- "Capiedra Hotel is in Uçhisar, a quiet town compared to Göreme, but it has everything you need. Restaurants, Uçhisar Castle, Pigeon Valley are all walking distance. I walked to Göreme which took one hour and it was a pleasant walk. Stopping at various points to capture the panoramic views. Mehmet has set up the hotel in their old family home with his mum making fresh breakfast each day. His team of workers are all kind and helpful. Mehmet responded in a timely manner to any of my inquiries leading up to my holiday, as well as answering any questions I had about tours one I had arrived. He booked my hot air balloon flight after advising me to wait a day, as the prices would drop significantly. Which was good advice that he shared, as there had been no flights due to bad weather conditions.
