48 m2 cottage on the ground floor of the owner's house. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed. A small bedroom with 2 pull-out beds and a closet. Shuttle for access to the downhill and cross-country ski slopes at the foot of the studio. We are 5 minutes from the shops. Winter or summer walks can start from our home.

Its location is ideal for those who want to fully enjoy nature and the mountain and indulge in the pleasure of skiing and hiking. Indeed, in winter the slopes of the Aussois ski area pass nearby while in summer the Vanoise National Park is only a few minutes' walk away. Facing south, it offers all the comforts you need.

A unique place to discover the Vanoise National Park.
In summer, access by car via a paved mountain road then a very drivable dirt track up to 100m from the chalet.
Transporting your luggage and refueling by 4x4. The chalet is only 4 km from the village of Aussois. It is the ideal base camp for hikers, climbers, climbers, paragliders but also for cyclists (Cols de l 'Iseran, Galibier, Mont Cenis, de la Croix de Fer, Glandon...) and mountain bikers (enduro and cross country).

WINTER:
Enjoy the calm and serenity of the place with the added bonus of the pleasure of leaving and back skiing on the foot
Alpine chalet located on the slopes of the Aussois ski area.
Access is via a blue track from the Grand Jeu chairlift (last climb at 4:15 p.m.). Non-skiers can access the cottage by snowshoe (about 1 hr walk and 300 m of elevation gain).
We will pick you up from the parking lot in the snow front and will accompany you on your foot in our family chalet. Transfer of luggage and supplies by motorized machine. Attention, not suitable for very small ones not skiing and having to take classes because there is still 1 blue slope to take in the morning to reach the resort. The chalet is ideally located for ski touring enthusiasts.
