Welcome to our spacious and peaceful apartment in the heart of Beaulieu Sur Mer, the 'beautiful place by the sea'. It is finished and furnished to a very high standard -from The White Company bed linen and towels, to Villeroy and Boch glasses and cutlery, to a beach bag with a parasol and beach towels, we really have tried to think of everything to make your stay as easy and luxurious as possible for you!

Our apartment is perfect for a couple, but can accommodate a group of four with a king sized sofa bed in the living area. The large 78 sq m (840 sq feet) dual aspect apartment is situated in a lovely quiet street, but very close to all the amenities of Beaulieu. Consisting of one bedroom with a king sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a shower room with a toilet, a second separate toilet, a double sized living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and the benefits of a large sunny terrace (12 sq m) to the front and a balcony (9 sq m) to the rear. The living and dining areas open directly onto the large front terrace. Again, both the kitchen and bedroom open onto the balcony at the rear of the property. The apartment is, of course, fully air conditioned and there is also an allocated secure car parking place in the underground garage.

We have decorated the apartment in keeping with the area, so you can expect high quality furnishings and linens so that you can relax and enjoy the riviera lifestyle. You will only need to bring your clothes as we have done our best to ensure you can arrive and just relax. Whether it's sitting on the sunny terrace for breakfast or having a small glass of rosé in the evening, you should find everything you need for your stay. Our property manager speaks English, French and Polish. She will meet you and help you settle in. If you have any questions during your stay she will be there to help.

We have been coming to Beaulieu for many years on holiday and a few years ago we were lucky enough to be able to move our boat to here. With spending all of our available free time here, we soon realised it would be perfect if we could have an apartment too. After searching for two years we found our ideal apartment. Beaulieu is wonderful to stay in for many reasons. Situated in the 'Golden Triangle' of St Jean Cap Ferrat, Villefranche Sur Mer and Beaulieu, the setting is one of seaside bliss. The two excellent beaches and world class marina in the port are the obvious draws, but the local amenities are superb with many independent food stores and local markets along with a brilliant supermarket. There are also many restaurants and shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Everything is within easy walking distance and you do not need a car to explore. On top of this, there is a centrally located train station which takes you to Nice, Monaco, Italy....... in minutes. If you prefer the bus, there is a bus stop only a few steps away from the apartment, which again takes you quickly to Nice and Monaco. Beaulieu is perfectly located for all the major events along the Côte d'Azur including the Monaco Grand Prix and Boat Show, all the festivities that Nice hosts and Cannes is an easy train journey for all it holds too.

If you prefer a quiet time in, then you can sit back and relax in front of the large UHD LCD smart TV with high speed unlimited Wifi and Netflix. Push your culinary boundaries in the fully equipped kitchen safe in the knowledge that the dishwasher will make quick work of the clean up. Retire to the king sized bed with a book and sleep soundly between The White Company bed linen.

The bathroom is newer and the beds are very good. The flat was very clean. The train passes in front of the house which causes noise emissions. There are several beaches within walking distance of the apartment which have beach clubs and restaurants, and water sports activities are also on offer. There are two marinas, the larger one which the apartment overlooks, has a working fishing fleet which sells its catch on the quayside every morning. The air-conditioned apartment has WIFI, it is non-smoking and can accommodate a family of 4, it has a small bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, an American kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, pyrolysis oven, induction hob) and a bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower.
The apartment is located in a luxury building 300m from the beaches and shops.

The bus (at the foot of the building) or the train (station at 300m) will allow you to go without any problem to Monaco, Eze, Villefranche sur mer or Nice, and also to go to Italy on the Ventimille market.

- "This property is perfectly located between the TER line, a large grocery store, and the main beach. He showed us important features of the apartment including usage of washing machine, television (which we never turned on), stove, etc. The apartment was clean and inviting. We had some issues with the electricity going off on our second morning and Thierry was at the apartment within a half hour to fix the problem. The problem appeared to be a faulty adapter that was ours that we had used. We never had another problem. The bed in the small bedroom was not very comfortable. The mattress should be replaced. The pull out couch used as a bed was very comfortable as was the couch itself. The bathroom was great! The view is remarkable of the marina, the mountains and the sea. One night there were fireworks over the marina which were fun. The apartment was quiet most of the time except late in the evening with a young child running around directly above us. But, nothing we couldn't live with. I believe they were renters since the noise disappeared after a week. I do think there should be more towels provided. We were given 2 bath towels, a single hand towel. We were told that was in the contract. No face cloths were provided. We bought some for our use on the main street in Beaulieu at the discount store. For two women it just didn't work but we did use the washing machine to have fresh towels. I would highly recommend the apartment and considering the minor flaws would love to return at a future date. Thank you, Thierry , and, hope to see you in the future."
