The entire location has been renovated but also has the charm and vibe of an older home. This location has all you need for a comfortable stay-onsite laundry, fully equipped kitchen (gas stove and oven) and 2 FREE parking spaces in the rear driveway!

• Bathroom - Tub/shower combination (half the size of a normal tub). For your stay we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and fresh towels.

• Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed - Ceiling fan and floor fan with cooling capabilities provided in this room. You can leave the door open for window AC of living room to cool you down as well.

- "The property is great, all this ha needed to have a relaxing stay are included and available. We had a great time at Alejandra’s place." - "A very comfortable two bedroom first floor house with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The kitchen had everything you would want and we made use of making breakfast and lunches there while my daughters were at a music festival at SeekGeat stadium. It is very close to public transportation - about a block walk to the 307 bus line. The JewelOsco is right across the street which made for easy shopping. Just a short walk to Starbucks, Dunkin’ and restaurants made for a nice walk and beautiful mornings to eat outside on the table and chairs after we would take our food back to the house. The living room is comfortable and easily had room for all 3 of us to sit and watch TV. The neighborhood is cute and feels very safe. When coming in at night, the outdoor lights were all lit and made it safe parking in the alley. I also was very thankful to negotiate a late check out.The only negative thing - it says it is a single floor ‘apartment’, which is accurate when you know that there is someone living upstairs. My daughters were a little uneasy about that and we only found out after we read the hosts message the day that we were checking in. However, we never heard or saw the man upstairs, so it all worked out fine."

- "The property and neighborhood was really nice close to a lot of places. The apartment was lovely and bed was comfortable. It was also conveniently close to Midway. My only gripe is with parking only because it's not what I'm use to. You have to adhere to the signs for when and where you can park. Again, not a problem, there's plenty of places to park if you can't park in front of the building. The host also is very easy to reach if needed. I would definitely stay here again."

- "Perfect location for us and easy to find. Assigned parking spot is a plus so car is off the street. Very close to super target for food and necessities. Coin laundry available but plenty of towels and linens available. Key code locks on building door and unit door so very secure and no keys to lose. Full kitchen and well equipped. No dishwasher but we are good at doing dishes together. Shower is excellent with plenty of hot water. No elevator so be prepared for 3 flights of wide stairs that are carpeted with railings. Both beds are queen size and a bit soft so bring a strong back! A very good stay for us and we plan to return next summer."
