We have witnessed successful loon matings on the lake and have been fortunate to observe successful eagle matings for several summers.

Like the other four cottages in our small, special cove, this cottage has been in our family for generations. If you're looking for busy nightlife and wild parties, this is not the place for you. However, if you want to disconnect and create lifelong memories with loved ones, this is your spot!

The terrain is uneven and rocky, and there are steps down to the beach, making it unsuitable for individuals challenged by uneven terrain. The first floor features a full, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a comfortable living area with a sofa and chairs, a large screened porch with a picnic table and rocking chairs, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a slider opening to a deck. The deck connects to the screened porch and leads to a beautiful private outdoor shower with a rain head. The second floor contains two bedrooms and a half bath.

Linens are provided, but please bring your own bath and beach towels. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Situated less than 15 minutes to Mount and Lake Sunapee, in the middle of 3 crystal clear lakes, this Grand Victorian Inn was fully restored and updated in 2014-2015. Built in 1897 as an Inn, and continuing in that function today, this property has 8 bedrooms and 8 1/2 bathrooms, a gazebo porch, kitchen porch, 20 x 40 back deck, picturesque grounds with annual and perennial gardens, outdoor wood fire pit, and a wildlife pond. The property exudes the charm and character of the Victorian era, yet has been fully updated with satellite TV, sports packages, high speed internet, and a cell phone booster to keep you connected. The first floor has a large well appointed bedroom with a King Bed, Gas fireplace, and full bath with shower and soaking tub. The second floor has 5 individually appointed bedrooms, all with queen beds, private baths with hairdryers, and views of the grounds and pond. The two bedrooms on the third floor are perfect for teens, one with two twins, one with a queen and twin day bed and trundle, both with private baths and gas fireplaces. The foyer entry leads to a pocket door parlor with the original Victorian Rumford wood fireplace updated with a gas fireplace insert, comfortable furniture and entertainment center. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including two 5 burner gas ranges with 2 ovens, griddle top, two full size sinks, dishwasher, and large French door refrigerator. The formal dining room with an Austrian crystal chandelier seats 6 and the adjoining sun room seats an additional 12. The sun room has a gas fireplace and a 52 inch satellite TV, perfect for family movie night or game night. This is an ideal setting for weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, multi-family adventures, or multi-couple getaways. We do allow events at our Inn on a case by case basis and we will help with planning. An event fee is added per event size. The owners are on property premises, in separate quarters, to be available for guests questions and needs, and to oversee operation of this historical property.

A great home for a large group. Two sinks in the kitchen was an appreciated bonus! Joseph was friendly and responsive. The town’s fireworks display was an unexpected surprise! Cozy cottage on Lake Todd with 50 feet of private beach across the street is available for your summer fun! Cottage has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and looks out at the lake, second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. Kitchen has all the amenities you need and a charcoal grill is provided.

Large boats are not allowed on Lake Todd but it is the perfect place for canoes, kayaks and small motor boats with great fishing and bird watching!
Lake Todd is located in Newbury NH and is within minutes of Lake Sunapee. Mount Kearsarge and Mount Sunapee with great hiking trails for all ages!

Please note, cottage sits on a small hill with several steps leading to the entrance.

A 2-night minimum is required, if you have questions, please send an inquiry with questions before reserving the cottage.

Please provide a little information about yourself and your guests when inquiring or booking. I have strict policies in regards to age, parties and events and a limit of 3-4 guests unless prior permission has been granted. Please include yourself in the total number of guests.

Water shoes are recommended for the lake as it can be rocky in areas.

- "This little cottage is lovely. It is Immaculate, clean and has incredible charm. It has everything you need and more, from beach toys, a canoe, and lovely kitchen amenities. The interior decoration has been well designed and is just adorable. I went with my 2 adult daughters and grandson. We all declared its a keeper and we plan to make it a tradition to return every year. One suggestion, offer more overstuffed soft places to sit and relax. There are many wooden chairs, that are attractive, but for some of us, an overstuffed sectional sofa would have been perfection."

Convenient location for skiing (close to two ski resorts), beautiful lake view - especially sunrise. Amenities work - hot water, nice heating (owner left a couple of heaters just in case, although the A/C unit does its job very well). Lastly, owner is super nice and responds to questions/emails. The master bed is quite high, so if you are on the short side, you may want to bring a little step stool, but bedding was clean and comfy! The area is secluded and peaceful, but close to skiing and parks. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Bubba’s! Be careful on the road heading out…there’s a big dip not too far out so go slow. - "Small lake very quiet. The sunrise is a spectacular the stars in the evening or even better.The fishing was great large mouth bass, pickerel and yellow perch. A canoe and kayaks made things fun. Great house well equipped" - "Our family had a wonderful stay on Todd Lake. The lake was warm and fairly shallow, which was perfect for our 6 year old. There were kayaks and a canoe. We had our own boats, but the small kayaks were good to tug along our son too explore the blueberry-covered islands. Location was good to visit Sunapee and Wadleigh State Parks. We visited a science museum in Vermont on a rainy day, which was better than expected. Only issue was the smoke detector in the kitchen. It went off nearly every time we cooked, including once when we were only cooking toast."

- "We very much enjoyed our stay at The On Point House. This is a very old home but has lots of space for large families/friends. The home was clean and the beds are comfy. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft area with the twins bed. The kitchen is large with enough seating for our two families. Having a washer and dryer was great as well. On Point is less than 15 minutes from Mt. Sunapee which was great as we skied both days during our stay. The owners are responsive and kind. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Thank you for a great weekend."

A warm and inviting space for a family or friends to rest and relax after a long day at the slopes or lakes. The Carriage Suite has three comfortable bedrooms. A comfortable living room with a smart TV and area to play board games. The kitchen is well stocked and has a eat-in dining table that seats 5, no dishwasher but we do have a washer and dryer. The bathroom is on the smaller side but is clean and has a bathtub/shower. A new cell tower in town, Verizon is best. The internet is fast, if you need to do work. Large and convenient parking for 2 cars. Central air conditioning, shared back yard with grill. Bradford is a recreational dense area with bike/hiking trails and three lakes in town. We also have a highchair and pack'nplay. This large unit is located at the back of an antique building. The antique building has two other units, and a gift shop.

- "What a lovely week we had in this wonderful, clean, quiet house on the lake! Everything we could have wanted or needed was provided. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything one could need. Neighboring houses are quite close, but we were there the first weekend in October and there weren't many people around, and no activity at the public town beach.
