In Montana, frosty temps and falling snow usher in an action-packed season of wintery fun and adventure. You can ski or snowboard at one of the areas 2 ski resorts. Not a downhill skier? No problem! With snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, cross-country skiing, ice fishing and more, there's something for everyone who wants to play in the snow. The snow can arrive as early as October and can linger through May. Montana offers one of the longest winter season in the lower 48 states to skate, schuss, glide and soar.

Glacier Ridge Resort provides snow shoes and poles in various sizes for adults and children. We also have maps, books and trail suggestions available for our guests.
Travelers should bring sturdy winter boots and dress in layers for a variety of winter conditions.

Traveling by train? Please note: West Glacier Train station is located at the bottom of the mountain from the property. This working railroad line runs parallel to Highway 2 in West Glacier. A slight rumbling can be felt in the house when a train passes by. The trains do not blow a horn when they pass through the area since West Glacier does not have an intersecting road with the trains. The history of Glacier is based on these rail lines and is an interictal part of the location.

This new 1110 sq foot log cabin sits in a perfect location. Out the back door is the Glacier View Golf Course and out the front door the Middle Fork of the Flathead River which offers excellent trout fishing. We are in West Glacier which provides the best access to all of the corners of Glacier National Park; including the famous "Going to the Sun Highway", the Alaska-like North Fork Road, and the backcountry roads into the Bob Marshall Wilderness.

After a busy day hiking, rafting, fishing, or exploring the Park you will love coming back to this cozy home. The cabin is constructed with solid blue pine logs and post and beam craftsmanship. In the great room, there is a cathedral ceiling and wood stove. A loft adds space for kids to play or watch television on the flat-screen TV. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cherry cabinets in the kitchen provide a great setting for baking a huckleberry pie!

The elegant yet rustic interior has hardwood floors and reclaimed wood stairway. There is a Queen bedroom upstairs with half bath and a loft area with a full futon to sleep two more. Downstairs is a Queen bedroom with a full bathroom. There are a washer and dryer on the main floor, as well.

Relax on the timber frame covered front porch with a beverage after a long day of hiking or barbecue in the back yard.

There are a ukulele and a classical guitar (if the strings are still intact :))

My only complaint was the Wi-Fi was extremely slow/ I wasn’t able to do some work items. We had a glitch in our trip, that was completely our fault and Mona was so communicative and offered our crazy family a little grace as well. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks for looking at Railroad Creek Lodging's H4 House while planning your trip to Glacier. The H4 House is available June 1 through September.

The H4 House features three bedrooms upstairs. One has a queen bed and a single, while the Master Bedroom has a queen bed. Adjacent to the Master Bedroom and separated by a curtained doorway, is a small bedroom with another queen bed. Our fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed. All of the bedrooms have great views that provide a peaceful end to your day and brighten the start of the next one. Upstairs you will find a full bath with laundry facilities while the downstairs has a bathroom with shower and sauna.

Sit in the cedar and brick living room with your morning coffee and view Lubeck Ridge, Calf Robe Mountain, Firebrand Pass and the occasional deer, moose, coyotes, elk and bear that make the area their home. Expansive south and west facing windows give incredible views that make our part of the state such a special place. A fully equipped kitchen lets you plan meals at home or dine out at one of the local restaurants. Everything down to the salt and pepper shakers is here for you, but if you have a special request, let us know and we'll work on it.

The deck on the west and north sides of the house offers great views and deck chairs are there for your comfort. A gas barbecue and picnic table are also located on the deck for your cooking and outdoor dining use.

Hiking is available as close as the back door, with many other opportunities in the area. Two Medicine Lake area provides numerous hiking trails and a tour boat operates on the lake also. Firebrand Pass is just up the road and is a great hike.

We are located three miles west of East Glacier on Highway 2. Close enough to town, but removed enough to let you see sunsets, stars, northern lights and nature at its best just outside the door. Fluctuating temperatures, windy weather and long daylight hours are part of summer here in East Glacier, so be prepared for whatever Mother Nature has to offer during your stay.

This lovely cedar cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one king size bed and a fold-out futon in the living room. A reservation at Lake McDonald Cabin does not include your ticketed access needed to drive Going-to-the Sun Road (GTTS) inside the Park from the west side. You will need to secure a vehicle reservation permit from the Park (see the Park website for details). Access is available without a Permit before or after the Check Point is staffed (before 7:00 am, or after 3:00 pm); or use the bus shuttle service or red bus tour. Clean, comfortable house on 3 acres located just a few minutes from the town of East Glacier Park. This cozy (yet roomy!) three bedroom, two bathroom manufactured home is in a quiet countryside location with wonderful Glacier National Park views. Wilderness just steps from the back door! Skip the west gate entrance line by staying inside Glacier National Park. Only seconds to the new checkpoint station to access Logan's Pass. Our property is limited in amenities and does not offer a kitchen, but does offer a unique stay inside Glacier National Park on the shores of the lake. Apgar is a small walk or drive away for dining options or boat rentals for your days on the lake. You can also find additional dining options in West Glacier only a 5 minute drive.

Enjoy your own piece of paradies that only a few can enjoy with a stay inside Glacier National Park. The cabin has two bedrooms and one full size bathroom. Note: This property is located inside GNP on the West side of the park. You will need a Going to the Sun Vehicle reservation ticket with this rental and a national parks pass. A vehicle reservation ticket will be required for any other gates inside the park you wish to access. I.e. Many Glacier, Polebridge area.

Our cabin is located in Essex, MT; a small community sandwiched between Glacier National Park and the Great Bear Wilderness. Essex is a quaint rail-road town with a hand-full of year-round residents. We are nestled between the tracks and the creek and guests can expect to hear passing trains as well as the muddled sounds of Essex creek.

We are minutes away from the Walton Ranger Station (a quieter entrance entrance into the park), 30.9 miles from West Glacier, 29.7 miles from East Glacier, MT and right across the railroad tracks from hiking trails into the Great Bear Wilderness. The cabin has two covered porches and a lovely patio area that includes a fire pit.

The cabin is small but cozy. It has an open-floor plan that includes a king-sized bed in a loft, a full bathroom, a small but complete kitchen, and a sofa. There is no television but guests are welcome to use the WIFI to stream and entertainment they desire.

We are both people who live and love in the outdoors. Our goal is to create a space that brings the outside in and inspires folks to get out on their next adventure. Fishing, hiking, rafting, backpacking, horse riding and nature-walking are all easy and convenient from our location!

This newly remodeled year round home looks directly into the Glacier Park. Its always a great place to stay when visiting Glacier. Early season when the Going to the Sun Road may not be open over Logan’s Pass the cabins location is perfectly situated to access both sides of the Park! It is two stories with two bedrooms up stairs, a king room and a queen room. Downstairs there is another queen room, the kitchen/dining area, bathroom & living room.

It’s uniquely decorated in Montana decor inside and out. There is a BBQ area on one side of the house and a fire pit area on the other with plenty of seating.

All towels, linens, comforters, blankets, kitchenware, pots & pans, utensils, refrigerator and microwave are new.

The location looks into Glacier Park from the front and goes into the National Forest Service in the back.

The house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The house is a great spot to enjoy the park, but not the crowds. You can do a full circle tour of the park from this location. Two Medicine is very convenient as is the east side of the park from here. There are hiking trails located close to the house, rather inside or outside the park.

West Glacier, East Glacier and surrounding areas can be very hectic, this location is not. In the winter it’s considered very remote. In the summer it’s located conveniently next to Glacier Park. In the spring it’s a unique location to access both the east and west sides of the park especially if the Going to the Sun Road hasn’t opened yet!

- "This cabin was the perfect location for us to land after our many miles hiking and exploring GNP. Because we were centrally located, we were able to visit the south, the east, many glacier and west entrances. If you are not able to stay inside of the park, it’s important to succumb to the reality of driving. The cabin is situated right on the highway which allowed for easy access. We were able to get to trailheads before 8am no problem. The cabin was also very clean, beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked for all our cooking needs. We loved the cabin vibe and the kids loved the game room. The cabin stays cool, no worries in summer months. Also, while the cabin is close to the hiway and that is communicated, I would tell you not to worry about noise. The windows can be shut and it’s hardly noticeable. Bill was also an excellent host. Responses were immediate and kind. He even stocked water for us, which was a bonus. I would recommend this place for sure and would absolutely return!!!"

This peaceful cabin is truly wonderful year round. In the warmer months, hike in Glacier National Park or the Badger, bike the iconic Going-to-the-Sun road and more, kayak in Two Medicine or other nearby lakes, or sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the mountains. In the winter months, cook and bake in the kitchen, do puzzles, take naps in the extremely comfy beds, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing on the nearby trails, backcountry ski, head over to Whitefish for resort skiing, and enjoy the aurora borealis and star gazing. Come use our speedy Starlink wifi to work remotely for the week in a beautiful wonderland.

The cabin is about 1/4 mile off of Highway 2, accessed via a gravel road, and only 2 miles to East Glacier Park!

You enter the cabin into an open space with the living room on your left and kitchen on your right. The living room is very cozy with a pull-out couch (full size) and two lounge chairs, the perfect spot to watch for wildlife, admire the surrounding mountains, work on a puzzle, play music through the JBL speaker or read a book. We also provide yoga mats and a foam roller for a good stretch after a long day in the mountains.

Outdoor Space:
The property has a gorgeous 40 foot waterfall on it, accessible for viewing from above, or with a very steep walk down to the pool at its base. Locals frequently stop to take a look, especially in spring when it is raging, and we share the falls with a neighbor as well. The cabin is about 200 yards further down the road. The outdoor space is shared with other guests as well, but you do you have your own private seating area by your cabin.

All sorts of wildlife have been seen from the windows, wildflowers abound in spring, and serviceberries can be picked right outside the door in late summer. Bears (we provide bear spray!), deer, coyotes, moose, fox and a diverse array of birds are abundant, making this a hiking and wildlife lover's paradise. The cabin is only 2 miles from the park as a crow flies, and just 3 from the nearest trailhead, and one of our favorite hikes. We are about 1 mile from East Glacier Park and its shops, restaurants, Amtrak station, and lodge, the gateway to the gorgeous and quiet Two Medicine region of the park (~25 minutes to the two medicine entrance). Take a 45 minute drive to Saint Mary to check out the east entrance of the renowned Going-To-The-Sun road. Or continue on another 30 minutes to the Many Glacier Hotel. The West entrance is 55 minutes away. Plus, we are only 75 minutes from the Glacier Intl Airport. The Canadian border is just shy of an hour away, making this a great place to stop on your way up to Banff or Calgary!

General Information:
We have very spotty cell phone reception on the property but we do have Starlink internet. Calls and texts can be made while connected to wifi. There is no TV in our cabin, we have found that our guests love to unplug and have an adventure! Fishing in the local area is tremendous, access to Glacier, the Lewis and Clark National Forest, and tribal lands is unparalleled from here- it is our ideal location.

We also have another (larger) cabin for rent just down the road with terrific mountain views in case you have a larger party or event and are looking for a bit more space- ask us about booking both!

I have been teaching yoga for about 10 years and love to offer private yoga classes or cacao ceremonies upon request. Please message me if you are interested and we can talk through details. Public yoga classes are held every Monday night at the Community Center from 5:15-6:15pm.

**For travels during October-April, please be mindful that you are booking for a time when the weather can be seasonally unpredictable. We love this area for the great cross-country/backcountry skiing, snowshoeing and aurora borealis viewing. Please be aware that the temperature can drop below 0 and there can be very strong wind gusts in the area. The roads are plowed and maintained, however, if there is weather in the forecast, you are encouraged to have proper snow tires/chains/4WD to ensure safe travels.

Notes on seasonal animals/insects:
Bears are frequent visitors to the property. They are most active in early spring and late summer/fall, but they are seen on the property throughout the summer. Please be alert, keep all food and food containers/coolers inside, and carry bear spray. There are also wolf, moose, coyote, cow, and other wild animals that roam.
As far as insects go, spring is a popular time for mosquitos. Bring layers and bug spray. They mostly choose to hang out around dusk/dawn, so we try to stay inside during those times. August-September is prime moth season around here. Bears can eat up to ~20,000 per day, so we try to live with them rather than against them. They can sneak into the cabin occasionally, but they are harmless. September-October is black fly season.

PARK INFO: A reminder that the ticketed entry system affecting the West Glacier entrance to the Going to the Sun Road and the North Fork area begins to release tickets 120 days in advance, beginning 02/13/25. This first release of tickets is valid for 06/13/25. The Two Medicine Valley and the St. Mary entrance to the Going to the Sun Road do not require a special vehicle pass. There will also be a small number of tickets released again, 24 hours prior.

The Many Glacier Valley will be under serious construction, and access will be limited in a different way than the rest of the park.

This cozy cabin is truly wonderful year round. In the warmer months, hike in Glacier National Park or the Badger, bike the iconic Going-to-the-Sun road and more, kayak in Two Medicine or other nearby lakes, or sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the mountains. In the winter months, cook and bake in the kitchen, do puzzles, take naps in the extremely comfy beds, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing on the nearby trails, backcountry ski, head over to Whitefish for resort skiing, and enjoy the aurora borealis and star gazing. You enter the cabin into a room with cathedral ceilings, with the living room on your left and kitchen on your right. The living room is very cozy with a pull-out couch (full size) and two lounge chairs, the perfect spot to watch for wildlife, admire Calf Robe mountain, work on a puzzle, listen to music on the JBL speaker or read a book. We also provide yoga mats and a foam roller for a good stretch after a long day in the mountains.

Bedrooms:
Halfway across the cabin, there is a loft accessible via ladder, with four camp-style twin beds, ample room for activities such as yoga, and a great additional hang out space. The window opens toward the babbling brook for great sleep music. Under the loft is the master bedroom, with wonderful mountain, canyon, and sky views and a full bathroom.

Outdoor Space:
The property has a gorgeous 40 foot waterfall on it, accessible for viewing from above, or with a very steep walk down to the pool at its base. Locals frequently stop to take a look, especially in spring when it is raging, and we share the falls with a neighbor as well. The cabin is about 100 yards further down the road. The outdoor space is shared with other guests as well, but you do you have your own private seating area and picnic table by your cabin, perfect for morning coffee or just relax with an afternoon beer or a family dinner following a long day on the trails.

All sorts of wildlife have been seen from the windows, wildflowers abound in spring, and serviceberries can be picked right outside the door in late summer. Bears (we provide bear spray!), deer, coyotes, moose, fox and a diverse array of birds are abundant, making this a hiking and wildlife lover's paradise. The cabin is only 2 miles from the park as a crow flies, and just 3 from the nearest trailhead, and one of our favorite hikes. We are about 1 mile from East Glacier Park and its shops, restaurants, Amtrak station, and lodge, the gateway to the gorgeous and quiet Two Medicine region of the park. Take a 45 minute drive to Saint Mary to check out the east entrance of the renowned Going-To-The-Sun road. Or continue on another 30 minutes to the Many Glacier Hotel. The West entrance is 55 minutes away. Plus, we are only 75 minutes from the Glacier Intl Airport. The Canadian border is just shy of an hour away, making this a great place to stop on your way up to Banff or Calgary!

General Information:
We have very spotty cell phone reception on the property but we do have Starlink internet. Calls and texts can be made while connected to wifi. There is no TV in our cabin, we have found that our guests love to unplug and have an adventure! Fishing in the local area is tremendous, access to Glacier, the Lewis and Clark National Forest, and tribal lands is unparalleled from here- it is our ideal location.

We also have two other cabins for rent on the property with terrific mountain views in case you have a larger party or event and are looking for a bit more space- ask us about booking both!

I have been teaching yoga for about 10 years and love to offer private yoga classes or cacao ceremonies upon request. Please message me if you are interested and we can talk through details. Public yoga classes are held every Monday night at the Community Center from 5:15-6:15pm.

Notes on seasonal animals/insects:
Bears are frequent visitors to the property. They are most active in early spring and late summer/fall, but they are seen on the property throughout the summer. Please be alert, keep all food and food containers inside, and carry bear spray. There are also wolf, moose, coyote, cow, and other wild animals that roam.
As far as insects go, spring is a popular time for mosquitos. Bring layers and bug spray. They mostly choose to hang out around dusk/dawn, so we try to stay inside during those times. August-September is prime moth season around here. Bears can eat up to ~20,000 per day, so we try to live with them rather than against them. They can sneak into the cabin occasionally, but they are harmless. September-October is black fly season.

**For travels during October-April, please be mindful that you are booking for a time when the weather can be seasonally unpredictable. We love this area for the great cross-country/backcountry skiing, snowshoeing and aurora borealis viewing. Please be aware that the temperature can drop below 0 and there can be very strong wind gusts in the area. The roads are plowed and maintained, however, if there is weather in the forecast, you are encouraged to have proper snow tires/chains/4WD to ensure safe travels.

PARK INFO: A reminder that the ticketed entry system affecting the West Glacier entrance to the Going to the Sun Road and the North Fork area begins to release tickets 120 days in advance, beginning 02/13/25. This first release of tickets is valid for 06/13/25. The Two Medicine Valley and the St. Mary entrance to the Going to the Sun Road do not require a special vehicle pass. There will also be a small number of tickets released again, 24 hours prior.

The Many Glacier Valley will be under serious construction, and access will be limited in a different way than the rest of the park.

- "My family LOVED our stay in this cute & cozy cabin! Everything was so clean and well-thought-out. We just showed up with a few groceries, and everything else we needed was on-hand. It's super convenient to the Two Medicine entrance of Glacier NP, and not a bad drive up to the St. Mary and Many Clacier entrances. Our one regret is that we were having so much fun in the park that we didn't get to relax in this cabin quite as much as we wanted to!"

The interior of this historic Great Northern F45 locomotive has been transformed into a luxurious lodging accommodation. When and if you adventure away from Modern Cabin Retreat, Lake Five is less than 5 minutes away where you can swim, fish, and boat to your heart's content. Take out the the Kayak down Flathead River. Coming to West Glacier will require a vehicle. There is no public transportation to the retreat. To help with exploring once you arrive at the property, There are 2 E-Bikes for guest use. No additional charge. Perk: Biking into Glacier does NOT require a reserved entry pass!

Enjoy being just a 10 minute drive to West Glacier Entrance at Glacier National Park and West Glacier Golf Course during your stay . The home is also located about 30 minutes or less to the Airport (FCA), White Fish and Kalispell for exploring.

Please note that there are occasionally trains that can be heard in the distance when windows are open from the train line that is approximately a half mile away.

There will be a sampling of coffee and tea for you to enjoy during your stay.

During high risk and restricted fire season, recreation fires are not permitted.

Please review our cancellation policy from our rental agreement below as our cancellation policy varies ever so slightly from those on some booking platforms. Our rental agreement is included prior to completing your reservation and will supersede the cancellation policies listed on some booking sites.

Cancellation Policy: We hope you will not need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do the following terms will apply. If your reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there will be no charge. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days before check in, you will receive a full refund MINUS the non-refundable credit card processing fee. If your reservation is cancelled between 7-30 days of check in it will result in a 50% forfeiture of total reservation plus the processing fee. If your reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior to check in it will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation. We recommend securing your trip with a travel insurance company should you need to cancel your reservation outside of the allotted window.

You won’t forget your time in this campy location, complete with wifi and a warm outdoor shower. There is a camping toilet that is easy to use but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

We do have a fire pit, but fires will be dependent on the fire restrictions at the time.

This is a cheaper option in this area because it is a Yurt with a Primitive bathroom set up. We try to make this stay as comfortable and nice as possible, but it is a little bit like camping! So please keep that in mind.

Conor and I are both medical providers in Browning, so we are at work during the day until 6pm. We love to hike, run, bike, and play outside as much we can. We are both laid back and are looking forward to hosting people in our favorite part of Montana!

This is our home in East Glacier Park. There is plenty of parking room out back and out front for you. We prefer you park out back when we are here as it will make parking easier. You can also park in the parking spot to the left just as you enter the driveway as that will give us all plenty of room to access the home.

-Smoke alarm goes off easily! Put on fan above oven and it will prevent that.
-Reminder: We do have two dogs on the property. They have a dog run out back and will be there.

It's a beautiful cabin, the owner built it by himself.Sauna building that has full bathroom and shower is a separate building. The bathroom is not with the bedroom.
The cabin is close to main road and the train tracks. If you are a light sleeper don't book.
It's a perfect location for both exploring East and West Glacier.
There is Wi-Fi.The cabin provides the basic needs for the guests. There is a fire pit, the fire must be monitored all the time and put down completely.

This home is a quiet hideaway just a 5 minute drive from East Glacier Park Village. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with claw foot tubs. It is tucked away on the Heart Butte Cutoff Road which is one of the most beautiful roads to drive down in Montana (if you keep driving a ways). The home is quiet with a front and back porch for sipping coffee and enjoying the quiet mornings. It is a perfect jump of point for all of your Glacier Park Adventures!

This is our home that we live in year round, so our things will be around the home (though neat and orderly). We rent out the full home when we are away and one private room while here. Feel free to use books, kitchen items, etc, but just put things back where you found them. We do have two dogs (who obviously will not be there during your stay). Though the home will be cleaned, just be aware we do have dogs in case of allergies. If there is anything we can help with while you are here, please let us know.

In the summers, our Mother, Kristy May be in a pop up camper on the back of her truck. She works in the park so sometimes is on the property.

When you walk inside Tall Timbers Cabin you’ll be amazed by this newly remodeled gem, ensuring you and your family will have a vacation to remember. This home is designed to provide that family closeness and togetherness with old farmhouse charm and modern amenities providing all the comforts you could want.

The picturesque country style kitchen has marble countertops and rustic wood shelving with all the amenities you could ask for. Stainless steel appliances fill the kitchen and plenty of cooking utensils and equipment. The large island provides plenty of room for cooking those big family meals as well as provide a gathering area for conversation. The kitchen "nook" seating provide seating for 6 with extra space at the island as needed.

The living room is very comfortable with great views of the 5 acres. The steady WIFI and smart TV will allow you to stream your favorite shows but you may get distracted by the beautiful view looking out the windows. The large sectional couch and his and hers chairs will help you melt your troubles away as you relax at the end of the day in this authentic mountain cabin.

When it’s time to retire for the evening, head upstairs to the 3 wonderful bedrooms in this home. You can play a game with the kids or friends and see if they can "find" the master bedroom as the door can be a bit tricky to find (see pictures). The master bedroom has a large king bed with a full bath, including a large walk in shower and laundry facility. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom each have a queen sized bed and share the full bathroom in the hallway. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning for those warm summer days.

The space
Rustic Log Cabin look but with modern lifestyle feel......this unit will accommodate all your GNP vacation adventures.

Please note that this is a big house with three levels and many rooms, two Airbnb units are setup in this property. The Old Brown 2-bedroom unit which occupies the 1st level and part of the 2nd level; and the Upper Brown 2-bedroom unit which occupies part of the 3rd level. These two detached units are separated by other bedrooms, storage rooms and a 3-car garage, and each unit has its own private entry, private deck and private parking. Therefore, there is no need to worry about any disturbances between the two units.

Think Cleaning Fee is too high? Here is an opportunity to earn some money back by doing this prior to your check-out.

1. Receive up to a $20 refund if kitchen is cleaned to the check-in condition.

Here is the breakdown:
a. Get $10 if all dirty dishes and sink are cleaned, stove top, counter-top and dining table are wiped clean.
b. Get $10 if kitchen hardwood floor is wiped. All kitchen trash cans are also emptied.

2. Receive up to another $20 refund if both bathroom and bedrooms are cleaned to the check-in condition.

Welcoming one-bedroom guest suite with a private entry, located only two miles from the west entrance of Glacier National Park. The guest suite is on the lower level of a newly built, custom home on a quiet road, easily accessed from US Highway 2. All West Glacier gateway community amenities are within a short drive, bike ride or walk. The onsite host/homeowner lives on a separate level. We offer our guests two upstairs bedrooms, bathroom and sitting room. Our downstairs living room, kitchen, and dining area are shared with us (owners). You may use the kitchen to prepare your own meals to eat outside or inside!

We are located two miles from the west entrance to Glacier National Park. The road in front of our house is the bike path that runs from Hungry Horse to the Park. Montana Raft Company & Glacier Guides is directly across the street.

We have a large front lawn and plenty of parking space in driveway. The upstairs of the house is where your bedroom, a sitting room with picture windows and a bathroom are located. You are welcome to join the owners downstairs in the kitchen, dining room and living room if you so desire! We'd love to give you 'local tips' about the area.

Driving directions to Glacier National Park from our house is easy - the entrance to the Park is only 2 miles away with only 3 left turns!

If you plan a winter vacation, we are only 30 miles from Whitefish which offers a ski resort on Whitefish Mountain. Travel time to the mountain would be approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

1950’s style ranch house located in a highly desirable area, right in the heart of West Glacier. The home still holds the same character and decor from this era. The house sits on the bank of the pristine and wild Middle Fork of the Flathead River. Watch the river roll by from the living room. A minute drive from the West Entrance of Glacier National Park, this location will get you on the Going-To-The-Sun road early. Please note there is not a television in the house, only river views!

The space
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom house, with a large living room space is the perfect spot to kick up your tired legs at the end of the day. The location of the house is in the middle of West Glacier. During the summer months you will feel the bustle of town out the front door. You can access all the local amenities by foot. Walk across the street for groceries, dinner, and ice cream. A mini-golf course is right across the street. This is open until 10p.m. Jump on the bike path leading from the doorstep, and take the 2 mile bike ride up to iconic Lake McDonald for an evening swim. Hosts are long time locals and guides with an abundance of knowledge for the area. We have plenty of recommendations and suggestions for maximizing your time in Glacier, ask when you book!

Glacier View Getaway located in West Glacier!

Welcome to our Glacier View Getaway!
Stay inside West Glacier! This condo is the perfect location for all your Glacier Park adventures, with the entrance to Glacier National Park is less than 2 miles away from the front door. Take a stroll down to the Middle Fork of Flathead River, just around the corner! It's also nestled right on the edge of Glacier View Golf Course, a golfer's dream! Adult golf clubs are available for guest use in the garage.

Relax and unwind in the open and inviting layout of the downstairs area. The cozy living room provides a TV with Roku streaming, and a comfortable space to lounge and spend quality time with your loved ones. The quaint dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together, and you can also make use of the bar seating at the kitchen counter, creating a casual and convenient space for quick bites or socializing while preparing meals. Convenience is key in this condo, as the half bathroom and laundry area are located on the main level. This means you won't have to go far to freshen up or take care of your laundry needs.

Rest and relaxation await you in the two large King Bedrooms upstairs where you can unwind after a long day of exploring or hiking in Glacier National Park. The spacious and comfortable master bedroom features a private full bathroom with a convenient shower/tub combo.  Additionally, the master bedroom is equipped with a TV that has Roku streaming available, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your downtime. The second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located in the hall, ensuring easy access for guests staying in the second bedroom. To ensure your comfort during your stay, both bedrooms in the condo are equipped with portable Air Conditioning units as well as ceiling fans. These AC units provide cool air and help maintain a pleasant temperature in the bedrooms, allowing you to relax and have a restful sleep even on hot days.

Our Glacier View Getaway condo also offers a small back patio, perfect for enjoying some fresh air and outdoor relaxation. Whether you want to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a book in the afternoon, the patio provides a nice outdoor space. For added convenience and enjoyment, a small propane camp-style BBQ is also available for guests to use.

During the summer months, the area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with nearby hiking trails, mountain biking, zip line adventures, whitewater rafting, fishing, and so much more.
Headed to explore, going towards Columbia Falls, you will see the water park at Big Sky Waterslides, a natural vortex at the House of Mystery, and the Amazing Fun Center with go carts, bumper boats, mini golf and a gigantic maze. When you are tired of exploring at ground level, take a walk in the trees at the Glacier Highline Adventure in Coram, or go on a horseback ride with Swan Mountain Outfitters – and don’t forget to check out the Crown of the Continent Discovery Center in West Glacier - with an awesome interactive map display and petting zoo during the summer months.

In the winter months, head to Whitefish Mountain Resort for skiing and snowboarding. Big Mountain, as locals still lovingly call it has 3,000 acres of world class downhill skiing at the ski resort, with spectacular views of Glacier National Park from the summit!  Go snowshoeing through the woods, book a snowmobile trip, try ice fishing at a nearby lake, or enjoy a day trip to drive around the scenic Flathead Valley!

A peaceful secluded getaway 15 minutes drive outside of Glacier National Park. Escape the crowds and enjoy wildlife right out your bedroom window. Perfect for a couples getaway or a family vacation. A 5 minute drive from East Glacier's amenities and restaurants. The house was finished last summer and is occupied during the winter months. Some new accommodations include, blinds for select windows, an outdoor dining area right off the bedroom and an outdoor patio.

We have a master bedroom with a queen, a guest bedroom with a full(not in pictures but it exists) and a pullout couch. There is a nice big kitchen and plenty of space to lounge around after being on your feet in the park.
