Looking forward to hosting you at this Bright, Charming & Clean 2 bedroom – 1 bathroom Retro Cottage with private front yard! The entire location has been renovated but also has the charm and vibe of an older home. This location has all you need for a comfortable stay-onsite laundry, fully equipped kitchen (gas stove and oven) and 2 FREE parking spaces in the rear driveway!

• Bathroom - Tub/shower combination (half the size of a normal tub). For your stay we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and fresh towels.

• Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed - Ceiling fan and floor fan with cooling capabilities provided in this room. You can leave the door open for window AC of living room to cool you down as well.

• Bedroom 2 - Two twin size beds- second twin bed is a trundle bed. Window AC unit in this room.

• Radiant heat and window air conditioning (two AC units- one in 2nd bedroom and one in the living room area, it is enough to cool the entire unit if left on high cool setting)

Beautifully designed space. Very relaxing layout with all the amenities of home. Minutes from Oak Park Arts district. This is a gorgeous home in the Frank Loyd Wright historic district in Oak Park, Illinois. You will sleep on a super comfy queen bed in one large bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom. You will be delighted as you walk in this top floor (3rd floor) apartment, (not recommended for people with mobility issues or are not physically able to climb 3 set of stairs). You’ll notice high ceilings, wooden beams, exposed brick, comfortable furniture and a clean, clean crisp feel.

We are spry 70-somethings so the steep narrow stairs of the last flight were not a problem for us, as they might be for some. We loved the airy dining/sitting area under the tower and the generous furnished items the hosts left us. We’ll use this again!"

This unit is with a private entrance on the second floor. It is near grocery stores, taverns/ bars, coffee shop and parks nearby. Walking distance 3 - 4 blocks away from the train station. Downtown is about 20 by train.

This aparrtment is the top floor of a two flat. It's located in a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The skylights bring in a ton of natural light. There is a full kitchen available. I'll supply coffee and tea. It's a great option for short and long term stays. Dog friendly with an additional fee per animal. Laundry available for a small fee if the stay is less then 3 days.
