Located at 664 Westcott dr. The house has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a seasonal bunkhouse. It is separate from the main house (no bath) with a queen bed very private for those traveling with older kids or two couples. Suited for Summertime only.
Great room has sliding glass doors and windows looking over the bay bring the outside in. There's a super comfy couch, chair and bean bag.
We have direct tv to keep up with the rest of the world. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender and general supplies.
The bath is a tub and shower combo with a single sink, small but efficient.
There is a covered porch with propane grill, crab cooker and grill utensils. With outside seating for out long summer nights. We have a fire pit ready for marshmallows or hot dogs.
There is a dock that goes dry due to tide. There are 4 adult and 2 kids kayak's and paddle boards. And remember your well-behaved dog is always welcome with an additional fee.
House is not suited for CHILDREN UNDER 5 Due to gas burning stove is the main heat for the house and gets VERY HOT, as well as a medium bank with drop offs to be aware of.

Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home was manufactured in 2001 was completely remodeled in 2014/2015 with custom finishes for the discerning traveler and the open design and high ceilings take advantage of the 1,300 square feet, providing a spacious home for you to relax in.

You'll enjoy spending time relaxing outside as the home has two large decks with morning sun in the front and afternoon sun in the back. The rear deck overlooks the back yard with landscape lighting at night, features a Patio table with 4 chairs, a Stainless Steel propane BBQ grill and leads to the private Hot Tub for even more relaxation. Inside there's a propane fireplace to keep you warm during the fall and winter evenings.

Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse in a wooded area 3 miles south of town on the golf course. walking distance to golf course clubhouse. Parking directly in front of guesthouse. the guesthouse has a functional kitchen to prepare small meals. Gas fireplace for backup heat. Heat pump heating/air conditioning. full refrigerator. Very comfortable memory foam mattress. We include shampoos, soaps, coffee, and an assorted verity of fruit/ munchies. we will do our best to make sure you have everything you might need. Great property for evening and morning strolls around golf course.

Relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets from our NEW larger deck at our beautiful home located in the VERY POPULAR Rosario area. Just 1.5 miles finds you at the entrance to Moran State Park with 5 lakes, hiking trails and Mt. Constitution. 2 miles in the other direction and you are at the beach front at Rosario Resort.

The open floor plan and southern exposure make this very comfortable and modern home light and airy.

The large master suite boasts a jetted tub and private access to the west facing deck. Step out on the deck and enjoy your morning coffee. With a separate full bath and queen bed in the guest room, this home is perfect for two couples. But a new sleeping sofa in the living room will provide for a larger group.

On your visit to our home on BEAUTIFUL ORCAS ISLAND you can enjoy Directv on our two High Definition TV's. We have Roku on both the Living Room and Master Bedroom TVs to enjoy your streaming services. High Speed Internet with a WiFi router makes it possible for our guests to access the internet from the comfort of our home or even from the large relaxing deck.

PET FRIENDLY!! Even your family pet will feel welcome! The deck staircase leads to a fenced in area for your dog to have some off leash freedom. Rosario Heights is open to visits for one or two dogs.

With our home located on a quiet private dead end road, this rural area and close proximity to the park often has visits from local deer.

Walk out the front door and in half a mile is the trail that circles Cascade Lake in Moran State Park. Rosario Heights is a wonderful place for hikers to hang their hats.

Nearby several trail heads are marked. Some of the park's trails are available to cyclists.

Enjoy a swimming beach not 2 miles away.

You can also hike or drive down the hill to Rosario Resort to find a waterfront beach near Cascade Marina, again not 2 miles from Rosario Heights.

Enjoy dining at the Mansion Restaurant at Rosario. In addition to this world class restaurant, there is an incredible lounge with a separate dining menu. Children are permitted in the lounge but not at the bar itself.

In nearby Eastsound there are wonderful places to enjoy Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
