Our 750 square foot cottage has just undergone a complete and thorough upgrade, making everything inside and out modern, fresh and new! Sunset Cottage sleeps 8 people and includes two bedrooms. The master has a queen bed, and large closet for storage. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 twins), and huge drawers for tons of storage, as well as some bedside shelves and a mini-closet. Each bed has its own reading light and electrical socket for personal use. A portable crib is also provided.

A comfortable family room includes an electric fireplace for cozy evenings, a couch (pull-out sofa), 2 sofa chairs and a flat screen television/BLUERAY player (movie collection provided). From the comfort of the family room you can look out the large double full glass sliding doors at the picturesque view of the mountains and sunset to the west, or you can enjoy these gorgeous views from the beautiful new 400sq foot deck just outside.

Sunset Cottage has a fully renovated new kitchen, including a new dishwasher and microwave, as well as a large table perfect for meal prep, dining, and game nights! Trapper's Cabin is perfect for a couple or a family. Economically priced at $250.00 (not including taxes. GST and Hotel Tax add 9% to the rental price) per night for up to four people. (over four people is $20.00 per extra person per night plus tax.) It has three double beds and two double bed mattresses in the loft. It has a kitchen, bathroom, dining area and a fantastic view. If extra beds are needed there are R.V. rentals available also that can be brought to the site for you near the cabin. Tents can also be put up on the land. (25.00 per tent per night) Bedding and towels are provided and the furnished kitchen is great for cooking your own meals. It is set in a very private beautiful treed area yet only 5 minutes from the main highway. Goose Island Pond is right out the front windows and is frequented by Canadian Geese, Loons and Beavers. It has a heritage theme with the area's legendary characters pictures and histories on the walls. Truly a unique and pleasant experience. There is a large beautiful fisherman's lake just down the hill (Payne Lake) and the hamlet of Mountain View is only 4 km east where food and gas can be purchased. You will also enjoy the array of wild flowers on the grassy hills beside the cabin. There is also a 2 km hike that can be taken up to Little Beaver Lake near by. Of course Waterton National Park is a must see and offers horse rides, boat rides, restaurants, mountain trails, vast lakes and fantastic wild flowers and wild life to enjoy. The townsite of Waterton is only 20 minutes away.

This gorgeous cottage sleeps 6 and is completely self contained. It is located just 30 minutes outside of Waterton National Park. Has stunning mountain and prairie views, and is in the country on 106 acres! There is a private deck with your own hot tub for endless evening fun!

Every bit of the 850 square feet cottage has been professionally and beautifully decorated in a vintage inspired theme. COTTAGE IS LOCATED ON THE SAME PROPERTY AS OWNERS HOME. Cottage has its own driveway, fenced backyard, porch & barbeque, however, 2 windows face the home-owners own residence.

The natural wildlife that you may see outside your window include: deer, antelope, bison, cow, and horses. You may also be lucky enough to see or help feed: ducks, chickens and puppies, or cats on the nearby family farm. Although we do a thorough sanitization and cleaning process between all guests, because we are on a farm in the country it is possible that you may experience dust, flies or the occasional mouse inside the cottage. We hope if any of these become bothersome you will let us know so we can send them back to nature.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed as well as 1 brand new memory foam queen pullout bed in the living room.

The surrounding deck is a perfect spot to picnic and includes a table, chairs and a barbeque or roast things around the firepit. FIREWOOD IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE at our nearby Meadowlark Market.

Our bungalow style cabin has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a bathroom with a double shower, a large open concept kitchen/living room and a natural gas fireplace.

It is located on a 13 acre pond beside The Great Canadian Barn Dance, which is 1 hour from Lethbridge and 30 minutes from Fort Macleod, Pincher Creek, and Waterton Lake National Park.

Non motorized water sports are allowed on the lake, so you can bring a canoe, kayak, paddle board, etc. It is also great for skating/pond hockey in the winter. Swimming is not recommended. 5 minutes down the road is Cochrane Lake which is ideal for fishing. 10 minutes down the road is Waterton Reservoir which has a beach for swimming. There are plenty of hiking trails within a 30 minute drive.

The lake is shared with The Great Canadian Barn Dance which at one point hosted music camps, water sports camps, and other events throughout the summer. (Currently closed since Covid - unsure if it will reopen)

This property is pet friendly EXCEPT for cats as our family is allergic.

Wolf’s Lair is one of our Payne Lake Wilderness Huts, located by famous fishing lake. It is perfect for little weekend getaway for your much needed break form everyday life and relax in the nature. There are walk path, bike path, pickle ball court, half basketball court and frisbee golf course on 160 acreage property and only one minute walk to the lake. Saskatoon berries are the bonus in summer season. It is 15 minutes away from Waterton international park and a lot to do in all season.

The unit we stayed in was very small and only had room for sleeping or using the bathroom, but the common room right next door was well set up for reading or playing games and there was a nice deck with a great overview of the lake. The room was very tidy, the bed was comfortable and the shower had fantastic water pressure with lots of hot water. The hosts were very accommodating, easy to communicate with and try to make sure your stay is comfortable. There’s a ton of outdoor activities and some really cool playground equipment. It’s a great place for a family, but the campground as a whole was very quiet and peaceful. My only complaint is that we could hear everything the guests staying in the room above us were doing. Overall, it was a really nice alternative to staying in Waterton and we’d definitely stay again."

Payne lake is very tranquil and I hear great for fishing. I would recommend staying here for sure. Hot water issue is real but manageable with patience. "

This RV is located on a corner lot. It has a large deck with patio furniture, outdoor bbq set up, fire pit, and really close to our playground.
Inside there is a bedroom with queen size bed, bunk beds, and the dining table and couch can be converted into beds (sleeps up to 10). There is a bath/shower inside, but also a public shower close by.
Just bring your sleeping bags for extra people and food then you are all set since everything else is there already!
