- "Stayed in a room with two queen beds on the ground floor of the kids section. It was spacious for a family of 4, quiet and convenient. The room was musty but we brought an air freshener and moisture traps to help with the humidity. The staff at the resort are top notch from lobby to bar to entertainment team. Everyone who works there works hard and are eager to help. The beach and grounds are tended to regularly and we saw a crew of twenty in the mornings to pick up trash from the day before by hand along the beach. There are plenty of food options all day so you won’t get hungry or bored with the selection. We tipped at every meal, multiple times a day at the bars and every day for the maids. - "I love this resort as it is small and easy to get around from beach, pool, room, lobby and restaurants within 5 minutes. The staff is amazing!! Miguel is by far the best bartender whether he is in the pool bar or lobby bar. The entertainment staff made our stay even more fun. Kenddell, Adela, Arturito and Alexander always made a point to talk to our group every day. Kenddell even remembered all our names (group of 10) after meeting us the first time. By the end of our stay he had made all 6 girls personalized bracelets and a small note to thank us for making his job fun. He doesn't realize that he made our vacation so much more fun by making us feel welcome. Down side note was that they changed the lunch restaurant (El Charro) to a sit down meal. It used to be more of a buffet style with grab n go. Now you have to wait to be seated and waited on. Sometimes I just wanted to grab a plate of chips and guacamole or a plate of french fries without having to be waited on. I wish there was a spot for snacks like this near the beach or pool. This was my third time to visit here in 10 years and I would go back again!"

I want to give a special shout out to Guadalupe from the Bocadito food truck, who made the best tacos and nachos. Elvis from the Lupita lounge, who kept us entertained with his jokes and stories. Luis from the pool service, who always brought us fresh towels and drinks. Christian, the general manager, who checked on us every day and made sure we had everything we needed. And Ambar and Jesus from the Lupita steakhouse, who served us the most delicious steak. I would highly recommend Beloved Playa Mujeres to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and luxurious vacation.
