Our fresh modern and sophisticated kitchen boasts a stainless fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is a large bay window for lots of natural light, granite countertops with a peninsula eating bar and all of the amenities. Traveling with another couple? There is no need to play rock-paper-scissors for the master suite as this property has not one, but two master bedrooms each with their own beautiful ensuite. The larger of the two master bedrooms has a king bed with the finest linens and the most comfortable memory foam mattress you have ever laid on. It also features a walk-in closet with another huge closet for storing luggage and hanging clothing, blackout blinds and a wall mounted smart LED TV. In addition to the ensuite, this room is equipped with a powder sink, sleek subway tiles, LED mirror and granite counter.
The smaller, but no-less luxurious master bedroom has a queen bed with a fantastic memory foam mattress, quality linens and of course a modern and tastefully tiled ensuite. There is a massive closet for all of your luggage to stay organized and out of the way.
The third bedroom offers much of the same design elements as the others. This room has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top each with high end memory foam mattresses. The manufacturer recommends a max weight of 165lbs for the upper bunk. This east facing room offers great views in the morning but with blackout blinds your sleep will be sure to be uninterrupted.

It is both private and sheltered from the wind and sun and a great space for relaxing in the long summer evenings. The lower backyard is a shared space with lots of luscious grass and a firepit for making smores or enjoying the crackling warmth of a summer night campfire.

The entrance is through a contactless keypad with your own personal code. The double car carport makes for a nice sheltered parking area. A 2 bedroom 1 bathroom basement suite is rented separately and has separate laundry and entrance. Safe and sound insulation installed between floors for added sound protection.

One of the best features of this house is the location. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac with mature trees and situated next to a green space with a small park and frisbee golf course basket. The largest park in town is located a block and a half west and main street is a few minute walk down the hill to the North.

IMPORTANT INFO:
This house is an upper level -main level- of a house. There is a basement suite with a full time tenant living there who has a tame dog. There is no access to the basement suite and they have no access to the upstairs either. There might be noise transfer from the basement as well as neighbours and traffic in the area.

- This is a very old house and the bathroom is located on the main floor and bedrooms are upstairs with a narrow staircase. Please take this into consideration before booking the property. Thank you.

- "The house is beautiful, unique and a comfortable stay. Matt was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. The only thing we’d recommend is to have curtains/blinds on the window in the room with two beds as with our kids sleeping in there it was quite bright in the morning and hot (was an easy fix to put a sheet over bottom window). Also with some extremely hot weather for two of the four days we were there, the upstairs was quite hot (as expected in most homes) and would recommend a fan in there or a portable fan (we thankfully had brought one of our own as I’m used to sleeping with a fan and figured there might be some hot days). The last night was the hottest and even though the main bedroom has a ceiling fan and with the window open it was too hot to sleep in there so we shared the other room/fan and the couch. But other than the heat, which is out of anyone’s hands, the stay was cozy (comfortable beds) and loved the quaint, old and lovely style of the home. All the toiletries, appliances etc and more are provided. The deer in the back and neighbours yards were an added bonus and was quite serene. And we enjoyed reading about the history of the Lebel house and mansion next door. Matt is a pleasant host and would stay there again and would of course recommend staying there to anyone. Pincher Creek is a beautiful town central to many beautiful national parks, falls and towns/cities which makes it an overall great place to stay."

Our property is located on a quiet country road near Mill Creek and Beaver Mines, Alberta. We are only a half hour from Castle Ski Resort, Crowsnest Pass, and 45 miutes from Waterton National Park. Beauvais Lake, Beaver Mines Lake, Mill Creek, Castle River, Lundbeck Falls are close by.
Nearby activities include world-class fishing, hiking, and skiing.
We are a quiet, private property with 2 cabins in a country setting.

The location is just north of Pincher Creek in a beautiful spot on the edge of the Alberta prairie and the Waterton Park Rock Mountains. We spent a day in Crowsnest Pass and a couple days in Waterton, which is only a 40 min drive away. Just to note this cabin is located adjacent to the property owner's residence. But we found this to be a delight as Betty and Andrew are incredibly friendly, welcoming, conversational, and well versed in the area. They suggested lots of things to check out and were very accommodating. The cabin has a well stocked kitchen and it's own BBQ. The main living area is warm and inviting thanks to the many windows in the main room. High end light filtering blinds allow natural light to come in but offer you the privacy you want. There are many fine furnishings in the main living area including custom cabinets, modern lighting and premium flooring. After a hard day of adventuring, feel free to read a book on the private deck or watch TV on our 50” Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, SportsnetNOW+ and Amazon Prime.

The house has a sophisticated kitchen with a stainless fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There are large windows for lots of natural light, granite countertops with a large island and all of the amenities. Whether you love to cook or just want to toss in a frozen pizza, this kitchen has everything you need. Both kitchens are well stocked with everything we thought you might need from pots and pans, a toaster, electric kettle and even kids plates, bowls and cups. Because we love coffee, we have supplied you with all of the K-cups you can drink.

The large master bedroom has a king bed with the finest linens and the most comfortable memory foam mattress you have ever laid on. This bedroom is tastefully decorated with ample space to relax and the blackout blinds give you the privacy you want. The ensuite half-bath has granite countertops, lots of light and even a view of the mountains.

The other 3, but no-less luxurious bedrooms have a variety of bed sizes to suite your needs. They all have fantastic memory foam mattress, quality linens and of course blackout blinds to ensure your sleep is uninterrupted. Each room has a closet for all of your luggage to stay organized and out of the way.

Traveling with kids can be tough. Don’t worry we have kids too. We know that it can be a challenge to fit all of their things into your vehicle. Well, leave the high chair and playpen at home and let us provide them for you. We also have provided a baby gate to make sure your kids are safe on the stairs.

Welcome to our private lower suite, featuring a separate entrance for your convenience.

The suite offers two bedrooms, each furnished with queen beds and ample closet space for your belongings. A full bathroom and kitchen complete with all the essentials ensure a comfortable stay. Please note, there isn't a traditional living room, but the cozy beds and TVs in each bedroom provide relaxation, while the full dining room table invites engaging conversations and perhaps a friendly board game session.

Getting Around:
Pincher Creek is a small town and many necessities are within walking and driving distance. There's plenty of parking at the property. There is also a taxi service if you don't have a vehicle.

• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.

• You'll have access to the ENTIRE LOWER SUITE as this house is primarily set up for guests. Please note there is another unit in the upper suite. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances.

• We can sleep 3 additional children above the guest limit here!

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.

There is a brand new east facing deck/patio on each level that is great for those early risers that like to enjoy a hot cup of coffee and catching the colours of the beautiful Southern Alberta sunrises as they crest the hills east of town and illuminate the many wind turbines that are famous in the area. The deck/patios are both private and sheltered from the wind and late afternoon sun and a great space for relaxing in the long summer evenings. The house is just a few steps away from the best park in town equipped with a great playground, full soccer field, baseball diamond, frisbee disc baskets, running track and outdoor fitness equipment to get up on your fitness.
