From the welcome traditional green tea and cake, and escort us to our rooms and explanation of the facilities, we felt very welcomed. The onsen is small as other comments have stated, but there is everything you need being supplied, it is clean, tidy and well maintained! The Japanese dinner was amazingly tasty and beautiful (which is out of our expectations due to some of the negative comments read). With many small dishes cooked and served immediately, we were so full and enjoyed the night. The breakfast was also in Japanese style, it was simple but still beautifully arranged and really tasty. We would like to thanks to the two lady staff who served us all the way. Will surely recommend this traditional Japanese Ryokan to everyone if you visit Onomichi."
