Chalet Reymond Pre du lac has been operated by Tarentaise properties for 3 years. It is a cute stand alone chalet situated in between Tignes Val claret and Tignes Lac. SKi back to the door ( off piste ) or take the bus from just outside the chalet which runs 24/24 in the winter and takes you to the ski lifts in less than 5 minutes. If you prefer to walk you can walk to the closest lift in 5 minutes . and Sleeps 8/9 people in 4 bedrooms. It has many of the original features, a comfortable an cosy retreat for families and groups of friends. In peak weeks We do Sunday - sunday ski holidays only , less traffic on the roads and cheaper flights.

In the summer we take 7 day réservations in July and August , 2 day minimum for off peak. Tignes open card giving you free access to the lifts and most of the activities is included .

The Whole chalet and surrounding grounds with space to park 2 cars. This is external and in the winter you will need snow chains to access / exit. The local snowploughs clear the access after each snowfall, but in heavy constant snow / wind, it may be very difficult to access / exit. We have negotiated a deal with a the underground parking 100m away. It is €20 per car for the weekend (Fri - Sun) or €50 per car for the week for the week. The public Tarfif are €18 per day or €88 for the week.

Other things to note
We provide good quality bedding with 100% cotton linen and 1 bath sheet per person.
Duvets and pillows are feather / down unless you prefer allergy friendly option.
Beds in room 1 and 2 can be configured to 180 large beds if required. Room 3 is a triple with 3 beds .The eaves room is always 2 singles, this is the smallest room so is perfect for single travellers or children.
There is a heated boot rack in the entrance porch, and a ski locker outside the main door.
The kitchen is well equipped, including a coffee machine , pierrade, raclette, full oven , ceramic hob , microwave , and dishwasher.
All cleaning products inc toilet paper are provided.

The space
This beautifully renovated chalet (summer 2018) is located on the shores of Tignes lake.

Ideally located in the heart of the Tignes / Val d'Isere ski resort, in the district of Chartreux, with breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake nearby Val Claret.

You can reach the slopes (Val Claret or Tignes le Lac) by the shuttle situated within 2 minutes walking distance and return to the chalet with your skis is also possible.

We designed it to accommodate our family and friends, up to 10 people. It is organized in triplex, with a pleasant living room offering an open fireplace, a Nice terrace facing south and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge / freezer, plates, coffee filter and Nespresso, microwave, dishwasher, slicer ...)

Nevertheless, please be aware that we rely on your cooperation to remove your garbage, empty fridge / freezer and dishwasher and put the dishes in the cupboards before you leave the property.

This is to show respect for the cleaning team and to guarantee cleanliness for all.

Failing this, a supplement may be required to cover the overtime of the maintenance team.
