Newly renovated summer property in the heart of Stanhope, PEI. This cottage is only a short walk to sandy National Park beaches, has a stunning water view, and is just steps away from paved trails along the coast for biking and walks.

The main area is a bright and spacious open concept room. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used for home cooked meals. Off of the main area is the large deck with a seating area that looks upon the beautiful water view.

Off of the kitchen area is the first bathroom that has a tub/shower combo and washer and dryer. Down the hallway are the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and single bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower.

Enjoy the large yard and fire pit area that overlooks the water.

Heat pumps with A/C are found in the main area and the master bedroom.

It's all these reasons we built a place in Stanhope to escape the hustle and bustle of Toronto for a few weeks of the year.

Getting Around:
Only a 15 minute drive from Charlottetown airport, you can easily get all of your supplies at a nearby grocery store

Walking:
We're located only a 3-minute walk from Stanhope's well-known walking/running path along Covehead Bay. A perfect place to start the day with a walk/jog or push a stroller where you'll receive smiles and waves from all the locals.

Beaches:
We're a 5 minute walk from Stanhope Cape Beach, which is much quieter, but just as nice as it's well-known sister, Brackley Beach (also only a 6 minute drive away).

Covehead Wharf:
Covehead Wharf is a 3 minute drive away where you can enjoy the Island's favorite lobster roll at Richard's Seafood, get a coffee or fresh seafood to cook at the market, or book an afternoon of deep sea fishing.

Family Entertainment:
25 minutes away is Cavendish - full of family restaurants, shopping, amusement parks for all ages, and many more attractions.

Golfing:

Once there, PEI-famous fish and chips at Richard's seafood restaurant, a drink from the Shore Market and Ice-cream at Campbell's make for a delightful evening!

Welcome to “Serenity Place” located in Stanhope, PEI, on the Northshore. Just outside the National park. Five minute walk to the famous Covehead lighthouse along with my favorite beach “Stanhope Cape”, with rich red sand.
Your living space has two large rooms bedroom and sitting room along with a new powder room (toilet and sink) in the unit. Shower is shared with one other person(myself) in the main bath.

Great family friendly home that abuts the National Park and seashore. A stones throw to the beach, bike path and Richard's famous Fish & Chips. Around the corner from Stanhope Golf Course and iconic Dalvay. Large yard, 3 floors with game room in the basement. This used to be our year-round home and now is a vacation rental for the first time! Super clean and well equipped with all of the amenities including bikes, a bbq and picnic table. Great wifi!

The space
Main floor has master bedroom with attached sitting area. Off of the living room is an office and a kid's bedroom with one twin bed. Upstairs is a sitting room with two bedrooms off of it - one is large with 2 twins and a closet, the other has a full bed with closet. There is a full bath with shower and washer/dryer plus a half bath. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has an adjacent pantry. The kitchen looks into the dining area, which is attached to a spacious entry way that is invaluable when coming back from the beach!. Downstairs is a large basement with a ping-pong table, dart board, exercise area and couch and TV. Outside is a large deck with picnic table and BBQ. There is a big front and back yard and a shed to keep bikes in.

You can easily walk or ride your bike to the beach, the bike path and Richards. The golf course is about a mile away with a good path to get there by foot, golf cart or bike if you don't want to drive. Lots of great restaurants in the area including Dalvay, the Dunes, Shaws and Richards.

Overlooking Prince Edward Island's beautiful Covehead Bay. We are a minute from PEI's National Parks, which provides miles of sand, dunes, and ocean along the North Shore, and two of the island's most renowned beaches. The walkway located around Stanhope is right out our front door. Custom built in 2020, with over 1700 square feet of living space on one level, this summer home is the perfect place for couples, families, and friends to gather near PEI's world famous beaches.

With southern exposure, natural light pours into the living area. The whole family can help cook around the large island, and BBQ off the 200 square foot screened in porch.

End a perfect beach day around the fireplace in the great room with 10-foot vaulted ceilings.

No parties.

The space
Entirely open concept, and designed with families in mind. On one end of the house is the master with en-suite and the laundry room. In the middle is the great room with 10-foot vaulted ceilings and kitchen which exits off to the 200 square foot screen room where you’ll likely spend many of your evenings. On the other end of the house is the remaining 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

We have 2 young kids, so the place is very well stocked for children! We have:
- a crib (a pack and play which is a portable/foldable crib)
- plastic bowls, spoons and forks designed for kids
- a changing pad (the Keekaroo Peanut Changer)
- a high chair
- a toddler table with 2 chairs

Spacious, executive, water view summer home located in the North Shore, in the beautiful community of Stanhope, Prince Edward Island. This property overlooks the Gulf of St Lawrence, is a short walk to some of the finest beaches Canada has to offer. It is minutes from Stanhope Golf and Country Club, and an Island favourite- Richards Fresh Seafood.
The community of Stanhope features activities such as deep sea fishing, kayaking, beautiful walking and biking trails.

The space
This beautiful brand new summer home situated on a quiet lot has an open concept kitchen, living room and dining area with cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light.
The living room has a heat pump that provides air conditioning and a beautiful stone propane fireplace.
A large deck spans the entire front of the house and provides lots of outdoor seating. The back deck includes a brand new 5 seated hot tub, outdoor shower, ocean views, a propane bbq and as well as additional outdoor furniture.
The house has a large master bedroom with walk in closet and an en suite that includes a stand alone bathtub and shower. On the opposite side of the house, it has 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath.
The large kitchen area is fully equipped with everything one will need for entertaining (island, wine cooler, dishwasher).
