A la carte booking for their Ottoman, Italian cuisine restaurants was almost impossible to get with 1 hour slot in the day to book for next day and we were disappointed with not getting our booking. Staff were generally friendly and smiling with an odd one not so friendly one bt you can imagine with so much workload on them to keep everything going. Beachside was fantastic.
