This is a refurbished basement apartment in our home. You can enjoy the entire apartment with your own kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and living room with fireplace (we supply the wood). The house is set on 15 wooded acres for you to explore. Walk your dog or stroll through the woods. We are a quick 5 minute drive from Newfound lake, and set in the heart of the Lakes Region. In the surrounding area there are numerous hiking trails, snowmobile trails, ski resorts and more. Our large circular driveway means there is room to park your boat or snowmobile trailer. The garage has enough area to store your bicycles, motorcycles or one snowmobile We have four friendly dogs and there is a separate fenced in area available for your pet that our dogs do not have access to, however there is a shared pool inside the fence. In the shared yard there is a fire pit, feel free to use it from 5 to 11 PM. We raise chickens so there are always fresh eggs. We also have two goats.
This is an apartment in our home. We try to be as quiet as possible but you may hear us or the animals. We also occasionally use the RV that's on the property. You do have a table, chairs and grill for your own private use.

Summer vacation is at its best in this beautiful Newfound Lake waterfront cottage. Windows are everywhere for gorgeous views of the lake and there is even a comfy window seat for you to read a book or look out at the lake while you sip your morning coffee. There are two bedrooms; 1 queen in the master and 1 set of twin bunkbeds in the second room. A spacious loft has another 2 twins that can be used as separate beds or put together to make a comfortable king.. An ingenious retractable ladder. provides access to the loft. The cottage sleeps 6 but # of adults is limited to 2.
There are two plush couches and a smart tv and wireless internet in the family room that is open to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all you need including a stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Go to the closet and pull out a variety of games to play that are fun for all ages. Outside you have a grill and eating area with plenty of private land to play cornhole or catch. Relax in your custom white wooden Adirondacks and watch the beautiful sunsets. Best of all, you have a beautiful sandy beach and one side of a private dock for your boat!
This cottage is part of an Association of 8 cottages that shares a large grassy island where you can set up volleyball or badminton. You can also swim out to the floating Association raft, but don't worry-it's not deep out there! Adults can walk out to that raft with their heads above the water so it is a safe swimming area for all ages. Rent kayaks, paddle boards or a boat and enjoy a tour around our calm bay or cruise up and down this spring fed crystal clear lake. Life at the lake does not get better than this.
Rentals are generally a 2 night minimum for weekdays or weekends in spring and fall. Prime summer time is weekly rentals only (7 nights).
There is so much to do in the Lakes Region. You can kayak, paddle board, boat, jetski, sail, fish and swim at the lake. You can hike the local mountains or jump 12 feet into the gorge at Sculptured Rocks. Head a little north to explore the Polar Caves or adventure to the waterpark. Pack a picnic lunch and spend part of day on some of the Wellington State Park walking trails. Tired of grilling? Just walk on over to the Big Catch to watch the beautiful sunsets while you feast on fried scallops and clams. Trust me, you won't ever run out of things to do...but the best part is that you do not have to do a thing! Sitting in your Adirondack and watching lake life go by is perfectly okay too. Experience our fourth season at Crescent Moon Cabin. Built in 2022 as a rustic and remote retreat on Half Moon Pond. Elegantly appointed and private, built with locally sourced timber and eco-friendly. Sitting at an elevation of 1400 ft. Experience swimming, hiking, paddling, and wildlife viewing from the privacy of your own cabin! Walk the many brooks and small streams, and see the 10' waterfall that are all assessable from the pond and cabin. Beautiful firepit and plenty of wood!

The owners have taken great care and thought to appoint this cabin with fixtures and finishes that represent NH. The breakfast bar is constructed with live edge hemlock from Williams Hill in Grafton and topped with a granite slab locally sourced.

A fabulous location for a relaxing and serene retreat! Artists, writers, friends, and family looking for a tranquil weekend getaway. This is a generally quiet environment, especially during the week. If you want a party and/ or nightlife, this is not the rental for you.

The closest grocery store, on your way, is 89, exit 9 in Warner.
And on 93, exit 10 in Hooksett rt 3A.

Once you get to the cabin all large grocery stores are 45min or more.

- "The cabin is secluded, clean, and well equipped. I stayed for three nights with my three sons ages 8 to 16. Even though it mostly rained we still had a great time watching movies, playing games, enjoying the fire pit, kayaking, and cooking our favorite meals. The rain kept us from doing much exploring through the trails around the woods, but we still had an enjoyable stay in the cabin. The hosts are lovely people. Cheryl baked us cookies."
