- "The uneven floors throughout the hotel were a bit of a surprise, and they caused me to stumble a bit at first -- especially since the "typical hotel carpeting" made it impossible to see the irregularities. I'm a power wheelchair user, but do not travel with it, so mobility is always an issue for me. However, after a day or two, I was able to navigate the hallways with ease. The front desk staff were fabulous! Since my arrival was at 3:00 a.m. on a Monday morning, I believe I met staff who worked all shifts. Of particular note is Mark, who worked the overnight shift. He was friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were fabulous -- friendly, thorough and efficient. If I could make 1 suggestion, it would be to have umbrellas available for guests to borrow while there. It rained for most of the days that I was there, and I didn't travel with my own umbrella. Many upscale hotels offer umbrellas for the guests to borrow. It's just a thought that I hope you will consider -- for your guests' convenience."

- "This accommodation is stunning! Easily accessible from the main road but set back enough so you wouldn’t know the road was there. The room was large, clean and very comfortable with stunning views of the mountains. There is a lovely track through the property that serves as the perfect morning walk before sitting down to a very substantial breakfast. There is also a sitting room and small library in the main lodge. Sylvain was a friendly and welcoming host with a wealth of knowledge about the best spots to visit. The eco-sustainable qualities of the lodge are excellent. "

Hotels.com listed airport transportation but that was not an option. A taxi ride was around $65ca. We were okay with this as our flight was an early flight anyhow. The room was nice, however it was warm in June making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was very European, hard boiled egg, meat, cheese, vegs, yogurt and fruit. All served to you while sitting in the lodge. They recommended the only place close for dinner and mentioned the pizza. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the same. I imagine the lodge operates differently during peak season. For an establishment not near dinner options, it would benefit their guests to have either an option for dinner on-site or a kitchen to bring in food for the stay. Overall, the grounds are beautiful. The room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. "
