During your stay
We live in the unit to the left of this property and our house manager lives in the unit to the right. The house manager handles initial check-in for guests.

We give our guests privacy and don't mind if we don't see them much, but we are also interested in cooking for guests and having a shared meal weekly with them, especially long term guests. We will sometimes access the guest house to maintain the house and access items we have stored there.

Good option for travel nurses and JBLM contractors. Very near JBLM, also near freeway and local hospitals. Free parking in fenced yard.

Our home is located on a quiet, neighborhood street. Enjoy a peaceful evening on the deck. You will have a private room with a full size bed and a shared bathroom. Access to a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, and back deck. Parking is available in our driveway and on the street if needed. Wi-Fi is available. A convenient location, only one mile from Good Sam Hospital, 2.7 miles from Washington State Fairgrounds, 28 miles from Seatac Airport, and 50 miles from Mount Rainier National Park.

The room is furnished with Air Conditioning, a full size bed, dresser, tv, and armoire closet. The Kitchen is fully stocked and has a stove, oven, and dedicated fridge/freezer and pantry space for you to use. If you need anything for the kitchen and we don't have it, just let us know and we'd be happy to provide it. The laundry room is available for you to use. The back deck is a great place to relax and has a seating area.
