The Ark Encounter was about an hour away, but we enjoyed sightseeing the whole way. Paris was also a nice town. When we get back to Kentucky, Rosecrest Farm will be our first destination."

- "Kathy was excellent in communicating and answering my questions. The room was clean, updated, and cozy. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 for location was the minor road noise. It's on a main throughway in Paris, so that is expected. Kathy provided a white noise machine, so that helped! There is construction going on in Paris (has been this way for years), so I anticipated that and accept that it's the way to better roads in the future. So if you are ok with a delightful place in downtown Paris, this is for you! If you are looking for a quiet farm setting, this is not. But staying in Paris is my preference when I visit Kentucky, and I hope to always be able to reserve a room at Art on High when I visit horse country!"

- "WE loved staying at The Loft at Pine Knoll Farm. Every part of our stay was so enjoyable, the location is so lovely and peaceful. The interior of the Loft was right out of House Beautiful, we planned a horse lovers girls getaway and this did not disappoint. The location is so close to the Kentucky Horse Park, Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement Farm, Picturesque towns of Midway and Versailles but tucked away along the rolling hills of Georgetown. It was so quiet and relaxing and the accommodations had every everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lovely sleeping arrangements. The front porch was so inviting and we loved being greeted by the resident cat as she leisurely kept watch over the property. Gillian welcomed us an gave us a lovely tour of the property and the newly added Pony Point accommodations and the conference area that she hold educational programs. You can wash your clothes with the washer and dryer located inside the apartment (laundry soap provided). Coffee pot, coffee, condiments, and other basic supplies can be found in kitchen cupboards. Dedicated fast wifi serves the apartment.

Rose Hill Cottage is located behind Rose Hill Inn (200 year old Mansion). Rose Hill Inn currently offers 3 guest suites in the main house in addition to Rose Hill Cottage. Innkeepers live onsite in a separate apartment. There is a sweet small 4lb dog that you may see in the back yard, but is never unattended.

The space
This cozy, newly remodeled space is located on the first floor of a 2 story cottage. Featuring a well appointed room that includes a comfy living room w/ sleeper loveseat that makes a twin size bed, quaint dining space, kitchenette and bedroom. In addition a spacious bathroom with a double vanity and a large tiled shower.
