Brand new 2020 build with all new and modern amenities. Fenced in yard, lake style decor all mainly from Old Forge and local shops. You won't want to leave during your stay!

Peaceful, great views, and close to everything we needed - 15 min from Colgate and Hamilton NY with grocery stores and everything you might need. Also close to antique centers - Bouckville and Madison + Barbeque and live music at Ray Bros. The house is best for a couple or small family as the second bedroom has twin bunk beds. And the owners have stocked the house with board games, stuff for tubing and if you run out of reading material, plenty of books to chose from for relaxing reading on the deck. I think we hit amazingly perfect August weather - even cool one day, but the ceiling fans keep things at a good temperature on warmer days. I am looking forward to a return visit."

Our cozy home in the Village of Hamilton. Inside, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, featuring a headboard made from the original barn door. The open living room and kitchen area include a pull-out queen couch, smart TV, corner desk, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, and includes all the essentials, from a Keurig, French press, coffee pot, and blender to numerous pots, pans, and more. They let us in early when we arrived and provided us with everything we could possibly need. They left us a gift basket with wine and goodies and a bathroom basket with extras in case we forgot anything. A previous review talked about cleanliness, and I didn’t see any issues at all. Sometimes I think people are reviewing a five-star resort and not a camp on a lake. The bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms were pristine. Were there some cobwebs on the deck in the mornings, sure...but growing up on a lake I kind of expected that. We had such a fun time on both decks. The upper deck gets shade, which was great when we needed a break from the sun but still wanted to be outside. The lower deck is packed with kayaks and paddleboards and lounge chairs. The lake is so calm, I felt totally safe letting them kayak around the property. We saw eagles and heron and tons of geese with their babies. The kids also enjoyed the bunk bedroom. There were toys and books for kids and tons of games throughout the house that we played. It was steep going down to the lake, but there is a handrail, so my kids had no problem. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better lake experience. A big thanks to our hosts!"

Our lake access is down the road towards Hamilton. You will pass the red barn house and then it’s the next driveway with the little red cottage that sits down by the water. Our lake access and kayak rack is on the left side of the old split rail fence.

Come stay with us in our secluded waterfront home located on Lelands Pond.

You will have the whole second floor to yourselves. The second floor is 2 spacious rooms with great views of the lake. There is a Jack and Jill bath between the rooms.

The main room sleeps two and is perfect for a weekend getaway. The second room included sleeps up to 4 additional guests with a queen bed and 2 single beds.

We are located 1 mile from Bouckville’s many antique shops and 3 miles from Colgate.

Our upstairs has a loft with a desk, half bath and a queen bed in the bedroom. We keep the door shut most of the time but our 2 cats do go up occasionally. The only shared part of the bathroom is the shower. We live downstairs with 5 year old but you are more than welcome to join us in the main space anytime. We are close to the football field. The upstairs is our overflow play room & office but it's your space when it's rented.

Guest access
The upstairs is accessed via a door that leads up to the loft and bedroom. Will message you a code to the front door before arrival. We do have 2 ring cameras at both entries but that is just for added security since we live on a busy road, very close to the college.

Other things to note
Entry to the space is through the main house. You are welcome to use the Kitchen, living areas, outside.

With an excellent location on Broad St. in Hamilton Village, the space is just a block walk to campus or downtown.
There is a private entrance to the ensuite on the 1st floor (keyless entry code). It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge, sitting area, and WiFi. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. Also, a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.

The space
The Broad Street Suite offers a private entrance, King bed (twin rollaway available on request), fresh and clean linens, Keurig Station & Snacks, and two windows for natural light and breeze. There is also air conditioning if it should get too warm. The Suite is a quick walk to downtown and Colgate Campus, with a location that can’t be beat. Please note, while a keurig and snack station is offered, a hot cooked breakfast will not be offered (as the room is totally private and blocked off from the rest of the house). Also, the entire house has 6 bedrooms and may be rented by request (for Colgate family weekends, graduation, etc...).

Guests will only have access to their suite via keyless entry (back porch). The door to the house will be locked on both sides, to assure privacy. Check In at 3pm and check out at 11am. The suite is located in back of the house underneath the back front porch. So, to enter the suite, you will go in the backyard and turn right to enter under the back porch.
Thermostat in bedroom and bathroom controls radiant ceiling heat. There is a “fire” in the fireplace with a remote control to turn the logs on and off (no heat comes from this). There is not a hot/cooked breakfast. However, there will be some
Snacks and a variety of coffees and teas for use with the Keurig.
Please note that they had breakfast is not served, as you will have complete privacy in your unit with no interaction from hosts (unless, of course, there is something we can do to help your stay more comfortable).

*please note* Your room is completely private with a door (locked on both sides) to separate owner living space and The Broad Street Suite. Please keep in mind that the house was built in 1812 and lacks modern day thick interior insulated walls. We are an active family of 5 and if we aren’t home, there are times that the house (5 bedrooms) may be occupied by Airbnb guests. When we have guests we are very considerate during quiet hours (9pm-8am). That being said, if you are looking for a completely quiet retreat, this may not be the best fit.

A very private fully renovated upstairs studio-style bedroom and bathroom space with private entrance and all the comforts of home. Amenities include all linens and towels, soap and shampoo and paper products.
On the lower level there is a game room complete with pool table, and garden games like badminton, croquet and Bauchi ball. Also, a dry bar area complete with a Keurig coffee maker (and a selection of coffee pods) microwave and electric hot water pot. There are no kitchen or cooking facilities within the space or available.

The owners and 2 Flat-Coated retrievers, Piper & Tango, are on the property. The Carriage House is very separated from the primary residence and is a very private space. No other areas of the home are rented.

The bedroom has an air conditioning unit that cools the entire place. The bathroom contains radiant heating underneath the floor and a heated towel rack. The apartment contains birch flooring in the living area and bedroom and slate flooring in the bathroom. There is a level 2 (220 Volt) charger located in the garage that will fully charge a Tesla or equivalent EV overnight. The EV charger is available to guests and included in the nightly fee.

Welcome to the Cottage on Kingsley! Our home is located on Lebanon Reservoir, originally known as Kingsley Brook Reservoir. We are located less than 5 miles from town and Colgate University. From a patio that has stunning views, to our dock, we have everything you need for a great Lake Cottage stay!

We bought this house back in 2020 as a renovation, doing work on the interior and exterior of the home and we appreciate you staying with us while we do so.

The space
Upon arrival you are going to come around back to access the mudroom, the padlock will be on this door. Once you enter the mudroon you will go straight up 2 steps and enter the foyer. Directly to your right will be the guest bedroom and there are another 2 steps down to enter there. Directly in front will be the entrance to the primary bedroom, down the hall to your left is our Den. Down the hall to your right is the laundry room that leads downstairs to the kitchen/dining room area. Down here is where you will also find the full bathroom. Out from the dining is a sliding glass door that leads to the patio and the beautiful lake view!

Stay in the heart of the village but on one of the quietest streets in town!

The space
The house has four bedrooms: one queen, two double, and one twin. The twin room is a walk through to get to the master bedroom. There are two full bathrooms and one half bath: one master bath with shower attached to the master bedroom, one main bathroom with shower and tub on the second floor, and one adorably tiny under-the-stairs half bath on the first floor.

A fully stocked kitchen with excellent cookware will delight guests that want to cook, but Hamilton's downtown restaurants are also just a block or two away for those who prefer to eat out.

This 1920s built house is cozy and the bedrooms are small - they cannot accommodate air mattresses and so the house is not ideal for larger groups who require more than four beds.

A new washer and dryer is handy for those who need to do laundry during their stay and the driveway can easily accommodate three or four medium-sized vehicles.

Renovated in 2014-2021, this exquisite private home is available for whole house rentals. Across from the Colgate rugby field, it looks onto the campus hillside. A comfortable open floor plan makes this ideal home for a family and friends to socialize during a memorable trip to Hamilton. Ideal for golf and wedding groups. But no special events please. The house is walking distance to the Village Green, Seven Oaks Golf Course and the Colgate Campus.

The space
Our renters have told us we don’t say enough about the special campus view from our front porch. Look out on the Colgate athletic field and watch weekend Rugby games from our porch. Lots of beautiful seasonal foliage in our yard and beyond to enjoy.

Currently at the waterfront there is a firepit, charcoal grill and picnic table for your use.

Not far down the road is a local boat ramp, and across the lake is a local campground where you can rent kayaks if you are interested in spending time on the water.

Our architecturally beautiful two-story Lodge boasts of exposed beams, stainless steel cable railing and built-in sleeping coves with reading lights and a charging station. The unique sleeping combination with three beds all with our luxurious and soft percale sheets is perfect for accommodating families or a group of friends.

Our cozy but modern decor and comfy leather sofa in our spacious Lodge offer lots of relaxing space. The Lodge has a private front entrance complete with porch and Adirondack chairs perfect for morning coffee or cuddling up with a book. A side entrance opens to our expansive yard perfect for provided lawn games or sunrise yoga.
