- "This was a scam! The picture above is not at the facility at all, and it was misrepresented. It is simply a lesser-known hotel. The property is pleasant but a bit dated and our room was musty. The front desk workers were very helpful with resolving a scam that happened through VRBO. When I first booked the room and realized it was just a hotel, I tried to cancel but was quickly informed I'd lose half of my payment. Then was required another fee to ensure we didn't lose it all if we had to cancel due to Covid. The fees for the actual hotel were nearly half what the people using VRBO tried to charge us. When we arrived, the hotel had no payment even though my credit card was already charged. We spent over an hour trying to resolve it, but the scammer's credit card would not go through. I ended up being able to cancel the reservation through our credit card and got the actual price for the hotel."

- "This was nothing like the photos. Booking through VRBO for a Hotel stay was anything but smooth. The front desk asked for my payment, to which I had already prepaid, I then had to track down how to prove this….the worst!!!!!!! When you arrive at your hotel all you want to do is get to your room to unwind, unpack and get situated. This hotel was so gross and unclean-I even had to get moved because the bathroom floors had all these long black hairs all over the tile, it was disgusting. The chair in the room was covered I. Gross stains, I was so sick that this was where I chose from the online pics it looked great-what an illusion. Total scam!!!!!!"
