With its 80 m2, this upper part of the chalet dominates the hamlet of Chazals. Its originality lies in its entrance acceding to upstairs rooms and bathrooms, then after climbing the wooden stairs you enter in the spacious living room with kitchen and a south facing glazed wall. You will enjoy the brightness of this place and the warm mountain atmosphere of its wooden walls.

This large main room is ideal to join yourselves together. The DRC accessible only by the outside home a small room of shower / WC the water is heated by a cumulus with Gas. There is a real WC shower and sink.
On the first floor, the living room kitchen dining room is 20 m2. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a large table in the dining area.
Above, the mezzanine hosts a dormitory under the same slope. You will have 6 beds two beds 140 and two beds 160 but also two single beds. The mattresses on the mezzanine are placed on the floor.

The only studio of the hamlet, Barlèt means in Névachais “a small barrel intended to preserve water”.

The space
Le Barlèt, which designates a small barrel intended for preserving water, is the only studio in the Chazals hamlet. With a south facing terrace, it is located on the ground floor of a chalet composed of five independent apartments. Offering a 29m2 space, it is ideally suited for 2 persons. The chalet is located in the center of the hamlet, at the start of the slopes and trails of the Clarée Valley.

After skiing or hiking, you can enjoy its simple yet functional and cozy comfort. It consists of a bathroom with a bathtub and a main room with a kitchenette well equipped with cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and electric boiler. The real asset of this studio is a standard bed which slides under a dining bench. Providing a good bed at night, you will slide it very easily in the morning converting the place into a nice lounge facing the large picture window to south and the flat TV screen. Another bench on the opposite side provides yet more space to relax.

This semi-detached cottage by the wall to west is located near the ski area. Through its south windows, you can admire below dozen of yards where the skiers can slide with more or less ease on the freshly groomed skiing tracks of the Clarée Nordic area.
In summer, as you are quietly installed on the terrace, life will flow by as clear as the Clarée river that winds some yards lower.

Cottage on the south ground level in the heart of the hamlet of Chazals (at the entrance of the village of Névache north of the Hautes-Alpes)

The space
The Taquo is the ground floor of a chalet consisting of 3 apartments. It is located at the heart of the hamlet of Chazals. The Taquo is very nice and easy-going.

It is entirely on the ground floor with a sunny terrace (south facing) and sheltered from the prevailing wind in which it’s pleasant to bask.
It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140), the other with two bunk beds, a small bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

The Taquo means "shepherd musette" in local dialect. In every season, it is an invitation to discover nature by walking, snowshoeing, skiing or cross-country skiing, mountain biking, canoeing ... 300 sunny days a year !!! Yes, yes that's what they say!

Le Méï is one of the three independent flats that consist the chalet. With a south orientation, its terrace is located on the western side. You access to it by a 4-steps stair. It is a great place to relax especially in the afternoon to enjoy the late sunshine and sunset. « Méï » means « middle » in local language.

Whatever the aim and leisure you are looking for, should it be relaxing, hiking, cross country skiing, downhill skiing in the nearby resorts of Montgenèvre and Serre-Chevalier, snowshoeing or fishing in the lakes or rivers, you are welcome at Méï!!

The Queyrellin owes its name to a nearby summit of the Clarée valley.

Le Queyrellin is the name of a rocky mountain of the Clarée valley where hikers will have great pleasure either in climbing or simply in the observation of chamois and ibex through binoculars.

The Chalet is accessible by the road of the Haute Vallée de la Clarée (restricted road in summer).
You can park a vehicle in front of the chalet.
The cottage has three levels:
The DRC accessible only by the outside home a small room of shower / WC the water is heated by a cumulus with Gas. There is a real WC shower and sink.
On the first floor, the living room kitchen dining room is 20 m2. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a large table in the dining area.

- 1 balcony (facing east, with access from one of the bedrooms), ideal for breakfasts in the sun and for lovers.

* A living room of over 20m2 with sofa and wood-burning stove (wood provided) + 102 cm LED TV.

First floor:

* A large bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a small sitting area with an east-facing balcony.
* A 20m2 bedroom with 3 single beds (90/200).

South-facing terrace of 16 m2 with sun loungers + garden tables and chairs,

When you arrive at the Chalet,

- Your beds will be made up (sheets provided): please let us know the composition of the rooms. Possibility of double beds (180/200) or single beds (90/200),
- Household linen (tea towels, apron) will be provided,
- Towels are available in the bathroom. During your stay, we offer a towel change and regular cleaning at an additional cost.
- You can also have breakfast nearby for €20 per person per day.
- Firewood and firelighters are provided,
- Your chalet is equipped with WIFI, the access codes are in the welcome pack.
- There is a reserved car park.

Animals are not accepted.
