- If you see the cameras, don’t worry—we’re probably just snoozing 100 Ring notifications about a squirrel.

Cleanliness & Property Care
- Leave the place how you found it—or at least close. We don’t expect military-level tidiness, but no one likes coming home to a mess.

Our 2 bedroom home features a fully equipped kitchen with a new stove and new refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer, gas grill, flat-screen Roku 40" TV, Blu-ray DVD player, central A.C and a spacious deck. It is furnished with the following beds: one king, one queen, and one double in the second bedroom, and two twin beds (daybed and trundle).

We are conveniently located 5 minutes from Burnside Marina, 10 minutes from Somerset, and 15 minutes from Conley Bottom Marina.

Enjoy the stars at night while overlooking the lake or gathering around the fire pit for a good old-fashioned campfire.

Dogs are welcome at our home. The pet fee is$85 for one and $150 for two dogs. Also, there is a fully refundable $200 pet deposit which is paid and refunded via Paypal or Venmo.Please note that, while our home is pet-friendly, dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds as this can create a serious health issue for subsequent guests with pet allergies. Therefore, we ask that you bring a crate or pet bed so your pet is comfortable and you don't incur any extraordinary cleaning expenses. Also, please clean up after your pet in the yard.

All this was great, but one thing really stood out... ...the deck! The view from the rear deck is AMAZING! It overlooks a fairly active part of Lake Cumberland so you'll see plenty of boats and jet skis, and has an awesome view of Burnside's *Houseboat Capital of the World Bridge* which was icing on the cake. Really couldn't ask for a better view, and the deck had a lot of various styles of chairs which made it extra comfy to spend time out there. We really have nothing bad to say about our stay. It was great, the price was right and the owners were delightful to communicate with. Thanks for the great mini-vacation! Lowe Tide Log Cabin is located on a quiet dead end road surrounded by trees and comes with everything you need for a Lake getaway! Plenty of parking for 2-3 vehicles plus a boat. Across the water from Burnside marina.. Sleeps up to 6 and features several outdoor areas. Inside is a cozy family room, nice kitchen, master suite, beautiful loft, 2 full baths and a laundry room. This cabin is absolutely HUGE! Awesome new hot tub! 3500 square feet of living space! 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, game room with second living space and extra full size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. The front porch runs the length of the cabin along with back deck with plenty of seating, grill is available. Cabin LITERALLY sits right on the boat ramp...walk to the end of the driveway and you are standing on Old Waitsborough public boat ramp. The boat ramp has a dock for pick up and drop off of passengers, no extended stay. It is public and shared use. The cabin is only ten or fifteen minutes from Somerset KY where there is a huge variety of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Cumberland Falls is a 35 mile drive and well worth the scenic drive to get there. The hiking trails are endless in the area as Daniel Boone National forest surrounds the area which also makes for great rides for the bikers!! Conley bottom is fifteen min away and Burnside ten min away for easy access to major marinas. For bikers, there are two gorgeous rides you must make, The Rattlesnake 192 and Scouts Honor Trail. You will not be disappointed in this rental!!! No pets allowed!!

The house was well stocked with anything we needed - no need to bring trash bags, paper towels, etc. that are often limited at some places. New lake house in Bronston. Two bedrooms/2 bathrooms with large loft for sleeping also. Plenty of room for large family gatherings. Plenty of games for the kids on a rainy day. Large open concept. Approximately 15-20 minutes to Somerset. You also have the convenience of being just eight minutes to Echo Point boat ramp. Plenty of parking for vehicle and boat trailers.
As of 04/01/24, 4th of July week is still available. The folks at Echo Point have a spectacular fireworks show every year along with music at the boat ramp. The show is scheduled for Thursday, July 4th!
A fire pit has been added since pictures were taken for those nights to be enjoyed around the campfire.

- "If your looking for a great lake house for the whole family this is it. Close to echo point boat ramp if your bringing your boat. The hosue has great parking as well for your trailered toys. The large fire pit is great for family time and roasting marshmallows. The house itself has everything you can ever need in it." - "I cannot say enough about this house. It had everything you needed and more : ) Perfect location with plenty of parking for boat and multiple vehicles. Only minutes from Echo Point private boat ramp. About 30 minutes to Conley and 20 to Burnside. All the cooking utensils you will need! The house is open and roomy and decorated sooooo CUTE!!!! Lots of board games and a Pac-Man arcade game which was one of my favorites. Oh...... and the stereo system/speaker was a hit. It is AWESOME! Sabrina was absolutely wonderful to work with and so quick to respond. She went above and beyond whenever I reached out. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful. Hoping to be back very soon to our Lake Cumberland HAPPY PLACE : )"

Enjoy Beautiful Lake Cumberland from this Newly built 3 bedroom, 3 full-bath home. Two of the three bedrooms have full bath ensuites. The third full bath is off the entry. There is an additional upper-level, bonus space with two double beds and a sleeper sofa… The home comfortably sleeps a total of 12 guests. Take in the beautiful views of the Lake from inside the house or from the large deck, which has plenty of seating and a flat top grill. If you are Boating…You are just a block away from a small public boat ramp, or if you prefer, you can put your Boat in at Gen. Burnside Island (8min) or Conley Bottom Marina (15min). Ridgeview Lakehouse has ample driveway space and an additional gravel drive to handle your boat and parking needs. However, Boating isn't the only thing to do…Somerset is a short drive with Tons of Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment options. Come and make our Lakehouse YOUR Home away from Home!!!

- "5 adults and 2 kids stayed over the 4th of July. It is a very nice home. Everything you'd need is there. We had a couple small issues, one being that there were a couple days of ants trying to get in the front door and then out of a locked closet in a Guest room. After moving ant traps and trying to sweep and clean them up didn't work, I called the owner and asked if there was anything else we could try to do or if it was a common problem. He got me access to the locked closet and told me where additional ant traps were so we could try to cut them off there. Also, he sent out a pest company within a couple hours to help spray and clean and we had no issues after that. We also only cooked one meal on the outdoor grill and ran out of propane and went to get a refill and made the owner aware of that also. He reimbursed us for the propane and the normal cleaning fee for the issues we had. In a perfect world, no issues would ever come up, but being able to get in touch and get help with these little things showed they cared about helping us have a good time."

This condo does overlook the lake (see the photos) though in the summer months the tree leaves can block some of the view. **Excellent location near the General Burnside State Park and Burnside marina, with a less than 10 minute drive. Temporary boat parking is available near security gates for extra fee (paid to Woodson). General Burnside is a free spot to put your boat in the water for a day on the lake. Close to Somerset, where you can find groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. **Woodson Bend offers many amenities, particularly during the summer months. You might find yourself swimming and listening to a local band, watching a fabulous fireworks display, playing tennis or pickleball on the courts, or engaging in a round of golf. **This condo is privately owned and occasionally used by the owners. The downstairs neighbors permanently live at Woodson, so we kindly ask for respectful guests. The gentleman downstairs smokes and you can smell it upstairs (particularly in the second bathroom). We don’t allow smoking in our home. There are air purifiers and air fresheners stocked. - Air conditioning & heating - Most furniture is new - Beds have mattress pads for extra comfort - Large dining table in the kitchen and on the expansive screened-in deck - Kitchen is stocked with coffee maker (Keureg and standard), toaster oven, utensils/plates/cups, refrigerator (no ice machine), stove, dishwasher (that works but is older), microwave, blender - Deck has gas grill (though no guarantee gas is full) - TV with Direct TV - Linens and towels included (there is a laundry facility located at Woodson Bend for a fee).- 24 hour security at Woodson Bend

- "This is a nice property on the golf course with lots of wildlife in the area. The golf and surrounding attractions were good. The property listing is inaccurate regarding the TV. It is listed as having cable/satellite TV. Upon arrival there was no TV signal of any type. The property manager responded quickly to install basic streaming, but no way to watch network TV as intended. During the next several days of the stay, emails, phone calls, and an office visit were politely received by the property manager, but no response was ever given for the inaccuracy or any potential compromise to the situation."

Located in Bronston, this cabin is a dream. With 5 bedrooms including 5 queen beds and 1 twin bed on the loft, guests will have plenty of space to unwind. Escape to a peaceful paradise! Less than a mile to the Echo Point Boat ramp and plenty of space for the whole family!

Featuring 2 King bedrooms, a kids room that can sleep up to 4, and a 15’ (yes feet!) hot tub/swim spa you’re welcome to use- you’re sure to have a memorable stay! No children under the age of 18 allowed in the swim spa without adult supervision. Use of the swim spa and any amenities on property you are assuming all responsibility and we are not liable for any injuries.

Please no food, drinks or glass in the swim spa. Damages and additional cleaning costs will be guest’s responsibility.
There is a minimum of a $500 fee for damages to the swim spa.

This is an upstairs unit of my dad (aka Granddad!)'s lakehouse! The downstairsis his space. The unit is completely separate with its own entrance, as well as its own private large deck to enjoy nature!
