- "This was my first time using VRBO and I'm very pleased with our trip. The location was fantastic - right next to the ocean with multiples pools and hot tubs to keep everyone happy. The actual suite was huge with a full sized kitchen and huge bathrooms (we stayed in a 2 bdrm). It had all the amenities for us to cook our meals and it was very comfortable for the 6 of us to stay in. My only concern was the lack of communication with the Property Manager (there was none) but I called the hotel and the check in process was very smooth and we didn't have any issues during our stay. Everything we needed was taken care of by the front desk. I loved our stay and will be back!!"

- "Great place to stay. " - "My husband and I spent a week at this resort with our two kids, ages 8 and 5. We had an oceanview one bedroom that perfectly fit our needs. Kids slept in living room (one on rollaway and one on sofa sleeper). The room was the quietest we've ever stayed in anywhere (with the doors shut of course). The oceanview was FAB, the kids LOVED the pools and we thought the service to be top notch. Not many restaurant choices, but Ocean Pool Grill was perfect for a few meals anyway. We could nitpick things like other reviewers, but that could be done at any property. Expedia offered an awesome deal that no one else could beat...not even timeshare owners! Simply walk out your front door and your just footsteps away from placing your feet in the sand! From here you can swim, snorkel, dive, or take a stroll down the beach to the famous "Black Rock". This is an upstairs corner unit, located in the Dolphin building; a two-story building, only one of the two beachfront buildings located on the property. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, you do need to be able to walk one flight of stairs. This spacious two bedroom and two-bathroom villa provides central air conditioning and can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably.

The master bedroom provides an amazing beach/ocean view with a comfortable canopy King size bed, while the guestroom provides a lush tropical garden view with (1) queen and (1) twin side bed. Both bedrooms offer a desk for those that need to work or study during their stay, along with sliding glass doors for direct access to the wrap around lanai. You will also find other smaller appliances to help meet your cooking needs. The living space has comfortable seating, TV, along with a dining room table for indoor dining. One of the advantages that this villa has to offer is the spacious wrap-around lanai which provides even more space for entertaining. You can dine outside with an ocean view, use the lounge chair if you want to take a catnap while feeling the ocean breeze, or you can simply gather around the cozy sitting area, where you can have memorable conversations with friends and family, watch the evening sunset or just sit back and be memorized by the view... This villa truly has it all!

Centrally located in West Maui everything is within walking distance or a short drive away. You are close to shopping, casual and fine dining restaurants, world-class golfing and land or water excursions! If you plan on eating in, you are just a couple of miles away from a grocery store, Fish Market, and the Farmer's Market for local produce and organic foods.

Maui Ka'anapali Villas (MKV) amenities include two swimming pools, two jet spas, coin-operated laundry facility, Spa & fitness center, beach activities center, BBQ area and free trolley service to Whalers Village! The onsite Castaway's oceanfront restaurant & Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Basic cable and Wi-Fi are provided by the resort. MKV does charge a daily resort fee of $35.00 plus the17.42% HI taxes. This is paid directly to the resort upon your departure. The resort fee also includes parking for one vehicle if you have a rental car. Please note that MKV is a non-smoking property. - "This condo was perfect for our family vacation (2 adults and 2 kids)! The setting was beautiful and location perfect. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed! We really enjoyed eating all of our “at home” meals out on the lanai overlooking the ocean and watching the sun set! The resort was just what we wanted, not too crowded with a great pool and beach. We had a problem with the air conditioning and Bree responded very quickly and the resort maintenance fixed it with in hours of being told about the problem. The only negative thing I would say is that the bookshelves, etc needed to be dusted and the tile floors (especially the kitchen, which I washed) needed to be washed. But that was a small detail in an otherwise perfect stay! Thanks for opening up your vacation condo for us to enjoy!"

- "It is amazing. Numerous pools amongst beautiful gardens. Huge balconies, all with perfect views of the beach, ocean and Molokini island. I went with my parents- in their early 60d and my sister (both on our late 20s). We worked out everyday, went surfing, close to many restaurants and right on the ka'anapali beach walk. You can also use the resort next door. There are penguins next door that live in the pond! Super cute and entertaining. There is valet parking and it is very fast and all the bell boys are perfect and super helpful. No complaints except that the second bedroom in the suite was nothing compared to the main bedroom. It was like a 3 star hotel in that room. It did not really fit with the suite- kinds of odd."
