Our family friendly home is set on a spacious green parcel, abutting a farm and the ocean with a pool, outdoor shower, large deck, stone firepit, pool shed, children's custom built playground, lawn games and more. Central air is installed throughout. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom and an outdoor shower. On the first level you will find a foyer, living room with fireplace, powder room, dining room, sun room and Master Suite with Marble bathroom. Kitchen was completely renovated with Bosch stainless steel appliances and stone countertop. Master suite was also recently renovated. The home runs on 100% Solar generated energy.

Master suite is on the first floor and has a newly renovated marble bathroom with plenty of storage and a King bed. A powder room is also on the first level.

Lower level has a large room with an adjacent full bathroom. The lower level has a washer, dryer, secondary living / play room which doubles as a Karaoke Room (fully equipped).

Second level has 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a Junior suite with a queen bed and daybed (twin). The second upstairs bedroom features a balcony with sweeping views of the farm and conveniently has a crib/ toddler bed along with a queen bed.

Entire home is outfitted with Central Air, WiFi equipped with Nest thermostat, Sonos speakers, and an LCD TV in every room. WiFi is quick and reliable.

All furniture is from Restoration, ABC Carpet or West Elm. Home comes with everything you need including dishes, linens, utensils, cleaning supplies, lawn games etc. We also have a child and adult swings in the back.

- "All of us loved staying in this house, from the boomer grandparents to the millennial young adults to the two Gen Alphas (ages 2-1/2 and almost 6). The house is roomy, comfortable, well-maintained and in a beautiful setting. Even given all of that, its top feature is the swimming pool, which is large and heated. We all jumped in every morning and evening for a wonderful start and end to our days. It’s a super-short walk to the beautiful beach, and we went there every day, often in the evening to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We also enjoyed using the fire pit at night. The owners are VERY accommodating, responding quickly to all requests and questions."

This wonderful beach House is located in the beautiful Fleet's Neck neighborhood facing the Peconic Bay. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach along with easy beach parking. The nearby beach has beautiful views filled with sailboats in the summer. The house is a mile to King Kullen supermarket, Braun Seafood, a variety of vineyards, Greenpoint Brewery and many farm stands. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. It is situated on 1/2 an acre lot, with water views and a lawn to play. There is a spacious outdoor deck for grilling, cocktails or a morning coffee. It is 90 miles from NYC, 15 minutes to Greenport and 25 minutes to Orient Point Ferry.

Welcome to Sandy Oaks. This beautiful, modern home in quiet, wooded Nassau Point will be the perfect spot for your North Fork vacation. With 4 bedrooms and a swimming pool, this house is perfect for families or couples. All the best the North Fork can offer is within easy reach.

The property is located on a quiet, wooded road within the secluded neighborhood of Nassau Point. There are three bedrooms upstairs including a spacious master suite with ensuite bath, plus a double and a twin bedroom. Downstairs, there is a TV room/bedroom with comfortable double sofabed. There are three full bathrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) plus a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a travel cot for an infant and wifi.

Children are welcome; unfortunately we are unable to allow pets on this property. This property would comfortably suit up to eight people.

All the best the North Fork can offer is within easy reach. There are quiet, local beaches within walking distance, fabulous wineries within a short drive, plus restaurants and gourmet stores in Greenpoint and Mattituck. However, you may prefer to bring home picked-that-morning produce from the many local farmstands and cook in the well-appointed eat-in kitchen or outside grill.

You will need a car to get around.

Please note the TV has access to Netflix and Prime but not cable/network TV. All trash should be placed in yellow town trash bags which are provided. Pool is open early May to late September.

In July and August all check-ins and check-outs must be on a Saturday. Check in after 5pm and checkout before 10am.

Returning guests, please note we are retiring our swingset end of 2023 and currently planning what will go in its place.

We also couldn't have asked for a better location (a very easy 10-minute walk to the beach) and easy access to the supermarket and local restaurants / shops. The only (very small) complaint was the TV situation - there is only one TV in a small sitting room (that may double as a bedroom depending on the size of your group). It's an older smart TV so not a ton of options. We ended up buying a Roku (which we were in need of anyway) to get a bit more variety for our evenings. It didn't impact my 5+ out of 5 star rating for this property but may be helpful for other travelers. Wonderful, accommodating and responsive hosts as well! We're very much looking forward to returning next year."

The kitchen includes all of your dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee machines, toaster, blender & microwave. The second floor is a large Master suite with a queen size bed, half bathroom, and private sitting area. This rental includes all of your linens: bed, bath & beach, flat screen television, WiFi high speed Internet, high definition cable, outdoor shower, lawn furniture, gas barbecue grill, fire pit, coolers and kayaks. Convenient to farm stands, wineries, restaurants and all the North Fork has to offer.

The house is well appointed with a fully-equipped kitchen, central air conditioning and plenty of linens and towels. Three bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Close to vineyards, golf, fine dining, brewery, hiking, boating, and restaurants. Pets are welcome, too!

- "This lovely house is right on a private beach with sand that is softer than is often found on the North Fork. Being right on the beach makes the house so much cooler. There are plenty of beach chairs and an inflatable kayak to paddle around with on a calm day. With plenty of beach and bath towels supplied, you don't need to lug these from home. The house is very thoughtfully laid-out with a nice flow from kitchen to dining room to living room to sun room. The bedrooms are comfortable. Two bedrooms and a sitting room are upstairs which provided privacy for our daughter, son-in-law and grandson when they visited for a few days. The kitchen has lots of counter space for food prep, and is very well-stocked with high-quality Tramontina pots and pans, Henckels knives, and almost any kitchen tool you can think of. Barbecue tools for the gas grill are also provided. This is our second summer in the house, and we intend to go back next year. What could be more of a recommendation than that?"

Upon entry to our home you are immediately blown away with the abundance of light and expansive open water views. This is the reason we love this property. Situated on a bluff overlooking the Long Island Sound, we have very dramatic views in all seasons with all weather patterns. With steps down to the beach our home feels like it could be on the Medittarraean. The house has been our family home the last few years so it is well loved and has good energy. Don’t no be surprised if you find yourself drinking wine while grilling in the backyard overlooking the sound while the sun sets. our neighborhood is so quiet and when you lie in the backyard it is so wonderful to just drift off listening to birds sing and the waves crash. The hammock and wind chimes only make it more peaceful. it’s so serene you will never want to leave! My wife and love interior design and our furniture and style is pretty modern and high design. We live at the end of a cul de sac so it is very quiet and we are respectful of our little community.

To be honest, it was so wonderful that the rain didn't bother us at all. We enjoyed relaxing and listening to the waves hitting the shore from the windows. And finally, there is the location. This house is perfectly situated on a cliff with a private beach so that you never need to leave, but if you do, you are in the best place to visit all the local sites - wineries, farms, marinas - we did it all and enjoyed every moment. It seemed like we were the first guests to stay there— everything seemed fresh and new and the decor looked like a professional decorator came in and did it. - "We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. It’s great to have the sunroom and 3 dining tables. We did lots of cooking (no dishwasher though 😀- old school- we didn’t mind). We played games- inside and out. We rode our bikes to the beach, local wineries, restaurants and more. Great secluded location yet easy to get to other places. After years of looking, this is the first place we were finally able to rent (price wise) near our relatives who live in Peconic. We are grateful for the host keeping this rental accessible price wise. The local contact person Cindy was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay. Our landlords were very welcoming and helpful in many ways. In the middle of the sanitary crisis, we were so grateful for their kindness and the facilities they provided us with! Located in Cutchogue, this house is a dream. With 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, guests will find the accommodations welcoming and comfortable. Private Street/Beautiful sand Beach for neighborhood. Great swimming area, private bin on beach with water toys. Large front and back yard, deck with chairs and chaise loungers, and gas grill ,also fire pit on the back lawn. Three bedrooms, two baths, both with showers, excellent furnishings and linens, well stocked kitchen with all the accoutrements for cooking a wonderful meal or making cocktails. The central location in the North Fork is great. The private beach at the end of the block with the chairs/umbrella in a bin on the beach made going to the beach so easy and fun. The Bay Breeze is a waterfront beach cottage that overlooks East/Eugenes creek in Cutchogue. The Peconic Bay and all it’s beautiful beaches are just a quick boat ride, kayak and paddle board away and a bike ride away from all the local wineries, farms, stores and restaurants the North Fork has to offer! The Bay Breeze is approximately 1000 sq. ft. with an open layout and equipped with everything you need for the perfect stay. East/Eugenes creek can be viewed from almost anywhere inside our home.
Outside we have an approximately 1000 sq. ft. deck with a spectacular view, dining area, seating, mini fridge, outdoor bar as well as an 36 inch outdoor Blackstone gas griddle surrounded by nature. Here you can cook, hang out and relax while watching boats, kayakers and Ospreys go by. Below our deck we have a beach stone patio with a fire pit, charcoal grill and plenty of seating that also overlooks East/Eugenes creek. The Bay Breeze also has a dock with a fish filleting station that you can fish and crab off, which can be accessed from the deck or patio with a boat slip that can fit a boat up to 25 ft in length, kayaks and paddle boards. We also have a luxury outdoor shower to freshen up after a day out on the water. The Bay Breeze is a perfect combination of country and coastal living.

- "We spent the most marvelous week here. The house is super cute, very comfortable and clean. The view is stunning - its perfectly situated on a huge gorgeous creek off of Peconic Bay. We watched the sunrise several mornings. The neighborhood is adorable, and very convenient to the grocery store, wineries, shops and restaurants. Everything was 2-10 minutes away. The deck, fire pit area and dock is where we spent a lot of time. The house has kayaks and our kids spent several days fishing off the dock. Dan and his family provided lots of great info, and from the minute we arrived we felt welcomed. We can’t wait to return. Thanks Dan, for an awesome family vacation and for being so hospitable."

Two indoor fireplaces for the off-season (cozy holiday time, anyone?). 4 bedrooms 2 full baths plus outdoor shower. 3 separate eating spaces — indoor dining, indoor kitchen table, kitchen counter stools and large teak dining table outside with gas grill. Two in-home office setups. Peloton and free weights. Set up well for kids (toddler bed, crib, highchair, changing tables, stroller, etc.) and easily tucked away for groups without! Short walk to the Causeway beach and a quick drive to all that North Fork has to offer - fresh farm food, endless beaches and wineries. Feels private in beautifully wooded Nassau Point area, but close to everything.

- "Our family got together at this beautiful house and immediately fell in love! It is a beautiful property, with a lovely kitchen looking right into a lush garden. We ate every meal outside, while kids chased fireflies, then made a fire in the outdoor seating area after bedtime. All 3 bedrooms upstairs are very comfortable, w with a bonus pull-out couch in the downstairs office. Truly heaven! The beach is a comfortable 15 minute walk away and never too crowded - with bathrooms and a small playground - although our kids could have happily played at the house all week! There were so many wonderful toys and books, especially for the 5 and under crowd. We can't wait to go back for another visit soon! Thank you!"

Great location on coveted Nassau Point in Cutchogue. Walk to beach, great entertaining home with fabulous deck and hot tub. Open concept ranch with great living space for all to enjoy. Beautiful front porch with ample seating and peakaboo water view. The back deck is an entertainers delight with large outdoor sectional and seating, and bbq - overlooking the backyard. Steps away are another outdoor lower patio with hot tub. After enjoying the hot tub, rinse off in the outdoor shower. There are 3 bedrooms, and the master bedroom has a private bath. Dont miss this one!

- "Property was peaceful and relaxing , The jacuzzi was an added treat. The front porch was great in the morning for reading and trying to master crossword puzzles. Later in the day the back deck was the place to be, the big umbrella provided us with necessary shade. The owners Christine and Joseph were extremely nice and accommodating, would definitely recommend this property and would most definitely be interested in renting again for next summer.
