A master bedroom suite complete with an adjustable king size bed, beautiful bathroom with large shower, and French doors that lead to side porch. Another master bedroom with a king size bed and a door that leads to a different side porch. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. On the second floor there is a 4th bedroom that has 2 twin beds. There is a 5th bedroom on the 2nd floor with a bunkbed that has a pull out trundle. In the loft area on the 2nd floor there is a daybed that has a trundle as well. The large open kitchen has plenty of new appliances and plenty of storage space. Lots of dishes, glasses, pot and pans , serving dishes, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and more available for your use. Large table for dining and bar seating at the counter as well. 60" TV, blu-ray player, and lots of dvds in the great room for those rainy days. Foosball table in loft with lots of games for young and old alike. Large Propane grill on patio. New Hot Tub is in the covered and screened patio above the waterfall.
20 minutes from Lake Anna State park where there is lots of hiking trails. Dollar General is 10 minutes away and Food lion is about 20 minutes . 30 minutes to King's Dominion. 10 minutes to Lake Anna Winery. 5 minutes to Pleasants Landing and El Gran Patron.
If you are boating, you are close to the widest part of the lake and Dike 3, which is one of the best fishing spots on the lake. There is a boat rental marina directly across the lake from our cove, about a 5 minute boat ride.
In summer, rentals are available for minimum of 6 days during high-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). During the summer, check-in is only available on Saturday or Sunday. Summer check-out is only available on Friday or Saturday. Off season rentals are available for a minimum of 4 nights.

We had three families, all with children, staying for a week (6 adults and 5 kids). We spent the majority of the time in the water and on a boat (rented locally). The beach area was great for the little ones, and the dock was deep enough for the big kids and adults to jump off of. The cove we were on was quiet and the end of the lake we were on was much quieter for tubing, unlike the other side of the lake. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but it was clean and in good condition. We typically have four families on our vacation, but if the time comes where we only have three again we would absolutely return. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!"

Summer rentals are weekly FRIDAY to FRIDAY (required 7 nights). We have loved this option when vacationing ourselves - less traffic and a full weekend back at home after/before a great vacation.

Winter Holidays: Thanksgiving, XMAS, New Years - 4 night min.

REQUIRED: We require a copy of primary renter's drivers license, as well as the names and ages of guests staying in our home. Must be at least 25 to rent, no exceptions.

Beaver Beach at Lake Anna

The cabin has been updated and is ready for guests! Enjoy cooking in our large, gourmet kitchen or grill some steaks out on the deck. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. The bedrooms upstairs are very cozy due to the A Frame of the roof but really, why stay inside when you have such a beautiful waterfront spot? If you do stay inside, you'll have magnificent water views from the large wall of windows.

This family-friendly, A-Frame style cabin is small but a perfect spot on the lake. The property is approximately 2 acres and has many outdoor activities available: jump from the dock into the quiet cove, take the paddleboards, canoe or kayaks out for exploring, play a game of hoops, enjoy the serenity of "Beaver Beach," roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit, play in the big yard, fish from the dock or shoreline, and many more fun activities await you. Beaver Beach is on the west side of the property and has a very shallow shoreline with a smaller cove, perfect for children. If you're lucky, you'll catch a glimpse of our resident beaver in the early morning hours.

Beaver Beach is located on the public side of Lake Anna so if you bring a boat, you will have water access to restaurants, the state park, The Tap House and local marinas.
