While this tiny home is pet friendly it is required that all four legged family members be cleaned up after and on a leash at all times when outdoors. Should your beloved pet have behavior issues such as separation anxiety, it is requested that they not be included in your stay as this can be disturbing to surrounding residents and vacationers. Sorry, but due to insurance liabilities and guidelines the following dog breeds are not permitted on the premises......Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes and Siberian Huskies. In addition, if a pet is included in your reservation, please advise via email the type of pet and its breed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. I would also like to add that I do not, nor will I buy into the stereotypes that some breeds of dogs are at the mercy of. For example....I know a sweet pit bull named Nova that is the kindest and most gentle soul I have ever met. I've actually met nastier cats! Although I love cats too. That being said please advise me of any exceptions to the above-mentioned breeds. I trust you, their humans, to know their tolerances and limitations and their behavior when subjected to strange noises, other dogs, children and adults.
Pet fees are not included in any fees charged and retained by VRBO.
I also own the RV on site 55 next door to the Tiny Home. Please note that the RV is suitable for only 2 adults and no children or pets are permitted, but many of my past guests have enjoyed the convenience of booking both properties for larger family/friend gatherings. However please remember that the RV is set up for only 2 adults and children and pets are not permitted in the RV. Thank you
- "House was just as described. Super clean and in a great area. Had everything we needed for our short trip." - "Very cute tiny house. Everyone I met in the campground was very nice, great little community. I enjoyed the pool. Craig is a great host and makes you feel right at home." - "The Tiny House was a fun and relaxing stay. Only 1 1/2 hours away from Metro Atlanta, this was a short drive, but instantly felt like home! The bed on the main floor was super soft and very comfortable. Everything was clean and lots of thoughtful touches such as a basket of snacks on the kitchen counter. We had two adults and found that we had plenty of space. The bathroom was full sized (as we had worried it would be cramped in a Tiny House), and the shower had good water pressure. We had no issues during our stay and the Waterside Community was great. We were stuck inside mainly due to a Cold and Windy weekend, but I imagine the community is bustling during the summer months. Loved the ponds, and we hoped to fish, but got rained out. Even our beagle, Scout, had a good time! The porch was very pretty and very cozy and inviting, and we loved the indoor fireplace! We also tried out The Cove Fish Camp, which was super close by and had delicious fish tacos there! And as we checked in, we were greeted by 7 deer and a flock of Robins. Very pretty and relaxing stay! We hope to be back soon!"

- "Had a wonderful stay for our quick weekend getaway. RV was just as described." - "I took my wife and daughter to stay at this lovely RV in Ellijay for our annual Thanksgiving adventure. Upon arrival, the owners made themselves available when I had trouble getting I to the property. The location of the property made it possible to have a home base in the heart of hiking, fishing, and a sightseeing extravaganza." - "We enjoyed the Location, but we had a few issues. When we went to cook our first meal, we had to call the owner as we could not get any burners to turn on, and the main dial fell off. We had to manually light the burners. There also wasn’t any can opener or cork screws so we had trouble getting our cans open. Then we couldn’t get any hot water to clean the dishes and had to call again. The owner was very prompt in helping us out. But perhaps the worst was, we could not both sleep in the very small soft bed. It was documented as being queen size but we measured and it was definitely full-size. Lastly, the ants were horrible. I realize it’s in the woods but they got into everything. As much as we checked everything before we left we still had some ants when we got home so I had to do laundry twice. There were also some spots in the floor that we were afraid to step onto because we thought we’d fall through. On a lighter note, there is a lot of room for improvement such as getting a gas grill and a usable picnic table. There is definite potential for this property."
