My one complaint is when I booked via Hotels.com, the price I clicked on to book is not what was charged to my credit card. The details on the website state the motel charges a credit card surcharge. That's fine. However, it should be added to the amount i am agreeing to pay at the time. I have booked in excess of 100 nights on Hotels. Com and this has NEVER happened before. Plus the credit card surcharge was 2.55%. These charges are supposed to be a maximum of 1.5% on a Visa card."
