- "We were in Beaune for a music festival, and Saint Nicolas Tower was both a super convenient by location and very affordable for a Beaune rental in such a great spot. It is important to understand that there are lots of stairs to access the place, the last set being narrow ones; this was not at all a problem for us, fit-enough folk in our upper 60s, but would make the choice unsuitable for some. The host was very helpful, including providing a portable air cooler in the bedroom, given the forecast for very hot weather during our July stay."

The space
You will stay in a charming, very functional studio, located on the 1st floor of a beautiful, secure and very quiet condominium, which can accommodate 2 people. It will be perfect for a couple or a solo traveler.

In the living room you will find to the right of the entrance a wardrobe with hangers to drop off your jackets/shoes and above it, a free space to drop off your belongings.

Guests can enjoy a beautiful equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, pots, stove, microwave, induction stove, Senseo coffee maker with 1 coffee pod/person/night, kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, cooking utensils, carafe...) as well as a dining area with a table and two comfortable chairs.
