In the somnolent, small town between Eastgate and Anderson lays this cozy 154 sqft room in our beautiful 3300 sqft home in Mt. Carmel, Ohio. We love this location because it's off the street and in its own private area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
It's just walking distance from a Friday night out at the Mt. Carmel Brewery. In its great location, everything you need is nearby. As far as the newly renovated room listed, you have to check it out! It also comes with a mini fridge, an electric fireplace, a microwave and a private bathroom ❤

This listing is for ONE BEDROOM, with 2 twin beds and a private attached bathroom, in our Chalet Bed and Breakfast on a working farm in Morrow, Ohio. We have 2 additional rooms, 1 with a King bed and ensuite bathroom and 1 with a Queen bed and private attached bathroom as well.
The chalet sits at the front of a working farm with greenhouses, animals, and many gardens and fields in use. PLEASE follow the signage and do not go into spaces where it designates that you need a farmer to be present with you. We are happy to arrange a farm walk/tour upon request.
You may also take a walk throughout our entire community on the many sidewalks/paths provided. Our neighbors are quite friendly and the views that a walk provides are gorgeous!

While staying with us you will have access to a designated area of the kitchen and coffee provided. We can provide breakfast options and stock the refrigerator (for an additional charge per the products you request) with items from our farm market upon request - just message me ahead of time!
Our Chalet operates as a center of community for the neighborhood so there may be gatherings, events, chef experiences, and residents/other guests coming and going throughout our interior and exterior spaces. Please enjoy the serenity and be respectful of others!

This guest house shares a driveway with our home, but it is completely detached and private. The bedroom sleeps two on a queen mattress, and we provide a queen sized inflatable mattress that fits easily in the living room. The property has a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a lovely new bathroom, a two-car garage, and loads of aesthetic.

The bedroom has a new memory foam queen mattress. The family room has a large couch and room for a queen sized inflatable mattress (linens provided). We have WiFi, but if you are wanting to stream, this may not be the place for you. We run off a booster from our home which is located 250 feet away. When planning our Airbnb, we wanted folks to feel like they were getting away to a quieter and simpler time by connecting, relaxing, read a book, watch a movie (DVD player, movies provided), play board games (provided), sit out on the porch, walk in nature, take a dip in the pool (seasonal). We are here on the property, but you get complete privacy.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

This space has been fully renovated top to bottom and fully furnished in 2022. Every item in the private home is brand spanking new. The space is very cozy to lounge around in but is also very unique in design and decor. The private home has a large dine in kitchen with all the cooking items you will need. We keep the refrigerator stocked with an assortment of N/A refreshments for you to enjoy. The space has a very stunning family room with a smart flat screen tv connected with lots of screening channels. The bedroom has a cozy queen size bed with two night stands and lamps. The bedroom also has a large closet equipped with hangers. The bathroom has a walk in shower and of course toilet and vanity. The space also has a mud room area for coat, hat, umbrella, or whatever else you would like to store away. Also, in our private guest house is a home office with desk, lamp, and computer chair. Great addition if you are traveling for work. This is a very fun space and we take a lot of pride in it. My family and I renovated the entire place ourselves and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
