The accommodation is newly appointed, and represents a fusion of ancient and modern – with exposed beams and a thoroughly modern wet room, a roll top bath up on the open-plan mezzanine sleeping platform, and all the conveniences of elegant, comfortable living down below.

The apartment sleeps 5 : a double bedroom, with views of the hills and church spire from the window seat, and an en-suite wet room… with a spare pull out single mattress and bedding provided for a 5th guest. A unique converted Devon bank barn full of character and charm. Secluded and spacious accommodation surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden and countryside views. The property is sandwiched between Dartmoor National Park to the west and the stunning Devon coastline to the east. An ideal spot to get away from the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in nature.

Due to its rural location, a car is essential and there is free parking for two cars onsite.

Please note that due to the property layout, we cannot accept children under ten years of age.

Reverse level accommodation. The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall, one en suite master double bedroom, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a main bathroom. There is a single step into each of the rooms. There is a wooden staircase to the first floor which is an open plan living space with the living room at one end and the kitchen and dining area at the other. The deposit amount is tailored to the duration of your stay, seasonal considerations, and the size of your party. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
