Our Villa is located at the top of the Golf Villas. It is easy to access and is all on the street level. There are plenty of parking spaces just 35 steps from our front door. It is peaceful and quiet and is away from the early morning noise from the lawn mowers at the golf course.

The living room is nicely furnished and decorated. There is a wide screen TV's and Blu-ray players for your enjoyment. The kitchen features granite counters. Appliances include; stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and rice cooker. The large bedroom has a very comfortable NEW king-size mattress. Both the living room and bedroom have sliding doors on to our double wide private lanai which has awesome, unobstructed, ocean views. The floors are tiled and have carpeting in the living room and bedroom areas. The Villa is approximately 1338 square feet which includes the Extra Large private lanai. Nestled in a private and secluded enclave between the Wailea Blue Course and the Wailea Tennis Club, the Wailea Grand Champions Villas are where travelers can golf, play tennis, be pampered at the Wailea Grand Spa, whale watch or turtle spot, or soak up the sun, snorkel, stand up paddle-board or body surf at over a dozen of South Maui's finest gold-sand beaches.

Our ground-floor, single level (no stairs inside), fully renovated 2-bedroom villa consists of a king sized master suite with walk-in closet, and a guest suite with two twin beds. Each bedroom has an attached en-suite and each living space has it's own Freidrich air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep cool (although, with windows and doors open, Maui's trade winds provide a more fragrant and desirable natural cooling).

For those traveling with another couple (or possibly teenagers with differing sleep/wake schedules), the villa contains two master suites, each with a private full bath, and separate, private entrances. One master suite has floor to ceiling windows that lead to a private lanai with tree top views overlooking the pool. The other master suite has multiple large windows with views of the tropical grounds.

The tradewinds feel amazing. In the mornings and evenings you may enjoy opening the large lanai sliders that run the length of the villa to feel the cool breeze and watch the sunrise and sunset. Both front doors also have latches to keep them ajar for those not afraid of little Gecko visitors.

This villa is located in building 25 on the lower Ocean Front row of the Kapalua Bay Villa complex. It has undergone many interior upgrades overseen by Pro One Inc known for their custom, 'Platinum' level designs.

Hale Un Lugar Celestial is a 1 bedroom villa has approximately 1,118 square feet of living space including the 125 sq ft added when one of the balconies in the master bedroom was enclosed to the interior. The outside patio area or lanai, is an additional 379 sq ft. This is an End Unit with the entrance on the ground floor with new bamboo cabinets and custom granite counter-tops in the remodeled kitchen. The downstairs powder bath has an expanded tile shower big enough for extra guests or extended family. There is an expansive living and dining space with eclectic but quality island style decor infused with the modern amenities like the new 60" LED TV and Blu-ray DVD. The master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs on the second floor with no other units above and only one shared dense concrete wall on one side. This floor-plan allows the guest to wake up in the morning and enjoy a gorgeous ocean view from the comfort of your cozy custom hand carved king sized bed. This condo was steps away from the stunning Kapalua Coastal Trail which we walked several times a day to get to the beach, Merriman’s, Pickleball courts, the Ritz, golf, or the Honolua Store. It’s also right at the small pool and grills that overlook the ocean. The condo was well appointed, nicely updated, and had a great AC. Although one bedroom, the downstairs does provide privacy if you have another guest sleeping on the pull out sofa, complete with a small, but full second bathroom also downstairs. Professional and friendly manager that promptly answered questions. The Kapalua Bay/Kapalua Ridge Villas are an absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained complex. - "Katerina's villa was a perfect place to stay for our family vacation to Maui. Katerina was more than accommodating and extremely responsive when I asked for suggestions for restaurants, activities and even when I wanted to alter my dates before our stay. The villa was clean, had a beautiful lanai, well stocked kitchen and a great coffee maker! Unfortunately, during our stay we lost electricity one night due to high winds from a passing hurricane. We decided to go for a drive around the north side of the island to get lunch and groceries since nothing around us was open due to the loss of electricity. While we were out, the fires in Lahina started so we were not able to get back to Kapalua or our Villa. We were in contact with Katerina the whole time as she was still in Kapalua. She went above and beyond to pack up ALL of our belongings and meet us at the airport as soon as she was able to leave the area days later while at the same time dealing with the safety of her family and her property -- amazing! She had much bigger things to worry about than our luggage/belongings left at the villa yet she went above and beyond any reasonable expectations and tried to help us retrieve our stuff. Not only would I not hesitate to stay at her villa again, I recommend that anyone visiting Maui in the future contact Katerina. Most importantly, we are praying for a speedy recovery for Katerina, her family, and all affected by the fires on Maui!"

We used both sides, all pools, restaurants, etc. but actually preferred that the condo side is a bit quieter and more laidback. We stayed in the Hyatt hotel for two nights and it was very nice, but really glad we spent the majority of the week in this condo - it was more spacious, had more amenities, and was a better deal. The location is great, right on the walking path that leads all the way to the Sheraton (we easily walked there and Whalers Village several times) but the Hyatt end is a little quieter than the middle section near Whalers Village. Highly recommend this place for families - it's perfect!"

Each of the 3 bedrooms were quiet and gave each couple privacy and ample space. It was also great for all of us to have our own bathroom which were large and nicely designed. The kitchen, dining and living room areas were all comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked and there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. The outside kitchen was a dream, and the large patio added the extra space we needed to entertain the grandsons. The closet on the patio had tons of beach toys, boogies boards, beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas and everything was in great condition. We loved having the laundry room and also that all supplies were provided for the washer and dryer and dishwasher. It was an easy walk to the lovely condo pool as well as all of the other resort pools. The kids had a blast in the water slide pool, lazy river, and waterfall areas. Check in and check out was a breeze and everything went very smoothly. We appreciated all of the communication from Maui Westside Properties via text and the reminders for check in and check out procedures. They were also very responsive to any questions over the phone or email. We highly recommend this beautiful and amazing place and booking with Maui Westside Properties.
