Queen size memory foam mattress, full size stainless steel refrigerator and microwave with combo conventional oven/air fryer as well as a Keurig. Bluetooth stereos on main and upper deck. There are floats, kayak and paddle board (if used and not put up after use there will be a $10 charge for each). *NOTE: THIS BOAT DOES NOT LEAVE THE SLIP !!! Call me if you liked to charter another boat. Holidays, events and Spring Break prices are slightly higher. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM stay for weekends, holidays, Spring Break and events.

Enjoy Lake Travis on our cozy classic 42 ft Gibson houseboat: Casa Ocaso!

Watch the beautiful sunsets on our rooftop deck lounge area. Take the paddle board out on the water or take a cozy nap while the waves in the marina rock you to sleep. BBQ/Cook with family and friends right on the water with our propane grill and side burner. Casa Ocaso offers 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, a living room with a pull-out full sofa bed, and its own private swim deck . Well stocked kitchen. 1 full-sized bathroom. The curtains open up to large windows that have a view of the back deck and water. There is also a full bathroom available with a shower, macerator toilet, and sink with plenty of medicine cabinet space and shampoo, conditioner and body soap available for use. Next is the very spacious kitchenette with plenty of countertop space and cabinet space filled with all your kitchen necessities. Please note, there is not a stove top or oven available, instead the propane grill outside provides a burner for your stove top dishes. A mid size refrigerator provides plenty of room for an HEB haul and an equally impressive amount of freezer space. Up a couple of steps you'll step into the Living room where a Love Seat couch faces the large windows/sliding glass door giving you an indoor option for sunset watching. Here you will find some books, card games and another TV with a provided Firestick. When you walk outside, towards the front of the boat you'll be met with the Propane BBQ pit with side burner (propane is provided). BBQ utensils are found in the kitchen. Towards the back of the boat you'll find your favorite place to be. You have an option to stay on ground level and sunbath on the turf feeling like you're in you backyard but surrounded by water, or go on a paddle board ride to explore or bring your fishing pole and have a cold nice beer or even better yet: head up the ladder and sit on the outdoor furniture to the get the best view in the house! On busy weekends and Holidays, enjoy the people watching from the charters coming and going all day!! What an adventure!!

Please understand this is an almost 50-year-old houseboat at a rental/charter Marina, there will be some bugs, party people, waves, and maybe even rain. Come ready to have fun and don't sweat the uncontrollable!

Newley renovated with hard wood flooring and non slip sea deck through-out. High internet if you need to work. 14 feet wide so plenty of room to move around inside. Covered dock slip and deck build out with table/chairs, gas grill is provided. Swim ladder is located on our slip for a late night private swim.

Convenient access to local restaurants, shopping, night life and live music.
Tube, floaties and life vests are available for use..

During daylight hours Thursday - Sunday the Marina has attendant charging $15 to enter but one time and you will get a guest pass. If we don't have another booking we will accommodate one hour early check-in or one hour late checkout but cannot guarantee until day before. Parking is available on beach at end of concrete near Marina.

House Rules- Complying with these house/yacht rules is a requirement of the rental agreement.
General Requirements: Notify us immediately of any issues that arise that could cause damage to the property. Respect The Space: No shoes allowed on boat. Do not flush any feminine products down these toilets. The plumbing will not handle them and will cause blockage. Loud and or offensive music is not acceptable. Please be considerate of our neighbors. No smoking allowed on the yacht. Smoking is allowed on dock/patio area as long as disposed of properly. No pets including service animals due to allergy issues. Do not eat in the beds. Any cup with red wine must have a tight fitting lid. If you want to cook foods that have a strong odor, please use the grill on patio area. Please do not rinse off food into the kitchen sink drain, as this will cause it to clog and back up. Trash cans are available on the yacht and full trash may be disposed of near the marina office in larger bins. Please clean dishes after use and put them away before checkout. Please take or dispose of all food not eaten or in the refrigerator or freezer. Guests are responsible for locking up cabin upon leaving the yacht /property. Guest access
Guests have access to a sauna, bikes, beach equipment, and nearby amenities like a pool, beach, tennis and pickleball courts, and a gym. The area around the trailer features a yard, a table tennis and bar area, picnic table, and swings, perfect for relaxation and fun.


Parking
Drive down on the left side of the house and park in the designated space next to the A-liner. This spot is reserved for your convenience.

Other things to note
Please respect our quiet neighborhood—no parties are allowed. We ask that you keep the space clean during your stay. Trash bins are conveniently located in front of the main house for your use.

Please clean up after your pet.

Pets are not allowed on furniture and beds.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all spaces inside and out of the Houseboat. Marina access is for guests ONLY and parking is $15 per car on weekends and holidays (if there is no one collecting money at the gate, then they are not charging for parking).
This marina is home to several charters and rentals companies. Plenty of yachts, pontoons, and jet skis to rent or just sit back and people watch as the boats come and go. Busy charter hours are 10:30-11:30AM, 3-4 PM, and 6:30-7:30PM.

Other things to note
-It can be a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the boat. Plan your trip to and from your car for you convenience. There are stairs in the boat. **NOT Handicap accessible. **

-The boat stays at the slip C-01. This is not a charter boat, the boat DOES NOT LEAVE the slip.

-We do not allow young toddlers for safety reasons.

La Rosa is a 29’ 1975 Airstream international. It has been restored with original features, giving a vintage feel. Includes two single beds, full kitchen amenities, private bath, smart tv, and hi speed internet. The courtyard is shaded and private - a great place to grill or sit around the fire pit on cool nights. Sunlight filters through the windows beautifully.

Dedicated parking for one car with a short path leading to La Rosa courtyard. String lights light up the path and courtyard at night.

The space
Hudson Bend Ranch can best be described as a cross between a Texas Ranch and Austin Botanical Gardens with influence by Lady Bird Johnson. We are the perfect home base to enjoy the Lake Travis area with friends and family!

We are five gated acres on the Hudson Bend peninsula surrounded by Lake Travis. We have a 3500 sq ft ranch-themed home, a private guest house, two vintage airstreams, and a barn apartment.

We are group-friendly and cater to weddings, reunions, retreats, parties, and any other gatherings seeking a safe, private place with ample parking and room to social distance.

Outdoor living is huge at Hudson Bend Ranch. Koi pond, wind chimes, a covered porch, winding paths, a pergola, blooming perennials, songbirds, cedar furniture, and 200 year-old Live Oaks make the courtyard a magical retreat.

We strive to only use non-toxic cleaning compounds, scent-free bath and laundry soaps, and hypoallergenic house filters. The floors are 100% stained concrete (no carpet) and are mopped frequently.

We love pets! Feel free to bring your dogs and cats with you - we are very pet-friendly.

Your parking and courtyard are private and dedicated to you. You should not encounter other guests. If you wish to walk around the property, that’s fine, just please respect other guest’s privacy.

Amaryllis is a 2004 31’ Airstream Classic. It’s comfortable and roomy with wood floors and cabinetry, duel curtains and drapes, and lots of storage and closet space. It offers a large shower and fully functional kitchen.

The outdoor setting is totally private, shaded and a great place to hang out and grill or sit around the fire pit on cool nights.

You have dedicated, shaded parking at the end of a private path leading to Amaryllis. Soft string lights mark the path and courtyard at night.
