- "The property was clean, but the quality of bedding and kitchen stuff was just too basic. Absolutely shapeless and thin pillows, all same everywhere, so nothing to choose from. Utensils and plates are fresh from Tesco basic range still with stickers. Pans with anti stick bottoms scratched, which may be a health issue. I know it’s a caravan, and not much aspiration to be expected, but it might be just a tad bit better than a factory canteen."

A new 3 bed new Abi Arizona 2019 caravan/holiday home that sleeps 8 with double glazing, central heating through out and features top quality finishing in a prime location in Felixstowe, a 10 min walk to the seafront, arcades, mini roller coasters, pubs, restaurant's, weekend market and so much more. check out the Landquard museum too.

A lovely light room, cleverly divided to meet all requirements. The kitchen has an in integrated oven, ceramic hob, with extractor, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, under counter fridge with ice box, Delonghi microwave, Nespresso Citiz machine (bring your own original style pods), toaster and kettle.
A sofa sits in front of the coffee table and cabinet with Smart TV and DVD player for your entertainment and there’s another chair by a window in an ideal spot for you to relax in with a good book!

The railway station is 1.2 miles from the house with links to Ipswich and London Liverpool Street.

Place is just as the pictures show. Couch in living room is a futon and not very comfortable to sit for long periods. Keep in mind the fridge is small, but stores are close by. We had the beds configured into a king bed, one of the twin mattresses could stand to be replaced but the other was very comfortable. Also the bedding and pillows were comfortable. Place was clean when we arrived. We would stay here again."

NEW FOR 2024 - Enjoy stunning sea views at this elegant light-filled holiday apartment blending character with style in vibrant Felixstowe. Interiors are beautifully refurbished throughout the spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen/dining, and both bedrooms (king and twin beds), with two bathrooms for extra privacy.
Situated on the top (second) floor of an elegant Victorian home behind the beach-side Spa Pavilion, Gulls’ Nest is accessed through the front garden to the original front door into the lobby. Up the stairs to the front door of Gulls’ Nest, the apartment is located at the top of this second set of stairs, where you will find a light-filled property with palewood floors throughout. Being in the attic there are some low beams to look out for! This property is not suitable for children under the age of eight due to the steep stairs.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
The large, attractive kitchen is well-fitted for a group of 4, with a dining table overlooking the town at the back of the property, and an internal window giving sea views from across the flat. You'll find everything you need for catering at home including an electric oven, four-ring hob, microwave,
LIVING ROOM
The inviting living room has plenty of seating, a small log burner, a TV, games to play and a selection of books and magazines. Grab the telescope and gaze out to sea… the container ships entering Felixstowe terminal provide a fascinating glimpse into the busiest port in the country.
MAIN BEDROOM
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, dressed in white cotton linens. There is plenty of space to sit and work at the window desk or enjoy a coffee and a good book.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM
The ensuite bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and a separate handheld shower. There is a toothbrush charger inside the sink cabinet.
TWIN BEDROOM
The second bedroom has 2 small single beds (with storage drawers) which can be fixed together to make a double (just ask in advance, it'll be made as a twin unless requested). Again, dressed stylishly with white cottons and throws, there is a second ensuite bathroom with a large shower and electric towel heater.
Both bedrooms have space to hang and store clothes, chairs, dressing tables, extra bedding or throws and hairdryers. All windows have smart Venetian blinds adding to the contemporary feel.
OUTSIDE
Gulls’ Nest is a perfect spot to enjoy all the fun that Felixstowe has to offer. There's no allocated parking but no restrictions on the road in front of the house. The apartment doesn't have outdoor seating however it's within walking distance is the beach with its Pier, Beach Street, amusement arcades, restaurants and cafes or just take a stroll along the shingle and sandy shores. Head north along the prom to characterful Felixstowe Ferry with its fish shacks and estuary views, or south to the historic Landguard Fort and Felixstowe Museum. Throughout the warmer months, there are festivals – art, books, cars, to name a few. Each Saturday is a ParkRun on the beach front and there are tennis courts to book on Bath Road. Beach yoga and sea swimming are popular all year round!
Access to this property will be by the property owner or housekeeper who will meet and group all guests. There is an emergency key in the lockbox, for which the number will be given if needed.
Due to the 2 sets of quite steep stairs, and various low beams, this property is not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.
Infants are welcome, and we can provide a travel cot and highchair if requested (not suitable for babies who are crawling as there is no stairgate).
The garden and small car park at the back are unfortunately not available for guest use at this time.
This property is not suitable for any sort of parties or commercial use.

This modern 3 bed, 2 bathroom family house is in a superb position with uninterrupted sea views making it an ideal seaside holiday home to explore the beautiful Suffolk coast. One medium-sized dog is welcome.
There are steps up to the front door of this elegant townhouse to give it an elevated position to make the most of the uninterrupted sea views. You step into the hall and the stylish lounge with beautiful karndean flooring is on your right, with 2 comfortable sofas and a smart TV. Light fills the room through the big bay window which overlooks the beach and sea. The famous Martello Tower can also be seen in front of the house.
Felixstowe is increasingly popular as a seaside destination. The popular pier, seafront gardens and adventure golf are minutes away. There’s plenty to interest all guests with a golf club, sailing, ferry to Bawdsey, and town centre with a charming mix of major retailers and independent boutiques, plus a great choice of shopping and eateries.
The lounge leads into the kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with a built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, eye-level oven and electric hob. There is a dining table and chairs. To the left of the kitchen, there is a good-sized cloakroom and a small utility area with a washing machine and microwave. From the kitchen, doors lead onto the decking at the back of the house with a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a meal or a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. Steps lead to the garden which is laid to grass and shrubs. The back gate leads onto the private parking area where there is space for 2 cars.
Stairs with handrails on both sides, lead to the first floor where there are 2 good-sized double rooms and a shared bathroom with a bath and handheld shower. The front bedroom has a king size bed, good clothes hanging space and storage, and 2 bedside tables. It has a Juliet balcony where you could sit and look out to sea. The second bedroom is a twin (2 x 3ft singles) with 1 bedside table, some storage and windows looking out to the back. At the end of the landing, there is a chaise long where you could relax with a book, or simply enjoy the sea views.
The stairs lead up to the 2nd floor and the master bedroom. This beautiful room runs the length of the house. It has a super king sized bed with 2 bedside tables. A step leads onto a good-sized balcony with uninterrupted views along the coast. There is a dressing area with a large, mirrored walk-in wardrobe on your right and a smaller mirrored wardrobe on your left. This leads onto the ensuite shower room with a large step-in shower with a grab rail and a window to the back.
The 1st and 2nd floors are carpeted throughout (except the bathrooms). There are handrails on both sides of the stairs all the way up the 2nd floor as well as grab rails at the top of each staircase. Good storage in all bedrooms.

This beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom serviced apartment is on the basement floor of a seafront residential building and is just 50 metres from the beach. It is easy walking distance to a whole host of entertainments including the Spa Pavilion, recently renovated Pier with a good restaurant and amusement arcade, and then a little bit further takes you to the town centre offering a comprehensive range of shops and cafes together with a cinema and bingo hall. A welcoming friendly local pub is just 2 minutes walk.

The apartment has plenty of natural light and has recently been refurbished and furnished to a very comfortable level. * Please note this apartment does not have a seaview .*

Sleeping four people over two bedrooms, it’s the ideal cottage for small families or groups of friends in search of a cosy place to call home while they discover the beauty of the Suffolk coast together. Enjoy wonderful morning strolls along the sands of Felixstowe Beach (50 meters) before heading to Felixstowe Seafront Gardens (0.5 miles) with a picnic to enjoy an al fresco lunch among the Grade II-listed gardens. In the afternoon, browse the independent stores housed in a colourful shipping container complex on Beach Street (1.5 miles) or tee-off at the local golf club (1.5 miles). In the evening, check out the lively local food scene or come home to your cottage to fire up the BBQ in the garden.

The Pier View is a truly stunning apartment with a sea view - its location is spectacular - situated just 50m from the miles of beach in Felixstowe, walking distance to the town centre and right next to the sea. Being a Victorian property it has dramatic high ceilings and many original features throughout. Furnished with comfort and calm in mind combined with interesting artwork throughout. Fitted with a new kitchen, comfy beds and sofas - it is an ideal escape for a coastal retreat.
The property has just been full renovated and furnished to a very inviting and relaxing standard.
Its a very calming environment with plenty of space, with long gazing views out to sea.
It has fantastic sea views from the main living area, with very large and tall windows.
The single bedroom also benefits from a lovely sea view.
The best place to smell that sea air and again have that wonderful sea view is on the balcony enjoying your morning coffee or enjoying a meal.
The main bedroom is to the rear of the apartment with a very comfy bed and plenty of storage for your stay.

Please note DAY HIRE ONLY - 8am-8pm. Spend fun, family time on the beach and in this wonderful hut at Fabulous Felixstowe. Casa Alta is a dog friendly beach hut which has all you need on sunny and rainy days alike. The hut is well stocked, with plenty of seating inside and out, 2 x tables, kitchen facilities (gas), close to tap and parking. A short walk (120 metres) to toilets and The Dip Cafe and a beautiful beach walk to Felixstowe Ferry in the other direction.

Ground floor double with private ground floor wet room. We are also happy to welcome well behaved dogs too (provided they get on with other dogs as we own a border collie and a miniature schnauzer). There's parking and we are walking distance from the town, beach and amusements too. We often have guests who go for a swim and then walk back down the road for a shower before breakfast. We live just a few yards from the promenade and water's edge at Felixstowe. The sea is therefore within walking distance from us and you will be able to see it from the front of our home. Felixstowe is great for walkers, dog walkers and couples and families to enjoy. We include a full Suffolk breakfast and can also do a veggie or vegan option too or just toast and tea if that’s all you’d like it’s your choice. We have a pier, a theatre and a bustling town with a museum, nature reserve and fort all within walking distance.

Felixstowe is a small town on the suffolk coast with sand and stone beaches and traditional sea front entertainment. The house is a 4 story terraced house with sea views and easy access to restaurants, pubs, theatre, cinema and small town highstreet. It is a vibrant place very close to a local pub, so there is some noise.
Take a lovely walk along the prom which is beautiful all year round, stop at a coffee shop, or a have a lunch on the pier. Explore the Suffolk countryside from your base.
The space
The room is large, with a king size bed and plenty of storage. Tea and coffee facilities are in the room. please ask if you need anything extra such as blankets, pillows or an iron.
Your bathroom is on the same floor and you will have sole access for your stay.
the room is on the 2nd floor, there are a lot of stairs, there are also steps to access the front door so you will need to be reasonably fit.
I am not offering breakfast, or access to the kitchen, but there are lots of very reasonable restaurants and cafes nearby.

We believe that the building was originally the site office for the row of Victorian houses built just before 1900. When we arrived it was neglected and derelict - so we did it up completely. It was used by our children as an entertainment space for years and now it is a very comfortable cosy space for guests to stay.

Guests can use the entire space of the little house and are welcome to use the area of the garden in front and the seating on the decking to the right if the weather is reasonable.
Access is through a private entrance with a code lock door around the rear of our property.

Located in the cabin, are two bunk beds for the children and a pull out sofa bed, that serves as a double bed for two adults.

There is one parking space available, on the road, directly outside the cabin. If you have a second car you can park it along Sea Road for free. Drive to the end of the opposite road and you can turn left or right to find a space.

At the end of our road there is a walkway that leads you into a park with a newly refurbished children’s playground, football goals and it’s a great place for a picnic. Conveniently located just beyond the park’s edge, you will see there is a Lidl supermarket.
At the end of the opposite road, you will find yourself at the sea front. Turning right from here will lead you to Beach Street, a lively area filled with street food vendors and live music. If you choose to turn left instead, you’ll head towards the pier and amusements, as well as the Boardwalk, which is a great spot to sit, relax, and enjoy a drink. The leisure centre with swimming pool is located opposite.
A five-minute walk on from the Boardwalk will take you to the Alex, a fantastic spot for breakfast and a great place to sit and watch the sea. From the Alex, if you turn left and head to the top of the hill, you’ll reach the town with the local shops, cinema and train station.
