All of the outside areas are paved in natural limestone and fossilised rocks and there is off road parking for two cars with a gated drive & landscaped walled gardens. It’s about 3 minutes walk to Sishane metro station, less than 5 minutes walk to Tünel funicular and a short downhill walk to connect with the tram for Sultanahmet. Famous Istiklal Avenue is less than 10 minutes walk up the hill.

The apartment opens into a welcoming hall. The living room with flat-screen TV and comfy sofa is right next to the dining room, adding up to a versatile area for relaxing. Metro, bus, tram and ferry stops are all only a couple of minutes’ walk away. You can be in Sultanahmet (for the big sights of Ayasofya, Topkapı, Blue Mosque etc.) in about 12 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes on foot. In the other direction, by Metro, you can be in Şişli (for Istanbul’s biggest shopping mall) in 10 minutes or Levent (for Istanbul’s business district) in 15 minutes.

From some windows, you feel you can reach out and touch the tower. The living room overlooks the lively pedestrianised square below, while the kitchen and one bedroom have glimpses across the Golden Horn.

The bedrooms are stylish: two doubles and one twin, each with chic velvet headboards and high quality crisp white linens. One of the doubles is very big with lots of space for an additional folding bed. There's a contemporary and chic, well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances including dish-washer. The separate dining area is just outside the kitchen. In the comfortable living room there's a feather-cushioned sofa, armchair and bar table with stools overlooking the tower. The villa offers a large private pool/terrace along with numerous sun bathing areas within the gardens. The owners have created the villa which offers a unique insight into Turkish culture and many of the furnishings and art are representative of this. Minibuses pass at every half an hour in front of the villa.Cultural sites are within easy driving distance.There are lots of agents which organizes cultural trips.

Staff : Staff carries baggages in your bedroom and he is on call for your needs. Staff maintains the garden, terraces, swimming pool, collects refuse and makes daily light cleaning of the villa.
Maid service is provided once a week for cleaning and the change of towels and linens. Additional cleaning is available at local charge.

1- After each guest, 24 hours will be reserved for disinfection and cleaning operations and the new guests will be welcomed 1 day later.

2-All the rooms, bathrooms and living areas will be disinfected by ULV machine ann there will be hand disinfection equipments at the entrence.

3- Your temperature will be measured with a infrared thermometer by our staff at the check-in.

4-All the luggages will be disinfected by our staff at the check-in.

Galata has a genuine, very welcoming and diverse community with an intriguing mix of cafes, restaurants, small grocery shops and artistic boutiques. Elegant 19th Century buildings line cobbled streets, with discoveries waiting around every corner. No matter where you wander, you'll always find your way back to Galata Tower, which has been a well-loved landmark for the last 700 years.

Metro, bus, tram and ferry stops are all only a couple of minutes' walk away. You can be in Sultanahmet (for the big sights of Ayasofya, Topkapı, Blue Mosque etc.) in about 12 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes on foot. In the other direction, by Metro, you can be in Şişli (for Istanbul's biggest shopping mall) in 10 minutes or Levent (for Istanbul's business district) in 15 minutes.

There are many taxi ranks around and some secure car parks too.

We use local maintenance and cleaning services for the apartments and in this way we provide a good income for 2 families who lives nearby.We do everything we can to preserve all the original features and materials in the apartments. Where new materials are needed we source them locally, prioritising products that are designed and/or made in Turkey.

Our apartments are uniquely situated amongst mosques, churches, synagogues, a mevlevi ‘whirling dervish' hall and other sites of religious significance. We encourage guests to sense the history of religious tolerance and hopefully! to experience something of it themselves during their stay.

The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun-loungers, parasols and 2 large outdoor bean bags.
There is also a relaxed seating area with a sofa, chairs and table in the shade.
The two dining terraces give you flexible dining options to suit your group.
The BBQ terrace, with local stone built BBQ, has a low Turkish style seating area.
The large roof terrace has Turkish style seating across two of the corners, making for a great after dinner social area while watching the sunset or even the shooting stars!
If that is not enough, you can always retire to your own balcony and watch the gulets out at sea.

Villa Manzara is on is a cul-de-sac in Kalamar Bay and as such makes for a very peaceful location.

The centre of Kalkan is 5 min by car, taxi or local dolmus bus. However, locally there are some really fabulous restaurants if your group want to stay local. There is also an option to book a private chef to cook for you as another option.

As well as the local beach and beach clubs the famous 18km Patara Beach is a 10 min drive away. Kaputas Beach, equally famous is also a 10 min drive. Both beaches and the local town of Kas, and Fethiye farther afield can be reached by bus, taxi or car.

SPECIAL INTEREST HOLIDAYS:
Kalkan and the surrounding areas have an abundance of ancient historical sites such as Xanthos and Patara. It is an ideal place to come to for walking/hiking holidays (all walks on the Lycian Way are clearly marked). The gorge at Saklikent provides another area for walking, river tubing or rafting. For those who love a real adventure, there is paragliding from the top of the mountain in Kas, and as well as mountain biking and quad biking nearby.
The villages surrounding Kalkan are well worth a visit. Some local villages also have wonderful restaurants with locally cooked specialities. They have stunning views across both Kalkan and Patara. There really is no better place to dine and watch the sunset!

In the other direction, by Metro, you can be in Şişli (for Istanbul’s biggest shopping mall) in 10 minutes or Levent (for Istanbul’s business district) in 15 minutes.

Where new materials are needed we source them locally, prioritising products that are designed and/or made in Turkey.

Our apartments are uniquely situated amongst mosques, churches, synagogues, a mevlevi ‘whirling dervish’ hall and other sites of religious significance. We encourage guests to sense the history of religious tolerance and hopefully! to experience something of it themselves during their stay.

Villa Zinnia is a beautiful three bedroom villa with its own pool and, close to the olive groves of Kalkan with views of the Taurus mountains. The villa is in a superb location 1 minute from a supermarket and several restaurants and bars. With only a 15 minute, mainly level walk into the centre of town, unlike most villas in Kalkan, it is an easy walk back without a taxi needed at the end of your night out (although there are plenty about!). Luxurious and well equipped with a modern,contemporary kitchen with dishwasher, the villa will sleep up to 8 in its large, spacious bedrooms. On the top floor is a superb ensuite master bedroom, and a further double and twin room on the first floor along with a family bathroom with bath. The living area is very comfortable and light with satellite TV and DVD. Patio doors lead onto the covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and the pool area. Wireless internet, Smart TV with Netflix, Xbox Series S (latest generation) with Gamepass access to hundreds of games and Playstation 3 with games. Extensive library of DVDs, both children and adult.

Other details: An English agent will be on hand to help in any way throughout your stay. Transfers from Dalaman are easliy arranged when you book and can either be a taxi or minibus.

All linen is supplied by the villa apart from beach towels and the maid does a thorough once a week clean and linen change.The pool is cleaned daily and the gardens also are watered daily. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are installed on the top floor and there is a drying rack for any washing.

Facilities: Located only 1 minute walk from the villa is a small supermarket and several lovely restaurants. The weekly market and bus station are both a 10 minute walk away.

For toddlers we have a cot, highchair, potty and bathroom stool.

Kitchen in the villa well equipped for dining in and villa is a two minute walk to small supermarket, with bigger supermarkets such as Migros just down the road that had a wider range of food and drink. Kalamar Beach club is a 15 min walk downhill and they provide a free shuttle service. Excursions to nearby Patara beach, Saklikant Gorge, boat trips easily bookable from offices in centre of Kalkan. We have been to Kalkan several times over the last ten years and it’s always so relaxed and welcoming."

Sean was very prompt and informative with communications before and during our stay and we were fortunate to be granted a late check out of 4pm as no guests were due that day. The villa was easy to find using google maps. Handy couple of supermarkets and eateries just 5 mins walk away and about 25 min walk to the harbour and old town. We had a hire car so easy enough to drive over and park there in an evening if dining out there. Very quiet area in terms of traffic and neighbours. Highly recommended"

A beautifully maintained 4 bedroomed property situated in the peaceful area of Dalyan. The location of the property also makes a lovely walk along the river towards town. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 of them with balconies. The 4 double bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes and air conditioning. The terrace door in the front room overlooking the pool. you can also have BBQ in kitchen balcon and it also open onto the side of the property where there is a table and chairs for your dining. The master bedroom has its own private balcony, air-conditioning and an en-suite shower room. There is a family bathroom upstairs as well. The second family bathroom is on the ground floor and is fully equipped with bath and attached shower. The living area is comfortably furnished with some new equipped with sofas, TV, Internet and air-conditioning. The dining area is furnished with dining table and 8 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for you stay(ıt has open lounge kitchen which you might think 2 lounges on the ground floor).The pool is good and clear enough for summer time which belongs to only this property. The villa is close enough to walk into town where you will find the local bus station that can take you to most places around Kalkan and further. You do not need to bring masses of baggage,the villa is fully equipped and is a home from home.

The pool man came every day and cleaned the pool and took the rubbish away and the water man who delivered the drinking water was very efficient . We did a big shop in Kalkan when we got then and then just topped up at the mini market near the villa . Taxis were good value to go into Kalkan but we also enjoyed the beach club which was walkable and luckily we never had to walk back uphill in the dark as the owner of the beach club used to take us home in his car . Andy arranged a boat trip for the 6 of us on Sea Belle Junior and this was the high spot of the holiday . We had the boat to ourselves and the lovely lady cooked us the most amazing lunch , a huge array of home made salads , chicken and rice , fish and courgette fritters . In the afternoon she then produced a warm home made chocolate cake served with Turkish tea . Stunning"

The walk into town in the evening takes 10-15 minutes with children (ages 8-11) depending on where you are going. Taxis are the best way home, as it's a steep walk, but they were plentiful and cheap at a 90 lira set price. The manager of the property in Kalkan was also very good and can organise almost anything you need!!"

Kalkan is a much different and welcome change from the usual summer resorts of Spain and Cyprus. Simply the holiday destination you always wanted. The pretty harbour of Kalkan is 1km away so you won't get awoken by the village mosque! There is a fabulous beach club a short walk away offering sunbeds, lunches and divine swims in the refreshing sea.

The surrounding area offers so much to do 1 week will not be long enough!
Watersports: Kalkan is perfect if you wish to water-ski or wakeboard. The bay of Kalkan is flat calm most mornings and evening. It is a stopover for sailing boats and Gulet trips as it is a natural harbour. Around Kalkan it is excellent for walking, ancient ruins, beaches, Gulet and sailing cruises, horse riding, tennis and mountain biking. If you don't have the energy the villa comes with various books, scrabble, backgammon and cards. Perfect, just sit on the roof terrace and escape!

The Kalkan Beach restaurant 100m from the Villa has a water taxi running into town every half hour which is a ten minute scenic ride!

Scuba Diving: Lessons and Padi courses available personally and can be booked in advance by the owners direct. Two qualified Scuba boats are berthed at Kalkan harbour and sail daily to the dive sites. Diving in Turkey is excellent with visibility in excess of 30mts.

Beach Trips and Gulet boats: Patara beach and Kaputas beach are both wonderful. Why not pack a hamper and spend the day swimming in the Lycian sea? Alternatively hire a Gulet boat for the day and sail around the islands. A full day including food starts at £10 per person.

5 min walk to historical places and city center at the best view of the sea in Izmir and 5 minutes walk from the city center. The central bus station ferry metro will be very comfortable for the person coming as I will only get a customer very close to them. In general, I try to help at all kinds of work.

Located in the seaside village of Mesudiye near Datça, Botanik Bungalov offers self-catering accommodation nestled in a fenced olive garden with mountain views and a walking distance to two beaches (Ova Bükü and Hayıt Bükü). A comfortable place for nature-lovers looking for a quiet holiday.

Please note that, in order to reduce plastic waste, we provide mineral drinking water in 20-litre jars for 10 YTL (cheaper than buying bottles).
