The villa entrance is on the ground floor which houses the family room, open-plan, gourmet kitchen and Barbecue Terrace. There is a laundry room on this level with washer and dryer. A cloak room is also located on this floor.

The second floor contains 3 ensuite bedrooms; a Master Suite, A King bedded Junior Suite and an Ensuite Twin with two doubles beds. All have stunning views and two have balconies.

The third floor has two King bedded ensuite Rooms and one Queen bedded ensuite room.

All of the outside areas are paved in natural limestone and fossilised rocks and there is off road parking for two cars with a gated drive & landscaped walled gardens. The villa is surrounded by high walls with CCTV and alarm for your added security. Weekly maid service is provided and transfers and car hire can be arranged. The owner was extremely helpful and personable and on multiple occasions came to meet us at the house for check-in, checkout, and to turn on the pool heater. The Cukurbag peninsula is west of Kas and is surrounded by olive and almond trees. Villa Kibele is situated on the lagoon side of the peninsula and is only 3 kilometers from the town of Kas.The friendly town of Kas is only five minutes by car.There are plenty of taxis available in Kas. Minibuses pass at every half an hour in front of the villa.Cultural sites are within easy driving distance.There are lots of agents which organizes cultural trips.

Staff : Staff carries baggages in your bedroom and he is on call for your needs. Staff maintains the garden, terraces, swimming pool, collects refuse and makes daily light cleaning of the villa.
Maid service is provided once a week for cleaning and the change of towels and linens. Additional cleaning is available at local charge.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

1- After each guest, 24 hours will be reserved for disinfection and cleaning operations and the new guests will be welcomed 1 day later.

2-All the rooms, bathrooms and living areas will be disinfected by ULV machine ann there will be hand disinfection equipments at the entrence.

3- Your temperature will be measured with a infrared thermometer by our staff at the check-in.

4-All the luggages will be disinfected by our staff at the check-in.

5- Daily cleaning is not available during Covid-19 period. Garbages will be picked up every day.

6- Pool and the open areas will be cleaned and disinfected every day.

There are relaxed seating areas both on the roof terrace, and in a shaded area by the pool as well as sun loungers and beanbags. It is very spacious.

The villa is of exceptional quality with travertine marble terraces, private pool with large sunbathing area, contemporary furnishings and high quality appliances.

Within a 5 min walk is the sea with 3 beach clubs: Kalamar (for families), Lures Hotel (for 5* luxury) and the Kulube Hotel (for a quiet chilled vibe in a pretty bay).

There are plenty of great restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

If you are keen on nature, the villa is by the Lycian Way which provides miles of picturesque walking trails.

The villa is maintained by an English/Turkish company, who keep our home in perfect condition, with a pool guy visiting at least once per day.

There are so many different areas outside at Villa Manzara. Everyone can have a space to call their own.
The terraced garden areas are filled with fruit trees, beautiful Mediterranean plants and bougainvillea. Great for picking a lemon for G&T or some rosemary for lamb on the bbq!

The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun-loungers, parasols and 2 large outdoor bean bags.
There is also a relaxed seating area with a sofa, chairs and table in the shade.
The two dining terraces give you flexible dining options to suit your group.
The BBQ terrace, with local stone built BBQ, has a low Turkish style seating area.
The large roof terrace has Turkish style seating across two of the corners, making for a great after dinner social area while watching the sunset or even the shooting stars!
If that is not enough, you can always retire to your own balcony and watch the gulets out at sea.

Villa Manzara is on is a cul-de-sac in Kalamar Bay and as such makes for a very peaceful location.

The centre of Kalkan is 5 min by car, taxi or local dolmus bus. However, locally there are some really fabulous restaurants if your group want to stay local. There is also an option to book a private chef to cook for you as another option.

As well as the local beach and beach clubs the famous 18km Patara Beach is a 10 min drive away. Kaputas Beach, equally famous is also a 10 min drive. Both beaches and the local town of Kas, and Fethiye farther afield can be reached by bus, taxi or car.

SPECIAL INTEREST HOLIDAYS:
Kalkan and the surrounding areas have an abundance of ancient historical sites such as Xanthos and Patara. It is an ideal place to come to for walking/hiking holidays (all walks on the Lycian Way are clearly marked). The gorge at Saklikent provides another area for walking, river tubing or rafting. For those who love a real adventure, there is paragliding from the top of the mountain in Kas, and as well as mountain biking and quad biking nearby.
The villages surrounding Kalkan are well worth a visit. Some local villages also have wonderful restaurants with locally cooked specialities. They have stunning views across both Kalkan and Patara. There really is no better place to dine and watch the sunset!

IMPORTANT NOTE
Due to a number of stone steps the villa is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Parents please be aware that although we do have a stair-gate on the external staircase leading to the pool terrace, there are no stair-gates inside the villa.
Very young babies are welcome and a travel cot and high chair can be provided. Children of any age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

No floatation devices such as lilos, inflatable boats or similar to be used in the pool by children without responsible adult supervision due to the potential to float over the sheer edge of the infinity pool.

- "We really wanted a stress free peace and quiet holiday in comfortable home and glorious pool. We got it. It was very hot had heatwave first week so pretty much spent all day in pool reading many books overlooking stunning views and sea. Heaven. Views are just gorgeous. Slightly wanted to lob off top of a tree in front of jacuzzi but all added to charm and nature! So much for eating in every other night - we didn’t eat in once! Food locally was too delicious. Walk up hill interesting as I am so not fit! Next year I will do better! Loved it and so glad booked early for next year. Villa is very comfortable and has all you need as everyone else has said."

The villa is in a superb location 1 minute from a supermarket and several restaurants and bars. With only a 15 minute, mainly level walk into the centre of town, unlike most villas in Kalkan, it is an easy walk back without a taxi needed at the end of your night out (although there are plenty about!). Luxurious and well equipped with a modern,contemporary kitchen with dishwasher, the villa will sleep up to 8 in its large, spacious bedrooms. On the top floor is a superb ensuite master bedroom, and a further double and twin room on the first floor along with a family bathroom with bath. We chose the villa because we were able to only have to share one room so most of us had our own room and bathroom . The villa had a large living dining area and a great outside eating and chilling area and a spotlessly clean pool which overlooked the sea and delivered the perfect viewing spot for the evening sunsets . The kitchen was well used whilst we were there and there was also a utility room and a downstairs loo. We were extremely well looked after by Andy before we stayed there who was endlessly patient with our hundreds of questions and they Adem once we were onsite . The pool man came every day and cleaned the pool and took the rubbish away and the water man who delivered the drinking water was very efficient . We did a big shop in Kalkan when we got then and then just topped up at the mini market near the villa . Taxis were good value to go into Kalkan but we also enjoyed the beach club which was walkable and luckily we never had to walk back uphill in the dark as the owner of the beach club used to take us home in his car . Andy arranged a boat trip for the 6 of us on Sea Belle Junior and this was the high spot of the holiday . We had the boat to ourselves and the lovely lady cooked us the most amazing lunch , a huge array of home made salads , chicken and rice , fish and courgette fritters . In the afternoon she then produced a warm home made chocolate cake served with Turkish tea . Stunning"

The villa is very well appointed, particular highlights are the outside space with 8 sunbeds, 2 hammocks, a hanging chair, dining table/chairs for 8 and 2 other separate sitting areas. On the upper terraces there are also further sun beds and sitting areas, all of which take in the spectacular uninterrupted view of Kalkan, the pictures don't do it justice! The villa was clean and had everything we needed, including air-conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area, good wifi, and a water cooler which was amazing with the heat. The walk into town in the evening takes 10-15 minutes with children (ages 8-11) depending on where you are going. Taxis are the best way home, as it's a steep walk, but they were plentiful and cheap at a 90 lira set price. Joanna was very helpful with additional bits of information and responded very quickly to any emails. The manager of the property in Kalkan was also very good and can organise almost anything you need!!"

Our Dalyan home is a charming two storey villa surrounded by mature trees and shrubs with its own large private pool. The villa sleeps 6/8 in three main bedrooms (4th bedroom sleeps 2 but is in attic) and has two bathrooms with modern walk-in showers. The three double bedrooms have AC units. The attic room has a standing fan. The living room has ceiling fans. The three main bedrooms have their own private balconies with magnificent views of the mountains in all directions. The villa has all modern conveniences. In the garden there is a stone BBQ and two terraces (front and back of house) for alfresco dining. Villa Bahce is in a relatively quiet part of Dalyan surrounded by a small number of newly-built houses, and a few fields, yet only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town with its many shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is situated in the beautiful nature reserve of Dalyan in the Aegean region of Turkey connecting to the Mediterranean. The area has an incredible amount to offer from the famous Iztuzu turtle nesting beach, the many ancient ruins and the mud-baths to bird-watching in the nature reserve.

- "There is a lot to like about Villa Bahce. It is ideally located in a residential area close to restaurants and small shops and only a short, easy walk to the main town. It is a 3 bedroomed house which was immaculately presented and extremely well-equipped as a holiday home but more like a home from home. The owners have really made a superb effort to think of everything and anything you might need to enjoy a restful and comfortable stay. The pool was excellent, the garden delightful and we enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing two weeks. Communication with the owners was first class and they helpfully arranged a private taxi transfer from Dalaman using a local company - HeyDalaman - who were extremely professional and very good value for money (£30 transfer fee one way). We also used HeyDalaman to book a couple of excursions and hired a car for a few days. Once again, they could not have been more helpful. We also loved Dalaman as a location. It is colourful, friendly and extremely welcoming with something for everyone. We found lovely authentic Turkish restaurants at very reasonable prices but all tastes are catered for with fast-food, pizza and burger bars plus Chinese and Mexican options if thats what you wanted! There is plenty to do and see in the town and locally with many varied excursions available. We have travelled extensively and have used VRBO many times and I can honestly say that Villa Bahce is among the very best of rental properties which we recommend unreservedly."

This newly built & furbished villa is located on one of the most natural and charming coasts on the Mediterranean sea by the Turkish harbour town of Kas. Furnished to a highest western standard design, all 4 bedrooms are fitted with comfortable and yet stylishly furnished beds and fitted large oak wardrobes & dressing table with a chair and additional ceiling fan in each room. It has 2 double bedrooms with king size beds upstairs which look out to a balcony with stunning sea views, whilst there are 1 large twin bedroom which opens out to the pool terrace and a further twin bedroom near the front entrance which may be suitable for children on the ground level. It is quipped with what you would expect from a luxury villa.

There are 3 bathrooms, 2 are en suit, of which one has a bath and both have walk in shower cubicle with separate over head drench shower and a hand held shower head, another bathroom is on the ground floor also has a over head shower in a cubicle & a toilet. All bathrooms have 2 hand basins. All guests are provided with soft fluffy white towels which are changed weekly and also additional beach towel each.

A fully fitted open plan kitchen has everything one wishes to have in a kitchen including the American style fridge/freezer, all integrally fitted dishwasher, oven & microwave oven, the patio door opens out to a terrace where you can have outdoor dining at the comfortable luxury dining table & chairs. The dramatically designed open plan lounge has 2 staircases with gallery landing and luxury sitting / dining area with French doors that opens out to a large sun terrace & pool for superb outdoor living, as well as a large satellite TV & DVD player and iphone/mp3 music station.

Further sitting furniture are on the terrace, perfect for alfresco living with ceiling fan under the terrace roof where you can just enjoy the passing yachts or relax around comfortable sofas & sunbeds or enjoy dipping in the crystal clear swimming pool. The cabana style outdoor pergola which gives an additional shades is an ideal place where your family & friends gather around to have a drink or two or watch the sun go down.

As well as plentiful sitting area, there are 6 quality wooden sunbeds with pillowed mattresses where you can soak up the sun should you wish or simply sit there under sun umbrellas.

There are other facilities like gas BBQ & outdoor shower and washing machine & tumble drier tucked away in a cupboard on ground floor. Children's cot & high chair are also provided should you need one.

The pool & garden are tended by our caretaker everyday, in order to maintain the pool & terrace spotless.

Watersports: Kalkan is perfect if you wish to water-ski or wakeboard. The bay of Kalkan is flat calm most mornings and evening. It is a stopover for sailing boats and Gulet trips as it is a natural harbour. Around Kalkan it is excellent for walking, ancient ruins, beaches, Gulet and sailing cruises, horse riding, tennis and mountain biking. If you don't have the energy the villa comes with various books, scrabble, backgammon and cards. Perfect, just sit on the roof terrace and escape!

The Kalkan Beach restaurant 100m from the Villa has a water taxi running into town every half hour which is a ten minute scenic ride!

Scuba Diving: Lessons and Padi courses available personally and can be booked in advance by the owners direct. Two qualified Scuba boats are berthed at Kalkan harbour and sail daily to the dive sites. Diving in Turkey is excellent with visibility in excess of 30mts.

Beach Trips and Gulet boats: Patara beach and Kaputas beach are both wonderful. Why not pack a hamper and spend the day swimming in the Lycian sea? Alternatively hire a Gulet boat for the day and sail around the islands. A full day including food starts at £10 per person.

Villa Guzel stands in its own large garden with a good sized family and a separate children's pool. It is situated in a quiet residential area and yet is less than an 8 minute flat walk into the very centre of Dalyan. The spacious interior has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing air conditioned accommodation for 8-10 people, including children.

The villa has been built in a modern Turkish style. Electronic air condition has been fitted to all living areas and bedrooms. The ground floor accommodation comprises of an open plan living room/dining room and kitchen, shower room/wc and utility area. On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and two terraces, a second double bedroom with terrace and third double bedroom with terrace, family bathroom with shower and bath.. On the second floor are two twin bedrooms and another shower room, which are ideally suited to children. Floors throughout the property are marble except the bedrooms and bathrooms which are tiled. Outside the villa has a large covered marble terrace providing invaluable shade which is fenced off from the private swimming pool and separate children's splash pool. The swimming pool area has an outside shower and their is also a built in BBQ within the terrace area. The garden is stocked with an abundance of fruit trees including apples, oranges, plums etc . There is a private driveway for parking.

Dalyan is an unspoilt small town situated within a conservation area. The famous Iztuzu Beach with its 5km of soft golden sand is only a short drive away, and can be accessed either via public transport including by a boat taxi. Dalyan provides a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops with the emphasis on families. Although Dalaman International Airport is only 25 minutes away, and therefore ideal for short transfers, guests often comment that they are not aware of its presence.

We were 21 hours delayed for our flight having been put up in a hotel in Bristol and Jacqui was always on hand (along with Selina the Select rep in Dalyan) via WhatsApp. That was very reassuring! Many parts of Kalkan Dream Villa were renovated. The most major upgrades include:

- The infinity pool is reconstructed to add stairs in, and it's lowered from 1.90m depth to 1.60m. It is also a heated pool now upon request.

- New shaded area around the pool area, and outdoor seating lounge under it.

- The balcony on the middle floor is rebuilt, and new rails were custom made for the lower floor’s terrace.

- Replaced the TV with a curved 4K Samsung TV with Netflix Premium account.

- New furniture, rugs, pillows, accessories in each room.

- Automatic hot/cold water dispenser, renewed all the cutlery and added more stuff to the kitchen.

- 500 new clay pots around the garden, to emphasize the Mediterranean feeling of the villa.

- Fixes around the houses, painted all the interiors, new rain shower heads in the top 2 rooms’ bathrooms for the ultimate relaxation.

Location:
Located on top of a hill, Kalkan Downtown is just 1 km away by foot or by car, whilst the sea is just 100 meters away (bird's eye view). The only neighboring villa is on the right side of the property, as can be seen in the pictures. However, it's mostly vacant throughout the year, so the villa and the pool area offer our guests a fully private experience.

Take a break and enjoy the good scenery in a relaxing and comfortable 400 m2 wide and spacious villa. The villa is surrounded by a huge garden, on top of a hill. There is no other house on top of you and there is a divider between the villa on the right so that your privacy belongs only to you.

She is vaccinated and sterilized. She isn't our cat, but she likes to be treated as the owner of the villa, so from now on we are listing her as a pet living on the property constantly.

- "Friendly and helpful administration. Good to visit for couple of days. " - "A wonderful sea view (from every room or villa as you may see on photo, we had small room with jacuzzi). The main place to swim is blue lagoon (10-15 minutes), 15-20 minutes walking to several restaurants. Be careful, when swimming out from lagoon there might be some current (so don't swim too far if unsure). We had an omelet for breakfast together with bread, salad, vegetables, butter+jam and different kinds of cheese, all tasty. Erkan (the property manager) could arrange all the transfers for us and it was nice. Three small minuses: the room is not equipped by shampoo and bath foam for jacuzzi; non-stable Internet; also we both were stung by some insects. I hope it were simple mosquitos. I would recommend this property to the ones looking for silence, natural landscapes and preferably flying directly to Gazipasa airport (15 min by car from there)."
